Picking files based on the requested URL

Hi Experts
I have a requirement where I need to pick image files from SAP DMS server based on the URL requested.
The scenario :
Third-party sends a URL corresponding to a particular image in DMS as request and PI needs to Pick the image
file and send it as response.
Due we need BPM? How to set up sender file adapter source directory as the file name/directory to be picked is dynamic in nature and there is no specifc pattern .We need to pick the exact file base on the Unique URL.
Can we do this requirement in a synchronous interface by using HTTP or SOAP attachments for image? What about
the performance impact as we have img files here.

BPM would be required....We had a similar requirement wherein a URL was given at runtime to PI....then PI had to call the location and get back the details and we used SOAP for this (SYNC Call to the URL using SOAP channel from the BPM).
Can we do this requirement in a synchronous interface by using HTTP or SOAP attachments for image?
Not sure how the attachment will function inside a BPM....in my case I got the details as part of the message...even it was an image but it was stored as a base64 encoded message.

This error is happening everyday. Please advise for a fix.
If this is happening on an UPSTREAM server it is because you have approved updates that are no longer available from Microsoft. Almost always this involves approvals of *EXPIRED* updates (which have been pulled from the catalog and cannot be downloaded).
If this is happening on a DOWNSTREAM server it's because something/someone deleted the files from the upstream server. It can also happen if the entire upstream ~\WSUSContent folder has gone amuk.
For an upstream server, find the expired updates, remove the approvals, cancel the downloads, and then decline the updates.
For a downstream server, figure out what the affected updates are and fix the upstream server.

Download from loop masters says "The requested URL was not found on this server.

I'm downloading some audio files from http://www.loopmasters.com/ but whenever I try, in the download progress in the top right corner of safari, it'll stop downloading and say "The requested URL was not found on this server." There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to where in the download it'll stop. The first time got 37.3% of the way through, the second time got barely 12% (but my computer went to sleep this time,) and the last time it got to 34.8%. I can't do any more attempts because this website will only let me download it five times. Is there anything that's going wrong on my end, perhaps? Or is it likely just their servers being all wonky?

HELP. "The requested URL was not found on this server." (iPhone videos)?

So i was editing a bunch of videos on iMovie on my phone and while exporting, i didn't have enough space. So I thought that I would delete the videos off my Camera Roll (the ones i'm putting into iMovie) thinking that i would still be able to export and have enough space.
It was the wrong decision because it resulted in having all the videos deleted even on iMovie. So i backed up my files on iTunes 2 days ago (luckily) and when i restored my files, the videos are back.
BUT the videos that were saved from snapchat (they were going into the video i was putting together) wouldn't play! It shows the error "The requested URL was not found on this server".
I looked up everything possible to try and fix it but i just can't find it the correct solution. I accidentally backed it up tonight and so the old back up file is gone. I really want to save these videos. The videos still show up in my Camera Roll, they just wouldn't play because the error shows up.
When i connect my phone to my laptop (PC windows vista... I know its old but it works fine for me) it would show the option "open device files" or something. so when i open it, it shows the DCIM folder. And so i open that it shows all my pictures and videos.
Problem is my snapchat videos show up as 0 bytes and still wouldnt play. I've attacted the error message just so you guys know what i'm talking about.
I'm really sad and upset about this, so can anyone help me??

Problem with Home Sharing. Getting the error "The Requested URL was not Found on this Server"

I recently purchased an iPhone 5. As I do with all of my AppleTVs, iPads, iPods and an iPhone 4 in my home, I connected the 5 to my home network and accessed the shared video library using home sharing. My iTunes library is roughly 85% iTunes purchases, a handful of videos taken with iOS devices, and some video ripped with Handbrake. All of these videos work fine on all devices in my home except my new iPhone 5. When I access the shared video library on my iPhone 5, all of the textual data for all of the videos appears, however, I can only get the iPhone to play 1 video of the dozens in my iTunes library. When I try to play any other, I get the error, "The Requested URL was not Found on this Server."
Interestingly, only one video in my entire shared library displays the artwork associated with it in my iTunes library on my iPhone 5, and that's the one I can stream without a problem. Even more interestingly, that video I am able to stream was ripped using Handbrake (there are a number in my library ripped using Handbrake, but just this one will stream to my iPhone 5 for some reason).
I'm using the latest version of iTunes (10.7) on my home (iMac) computer (running OSX 10.8.2- Mountain Lion)and of course iOS 6 on the iPhone 5. I've tried resetting my iPhone several times as well as restarting my iMac which holds my iTunes library.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?

