Photoshop is not showing up in my available programs list.

Ever since I switched over to The Cloud I have noticed when trying to open with my photoshop is not showing up on the list or the sub lists, when I try to open it under adobe I cannot find the ext file to link it with .. the program seems to be working other than that...

Hello! I will guess that you are using a PC (I guess that by "list" you mean the Start menu)
Usually, Adobe software are listed under their Creative Suite folders, you can try to look if there is a creative cloud. Also, a search for Photoshop.exe should let you see where it is located, and you should then be able to add a shortcut to your start menu.

I've downloaded a TV show for my ipod classic, it shows up on my PC ipod librargy but it does not show up on my Ipod play list

I've recently downloaded a 3 TV shows from the Itunes store onto my Ipod classic. It shows up on my PC Itunes playlist, andI can play it on my pc but will not show up on my Ipod play list. I've searched all of the directories and can't see it there.
I have plenty of space on the drive so that's not the issue.

I think the issue may be that these TV shows are in HD. Would that keep them from playing?
Yes. Sounds like you are trying to sync the HD version of the TV Episode. You should try to download the Standard Definition copy instead and sync that to your device as HD content is not compatible with the Nano. See here for more information:

To prevent HD versions from being downloaded in the future head to the iTunes Store, click the Purchased link, and then select TV Shows and remove the tick mark next to Download HD when available. You should be able to download the SD version now from under this same page.

" One or more devices is getting too much power from the USB wire" or sumptin like that.
I've tried this with two wires, so the problem is not there.
I reseted the iPod to factory settings but it didn't help.

Start here. Is ti normal and expected for the computer to also see the iPod as a comera since that is how you get saved photos from the iPod to the computer.

Photoshop could not be initialised due to a program error

Today i became member of the creative cloud with Photoshop and Lightroom.
After installation Lightroom works allright, but after starting up Photoshop i get the message that Photoshop could not be initialised due to an program error.
I run the CC cleaner tool, but unfortunately without effect.
System: apple imac 3,2 Ghz intel core i3 4Gb 1333 Mhz DDR3
OS X version: 10.9.5
I hope anyone has found a solution?

HI Jeff, Thanks for your suggestion. In the mean time i've had several contacts with Adobe Support. Finally we came to the conclusion the error was caused during the conversion of the colourtables.
Then on my computer (imac OS X) we searched for the color settings. These are in the system library / Application Support / Adobe / Color.
We renamed the colorsettings by adding .old at the end of the filename and restarted Photoshop. Photoshop started very well and the problem was solved!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
First, make sure that Office applications are closed when you turn off the computer. Then, when you are going to turn off the computer in  > Shut Down, unmark "Reopen windows when logging back in"

Photoshop CS3 Not showing up in Tools--

I upgraded Dreamweaver only from CS3 to CS4, of course, it installed Bridge CS4, and I like the interface much better than CS3, I have Photoshop CS3, and want to use the Tools-->Photoshop-->Batch and Web Photo Gallery. but, in Bridge CS4, Photoshop and Photoshop Services is not an option on the menu.
First, is Photoshop CS3 compatible with Bridge CS4, if so, then how do I enable this option.

Photoshop CS5 not showing up in DWCS4

OK So I had both DW and PS CS4 all was well photoshop icon was showing in images property inspector and double clicking an image would open it in photoshop. Then I upgraded to PS CS5 and DW would still open images in PS CS4 not the new PS CS5. So I figured if I removed PS CS4 it would work but I only got an error message saying it couldn't find PS CS4. I then called adobe support and after an hour on the phone with them they finally said try and uninstall and re install DW. Well I did that and still it doesn't work and I can't find the old PS CS4 to reinstall it so at this point there is absolutely no integration of DW with PS.

after all that I figured it out myself. In preference there is a file type editor section were you can pick which program to use when you want to edit specific file types. I obviously picked PS CS5 for .gif .jpg and .psd Now the PS icon is back and double clicking opens the image in PS CS5

i just installed photoshop on my new laptop and it does not show any images when i open them.
like you can see in teh image that i posted i have a picture opened (its also so in a layer)
i can use photoshop but i dont see anyting changing in the normal area( is does change in the layer box.)
i tried with different pictures

My money is on your document window being off screen.
At some point you may have had a secondary monitor attached which you have since disconnected, or you drastically changed your monitor resolution.
Trashing your preferences should fix it instantly:
To re-create the preferences files for Photoshop, start the application while holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"

Photoshop CC not showing changes live

Since moving to Photoshop CC from Photoshop CS5 I have an issue that no matter what task I do in Photoshop it will not show the change till I click another tool and then click back.
So for instance I could type the word "Hello" but it will not show on my screen till I click another tool like the pointer tool and then click back to the text tool. The same happens for every change I make in Photoshop no matter the tool.
Here I've typed Hello.. this is what I see (font is red)
Now I've clicked the pointer tool. I can see the square around the text..but not the text itself
Now I've clicked back to the text tool and it shows up.
I have updated my computer drivers, graphic drivers, re-installed photoshop (after I reformatted my hard drive from a virus and it's happened on both copies). I've tried changing all my preferences and turning off 3D functions, turning on 3D functions and having high VRAM. Nothing fixes the issue and my computer is more than enough in terms of Ram/Processor/Graphics Card.
Anyone else have this issue and find a solution?

Update as you are on 14.0. See it that makes difference.

Photoshop CS6 not showing as registered

Almost a month ago I purchased Photoshop CS6 for Windows from isoftware.co.uk (in thr UK) and received an Adobe Licence Reference and a Product Serial Number. I downloaded the trial from the Adobe site and chose to immediately activate it with the Product Serial Number. All seemed to go through fine but when I now check the Adobe 'Myaccount' it does not show that the product is registered to me. What do I need to do to re-activate the product and ensure that Adobe acknowledge it as registerd to me? Thanks in advance.

Registering the product is a different process from activating the installed application.
You can simply go through the registration process now, either through the application itself or manually by entering your serial number in your Adobe account at Adobe's web site.

PhotoShop Extended not showing up

Problem with Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium. Installation was fine on my MacBook Pro but when I installed onto my iMac, PhotoShop Extended is not showing up. I still have PhotoShop.

It works as it should. You will have to deactivate your standalone PS first. Suite installers leave existing programs alone and don't change the licensing.

Photoshop action not showing?

Just started messing around with Photoshop actions today. I downloaded some and imported them fine. I just found some more that I liked, went to import them but they are not showing under the actions folder. I have tried restarting Photoshop multiple times and they are still not showing. When I go to import the files again, a pop-up says asks if I want to overwrite the folder with that name already (so I know that they are importing correctly). Also, I have the ability to export them but I still cannot find them in the actions window. Any suggestions?

Action set files *.atn files can be loaded and saved from and to any folder. And they can be loaded by simply dropping the file onto Photoshop. Each version of Photoshop has it own set of Preferences files. One preference file names is "Actions Palette.psp" This files is where Photoshop stores you loaded and edited actions. Should your Photoshop preferences be reset you need to load your actions again for the file will be replaces with Adobe default file. So it you edit or record actions be sure you remember to save the Action sets so you don't loose them should you have to reset your Photoshop Preferences.

IOS 7 does not show up as an available update either on my iPad or in iTunes. Is there another way to upgrade?

My iPad does not show iOS 7 as an either on my iPad or when I use iTunes. When in iTunes it states that my iPad software is up to date (as iOS 5.1.1)
