Patterns which do appear in the Adobe Photoshop CC, Preset, Patterns folder are not available as a "Fill" option.

Have you repaired the disk permissions?
You might also try resetting the photoshop cc preferences by:
Press and hold the Shift+Command+Option keys while starting photoshop cc
Keep holding the keys down until you get a dialog asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop settings file
Press Yes because you do.

The printer and ICA scanner driver is available from Apple. There is probably some other reason why you cannot get the drivers.
You can also get the drivers from Canon.
But reading your post it sounds like you were printing to the MX310 and recently it has stopped printing. Is this the case? -

Hi, tried the Apple fix, installing the OSX combo update followed by the Safari update followed by the security update, nothing.
Tried the thing where you toss the mail program in the trash and then install the security update, nothing.
Is there anyone else who has a problem even after all trhe fixes suggested here and in Apple support?

I am currently using a USB keyboard (PC Model) and everytime I wake the computer from sleep the keyboard no longer responds unless I unplug and replug it. The USB mouse I am using works fine with no issues and I have already gone through the prompt to identify the keyboard in the settings. If anyone know of a setting I can use to permenantly enable the keyboard so I no longer have to unplug and replug it that would be appreciated.
Thank you.Your 2010 MBP would be able to handle Yosemite, but I would strongly suggest that you get the current problem sorted out before trying to upgrade to Yosemite. I'd also recommend another backup that isn't created by Time Machine if you are thinking of upgrading. SuperDuper and CarbonCopyCloner can make bootable clones of hard drives. If you clone your existing system to a fresh external drive, you would be able to boot from that drive and recover quickly in the event that your Yosemite upgrade didn't work out. Time Machine backups are not 100% reliable.
It's possible that, if your internal HD is the one that shipped with your MBP in 2010, it may be failing. If it keeps needing repairs, that is probably a sign that it is approaching the end of its useful life.
Have you run Disk Utility's Repair tool on the external drive as well?
I mentioned the hub because some people have reported here that attaching their USB 3 drives through a USB 2 hub solved some disconnection problems. A good-quality powered USB 2 hub won't cost much.
My most recent brush with random disconnections involved a nice new OWC drive enclosure. I used the cable that came with the drive, but the drive kept disconnecting. Using a different cable solved the problem. You wouldn't expect that what appeared to be a high quality cable would be a problem straight out of the box, but it was. -

Did a clean install 10.9.4. on a Apple Stock 1TB Fusion Hard Drive. When I run "diskutil list" via Terminal, everything is wrong. I have "EFI" and "apple Boot Boot OSX" in every dev/disk** Everything is out of place, How can I repair? Im willing too reformat if need be, however thats what I did in the first place. I am running Photoshop CC on a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7. When ever I try to type text on a background image, the words don't appear. NOW...I had been using it for two or three weeks with no problems whatsoever...but then about 5 days ago, it just quit working. What I type shows up on a the layer pallet on a tab in the lower left corner of the screen, but it just won't show up on the graphic. HELP!!! I'm about ready to cancel my monthly subscription to Photoshop!! I tried to reset my text "T" in the upper right corner, but I think I made things worse.
Can I delete the program from my computer and REdownload it??? I've got things I've GOT to get done and I'm dead in the damn water and I can't seem to get any help. I will tell you up front, I am NOT a computer genius, so any help will be GREATLY appreciated and if you could put it into step by step parts that would GREATLY help me. Open your Creative cloud panel, select Previous versions and 14.0 under Photoshop. -
I just upgraded to Photoshop cs6 so that my new camera (Nikon D7100) would work in Camera Raw (I was told that the Camera Raw update 8.3, which is available for CS6, included this camera). However, it will not download from the "Update" option in CS6. I have tried over 10 times - it just says update is not working. and I cannot find an alternate way of downloading this file. So I still can use my camera, even thought I paid to upgrade. HELP please.
What OS do you have? You say you have explained what you had (computer/opsys) but I honestly don't see it here. If you had mentioned that my advice would have been different; I believe you can only upgrade as far as Camera Raw 8.3 on an older Windows system. There is more information here (look specifically for the "Revert to 8.3 ..." titles).

What you've done/written in your last post confuses things further, unfortunately. Photoshop 13.1 is strictly a Creative Cloud version. The highest you can go is Photoshop CS6 13.0.1.3 with perpetual license.
And as far as I can recall, that version can work on Windows back to XP:

I don't think you're out of luck, but you seem to be leaping into doing things without having the full story, and are jumping to conclusions a bit too quickly.
Here's what I suggest you try:
1. Remove Photoshop entirely with the Creative Suite Removal Tool:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
2. Install Photoshop CS6 from your original media or from here:
Download CS6 products
3. Update the application using its own Help - Updates process. That really should get you the latest Camera Raw version that will work. If that does not bring you a Camera Raw that works with your Nikon, use the "Revert to 8.3" instructions above.

When selecting a menu item I used to click the left mouse button and hold it down, move the pointer to the desired menu item and release the mouse button. Everything works fine in the mine menu, but there's a problem when adding new adjustment layer from the layer panel: when I release the button nothing happens, I have to press the button again. In previous PS version it worked fine. How can I fix this?
I don't think that is user fixable, meaning you'll have to wait till adobe fixes it with an update.

I have OSX 10.7.5. I loaded Powerschool, this sent me to oracle to load java 7, now powerschool won't laod, java 7 logo just spins. I contacted orgacle live help, said it was a mac problem that they could fix for $75. Any help would be wonderful. MT
Pearson put out a tech note on this today - the new versions of Java are what's causing the problem. If you can use Time Machine to rollback java prior to a java 7 or 1.6.0_37 version that will get you going again. I've been searching for hours for a place to download the older version but it seems Apple's site and Oracle all only have the latest release. Still trying to see if I have a copy downloaded on a system that hasn;t been updated to copy off to a network drive or usb and install the older version on to systems.

How do you change the language to English in Photoshop CS5 after installation is completed? When I installed the program, English was not one of the language options so now everything reads in spanish. I can not read in spanish. Please help!!