Can you see if you can view index page from a browser on iPhone.
Have you seen live streams working from a different computer...
if not then check if a proper crossdomain.xml file in its place(webroot folder).

Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT: The request could not be submitted for backgroun

I receive: Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT: The request could not be submitted for background processing.
The error is on a windows Server 2008 SP2 production server. The report generates fine if I run it from within Visual studio 2008 on the server but not through IIS. The Crystal Reports is the version that came with vs2008 (10.5).
Initially I was getting unauthorized access errors so I granted full access to everyone for the bin and managed crystal report folders under program files. This fixed the unauthorized access problem but now I get the background processing error. I also tried to inpersonate an admin account with the same result. I tried to copy the crystal reports dll's to the bin folder for the project but that did not help either. I am running out of ideas. I did notice that a 16kb rpt file is generated in the Windows/temp folder every time I try to run the report.

3. For the sake of simplicity and to troubleshoot the sample code has no datasource just 'Hello' in the report header. The Actual work order report that I need has ADO as datasource and it builds a PDF report without any problems when I run the page from VS2008 (development server) so I think the dll's are where thay are supposed to be. The c:\windows\assembly folder has about 25 CrystalDecisions files (10.5.37).
Do I still need to create a deployment package even though I have everything else working?

You have two choices to try & fix this: 1. Backup your phone, then restore as a new device, then restore from the backup you first created, or 2. Follow the advise from this poster:
I had the same problem with the black blocks after upgrading to iOS4 on my iPhone. The reason for the black blocks is that the thumbnail images for those particular images have not been created when the Photo Library has been updated to iOS4. I followed the advice on a couple of blogs and fixed the problem.
1. I downloaded iPhone Explorer free software (http://www.macroplant.com/iphoneexplorer/) so I could view the photo data folders on my phone. I could see that the thumbnail images were missing.
2. I followed a slight variation on the instructions on this blog. (http://blog.mbentley.net/2010/06/iphone-ios-4-upgrade-restore-lost-pictures-in-c amera-roll/)
3. First I copied the Photo Data folder by dragging it from the iPhone Explorer window to my Mac desktop.
4. Through iPhone Explorer I deleted the info.plist file in the Media/PhotoData/MISC folder.
5. I also deleted the Photos.sqlite and PhotosAux.sqlite files in Media/PhotoData.
6. I then rebooted the phone and launched the Photo Library.
7. The Library rebuilt it's self again and recreated the thumbnails.
8. The problem was fixed!!! Thank you M Bentley!

Not found - The requested URL /apex/wwv_flow.show was not found on this ser

I have a very simple anonymous block (see below) which I am using to test an area of the database I am developing using OE and APEX. Sometimes the block works and other times it fails with the following error message------
Not found - The requested URL /apex/wwv_flow.show was not found on this server
Before the error message is displayed a pop-up window appears with a submit button ( the heading on the window contains --- Enter Bind Variables - windows internet explorer), which I do not understand.
Is the problem I am experiencing due to some memory limitation ? or do I have a corrupt oracle system (everything else appears OK though).
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

The interpreter could be choking on the "*from" (no space before "from") might not be parsing the SQL as intended .
The "Enter Bind Variables" dialog box is coming from something undefined, I'd suggest putting that block into an .sql file and run it via sqlplus.
To demonstrate how a bind variable is handled try setting up a file with:
select * from sometablename where somecolname = &somekeyval;
-- or '&somekeyval' if its varchar2When you connect with sqlplus and run that file it will prompt for the value to use for "somekeyval".
Only other thing is to ensure the "select * ..." has the same column names and in the same order as expected by the fetch, perhaps the table layout has changed and you could be getting an added column or maybe missing one at the end of the list.
If you try running that block in a sqlplus session enable serveroutput to see the dbms_out result (set serveroutput on size 50000)

I purchased and downloaded a movie and when I it backed up to my computer it changed something and now when I try to watch the movie I get an error message that says "The request URL was not found on this server.? What do I need to do to correct it?

