Pictures "White Out" in Keynote.

I am creating a Keynote presentation on my G5 and transferring them to my 17" MBP. I copy and pasted pictures from Photoshop to Keynote. A couple of the pictures look just fine on my G5 but when displayed on my MBP they are just white rectangles. I checked the color depth and both machines are set at Millions. I went back to my source and one of the pictures was Grayscale. I changed it to RGB and have the picture. C an we not use grayscale images in Keynote?

You can, but I suspect the problem is the Copy/Paste from Photoshop. This creates a dropped PICT file, which sometimes can do weird things. I always save as PNG (if you need transparency) or jpeg from PSD and drop the file into Keynote. Copy/Paste from Photoshop is a crap shoot and usually ends up causing image problems (though it's usually visual artifacts, not missing images).
