Please allow to number in boxes in Keynote

Dear Apple.
If you read this, please can you allow that when I select text in multiple rows in a table in keynote, and try to number them, instead of them all becoming "1.", the actually number "1., 2., 3." etc?

The folks that read and reply in these discussions are not Apple emplyees, we are mere users of Apple products.
Numbers can not be formatted in a table, auto numbering requires a separate paragraph for each text entry,
a table is regarded as a single paragraph by Keynote.
If you need to number, use a list:

Try as I may, I can't stop a grey boxed number appearing on my Keynote presentations on both my iMac (intel) and iBook (ppc). It appears after a minute or so of inactivity (usually when my students are reading that part of the screen!). There must be a setting to (dis)enable it, but it's beaten me up to now.

Steve, please allow us to watch rented moves for MORE than 24 hours! Most video rentals are good for at least 2 day, if not 3, to return rented movies.

24 Hours is too short. Here's why:
I have two young kids, 3 and 4. We like to watch movies but rarely can site through an entire movie in one sitting. It's typically a two nighter. For example, we downloaded Ice Age Monday night, watched the first half, came back Tuesday evening to finish but no more Ice Age -"all gone Daddy?"
Now most folks probably watch all at once, but I bet there's a sizable number of family folks or people who just like to space things out a bit who would be much better satisfied with at least a 48 hour watch window. Watch your non-complete rate, if it's high, I doubt it's because all movies suddenly suck, but rather 24 hours is really 12 hours for most folks who require sleep.
So Apple, break the mold again! Don't let the Studio Lawyers win this one -Blockbuster for god's sake gives you two days on hot rentals -and sometimes two weeks for catalog titles!
We need 48 hours.

Apple please allow the user to edit the genres

You know after apple revamped iTunes 12, and I think that they did a great job,, I started to think about the genres. I really wish that I had control over what genres appeared in my list because the overwhelming majority go unused and I'd like to have only the ones that are pertinent to me in my list. So apple if you are reading this please allow the end user to choose which genres appear in their list and allow them to delete the rest.

Feature Request - Please allow for a "classic" view option.

Please allow for a "classic" view option like you have in Mail. Miss the sidebar that had a list of all the calendars using. The pop up list is not nearly as functional. iCal in Lion may be great for touch screen users but is a step back on the intuitive scale for Mac users.
Also, the delete / revert button are too close to the done button. Too easy to hit on accident.

Error while setting Minimum value to Input Number Spin Box..

I drag and drop a VO and created a table.In that table,i convert a column which contain an InputText field to Input Number Spin Box.At the time of page load ,the table fetches the datas from the DataBase and showing Number values in the SpinBox.After that,When i scroll the table through vertical scrollBar,the table showing *"fetching data"* and Error is throwing as *"The value must be Number"* .. In the VO,this attribute is Number.
THIS ERROR ONLY OCCURS when i set the Minimum value of spinBox ..The purpose of setting minimum value is that i only want user to select ve value only..How can i restrict the user for selecting only ve values..?(ie,*How can i set minimum value to SpinBox?)*

Try changing the datatype of your attribute in the EO to be Double instead of Number.

Batch Number with Box number

Hello SAP Experts,
My Client has a unique requirement, they want system to track Batch number with Box number.
For Example if Batch number for incomming material is 123456, and if the entire quantity comes in 3 boxes, then the system should track the quantity as 123456/1 , 123456/2 and 123456/3.
Moreover, client wants to issue the materials box wise.
Is there any standard way of capturing this requirement.

Is there any way, by which I can assign Internal number ranges to the Batches in this scenario.
I have also tried to explore Handling unit management but in that case also we need to pack the material inside, but in my client's scenario they get the box from vendor and store it as it is.
Looking for positive solution.

How to limit the number of boxes to tick in LC

I would like to know the "javascript" in Lice Cycle to limit the number of boxes ticked
for example i have 20 boxes and i would like that the client can only tick 5 boxes

But my problem is that i don't know which boxes the client will want to tick so all boxes have to be available at the beginning.
When the client will have ticked 5 boxes in this case and only in this case, all others boxes must become unavailable so it is very difficult to set up

This is a form validation issue. For example, you may have a text field and the value entered into that field determines which checkboxes must be completed to satisfy a validation or business rule. The attached sample requests the value "foobar" to be entered into a text field. If you enter "foobar" and exit the field, 2 of 3 checkboxes have the access property changed to "protected", meaning a user cannot no longer select those checkboxes.

I work at a film / tv post production facility. We use Outlook365 and the Sharepoint feature to share Word Docs and Excel Spreadsheets virtually. I use the Excel functionality in Sharepoint so that we can track media we copy to our StorNext SAN volumes as well as the multiple LTFS and Tar Per Shot LTO5s we write for both our clients and as internal data backups. Managing the media is beyond critical as TV and Feature studios require the utmost care of their OCF (original camera footage) and dailies / editorial media.
Of the many toolsets we use to edit and color shows and feature films is the AutoDesk platform (think Flame, Inferno, Smoke). The application toolset writes over 20TBs of data to our SAN volumes and the way it writes the data is unique to the application. If you tried to look at via a Mac Finder or Windows Explorer, the hex values in the filenames would not make sense. We cannot associate those hex names with actual human readable project names.
One of my engineers used the AutoDesk app to spit out a 1 million line plus text file with human readable names of every project, file type and file path.
What I am trying to do is suck all of that data into a spreadsheet that I can upload to Sharepoint (or paste directly into Sharepoint). When I try to copy/paste on my Mac Mini directly into a Sharepoint page, both Safari and Firefox go into a spinning beach ball of death. Time stops; photons of light are bent towards the event horizon; you get the picture.
Since Numbers won't accept more than 65,000 lines, I need a way to get that data into a spreadsheet.
I have downloaded LibreOffice and will give that a try.
Knowing what you do now, might you have any other suggestions?

Cannot find serial number on box, have tried to see it 3 days now

I am looking for serial number on box of adobe photoshop elements 13 that I bought from amazon. the booklet has the first four numbers and they are nowhere listed on the box.

Have you found a white box inside the outer box. The serial number (starting 1057) is usually on the outside of that white box.

Elusive Serial Number on box (Photoshop Elements 11) bought from Amazon

Have been trying to set up Photoshop. Can't get past the serial number stage! Looked at box, smaller box inside, all inserts. The only numbers appear on the outer box, to the left of the official Adobe sticker. However, there is NOTHING labelled as "Serial Number" There are 2 bar codes - one has an 18 digitcode. The other has a two letter : 8 digit set above the bar code and underneath there is a 12 digit set with spaces thus x   xxxxx xxxxx   x

Error during GR posting. "Serial Number management only allows whole number

Dear Gurus,
Need your help regarding the error encountered during MIGO. Error M7172 "Serial Number management only allows whole number"
Based from the PO posted, Matl X has 50ea order quantity, however, the material master is maintained with a Base unit of OZ,
with this, conversion has been added to convert the EA --> OZ. and result will be 0.531OZ for the PO Qty in SKU.
Known that decimal places is not possible in conjunction to Serial Number Management.
May I just confirm if there could be settings that can be configured, so as to allow decimal values be used and assign serial number. Or is serial number should just be assigned per unit (meaning 1:1, one serial number per 1 whole value of uom)?

when I receive 10 qtys of say item XYZ in two boxes so based on number of boxes two seperate GR slips should be printed for the same material which should have same GR Number & qty split ( as per box ), How to map such scenerio ?

I feel without HUM it is quite impossible to generate Material slips based upon the Number of boxes.