Because the location for each song in your library is on your hard drive. If the hard drive isn't there, how can iTunes play it?
You'll have to move/copy the music from your hard drive to your computer's hard drive.
Basically, EASIEST way to do all this, if you don't care about your play counts, etc...
-Delete EVERYTHING from iTunes, so that your library is now empty.
-Go to "Advanced" inside of the "Preferences" window, found in the "Edit" drop-down. You can also access Preferences by pressing Ctrl+, (Press Ctrl and the comma key)
-Change your iTunes Media Folder Location to something simple, but on your computer. I use C:/iTunes. Make sure "Keep iTunes Media Folder Organized" and "Copy files to...." are both checked. You can close Preferences now.
-Now, drag and drop your music from your hard drive into your iTunes library. iTunes will automatically add the music to your library, as you would expect, and also creates a copy of each file to place into that iTunes Media Folder you just created.
Shouldn't have any more problems...

I managed to get ultrasearch running now. The crawling process seems to run smooth. Executing a search gives me the correct result. However, i can not display the documents that are listed in the resultpage.
The link to the document is like this:

The path in the url seems ok to me.
Cliking on this link gives me the following error:
The requested URL /pls/portal/display.jsp was not found on this server.

I just tested it by accessing the search page with the following url:
http://myportal/ultrasearch/query/search.jsp
This gives me the same result and the links to the actual documents work fine now too! But it is not working from within portal, the links generated by the ultrasearch portlet give me an error.

Hi gurus,
I have a report that has a parameter file. When I call the report the parameter form is displayed but after I enter the parameter values and click SUBMIT QUERY, I receive this error:
Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.
Oracle Reports Server CGI - Reports Server name is not specified.
If I run the report without parameter file it runs fine.
Does anyone have an idea on how I can make this work.

* Can you please tell what version of Reports you are using ie 6i or 9i and the exact version [ In builder give Help->About] . In this problem we cannot deduce anything from the version. But if it is very old, we can recommend installing the latest patch.
* Please post the full command line request. If you have used any keys in cgicmd.dat , please post the expansion of that keys also.
* If possible as a workaround give paramform=no&paramName=paramValue ... in request till this problem is resolved.

Hitting submit on th eparameter form causes the requested url was not found

Hi,
I'm using reports 6i patch 10 on a Oracle 8.1.7.4 , all of it is installed on a windows xp system.
When I try to run one of my own reports through the web (still staying on the local machine) this works well for displaying the parameter form.
Hitting the submit button on the parameter form causes
Error: the requested url was not found, or cannot be served at this time
Oracle Reports Server CGI- reports server name is not specified
But the server name is in the command line
When I run the same report with paramform = no and specifying the required parameters in the command line everything runs well.
When running the supplied test report everything runs ok, with and without the parameter form.
Any idea what's going on?
Do I need to give more detailed info?

Hi gurus,
I have a report that has a parameter file. When I call the report the parameter form is displayed but after I enter the parameter values and click SUBMIT QUERY, I receive this error:
Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.
Oracle Reports Server CGI - Reports Server name is not specified.
The following is the URL that displays the parameter form
http://RZ-apps-svr/dev60cgi/rwcgi60.exe/getjobid113?server=RZ40Repser
Does anyone have an idea on how I can make this work.

Can you type the exact string into the Address line of a browser and make it work?
I've had this error when
1. Typos
2. & where I should have a ?
3. I didn't have access to the DNS name
4. I was using .runtime from Java and forgot to throw in leading ^ before the \ to make things carry through correctly in NT
Pounding away at the Address line is the easiest way I've found to solve this problem, since 99% of the time it's a typo or malformed URL attempted to be sent via http: invisibly from my app.

Adding to it,
First thing need to modify the server.xml and default-web-site.xml file as mentioned . Even after it doesn't work check for the security settings in the browser.
For IE, Goto Tools-> Internet Options -> Security tab -> Custom level.
Try enabling the security settings.

Publishing server doesn't work - error 'The request URL doesn't contain the query string for the client OS'

I'm trying to setup an App-V environment in my lab.
I've used the App-V 5.0 Trial guide to help me configure all necessary components.
I'm able to install everything without error.
when come time to publish an app, it simply doesn't show up on my client.
after looking at events on the client and server, I found that the Publishing server is returning under Admin the following message.
'The request URL doesn't contain the query string for the client OS'
My setup is pretty simple.
App-V Server managament and Publishing on the same box
App-V database on my SQL server.
I'm able to see the publishing "webpage" by using http:://localhost:889.
It only display this :

<Packages />
</Publishing>
I've published one app from the management console.
any idea what could mean this error?

I've validated the suggested debug steps. It seems that the problem is with my Publish server again.
I've looked in the web.config file. It seems to be missing some parts compare to the example provided.
Again, I've published an application from the management console. Management and Publishing are running on the same box, while SQL is remote.
