Please help, I am trying to split a HD mp4 video into two parts using Quicktime 10.2, running Mountain Lion. I use trim then export but it doesn't give the movie option as a format. What would you suggest i do?
I'm not sure why you're using a FAT32 drive, but using ExFAT instead of FAT32 would be a better overall choice as it doesn't have the 4 Gig limit.

Hello can some please help I am trying to watch my HBO go on my apple tv I have sound no picture. I can watch my iTunes videos and youtube on my airplay with my ipad and everything is updated so I know it works. But not on HBO go, Max go, showtime go.
What you want to do does not work with an iPd running iOS 5. See the screenshot.
The latest update for HBO GO does allow for AirPlay on Apple TV - sound and video - but only on devices running iOS 6 and Apple TV running 5.1.1 or later - according to the app description. -

Whenever i try to sync my ipod a message keeps coming up saying "1 or more items could not be synced", apparently its error -69. Please help, i've tried rebooting my laptop, installing the latest itunes and turning off the wifi but nothing seems to work.

The action menu can be restored by, in the Finder, selecting under View menu "Customize Toolbar ...". There you will see options to put the action menu (wheel) back on your toolbar. -

That's a direct link to the download, you can right click (or control+click) and save it to your downloads folder. Expand it with Stuffit Expander and run the 10.102.64 installer.
That's the best that can be hoped for because if your Mac is PowerPC, and I suspect it is, even Apple no longer supports it since September of 2009. The next OS X version (10.5) won't run the latest Player either. You'd need an Intel Mac with 10.6.3 or newer to use Flash Player 11.8.800.94.
PowerMax does have some really good deals on "pre owned" Macs. I've bought three from them myself over the years. -
My PC is not getting authorized & I am not able to sync my I pad with my PC any more nor Im able to install any app. I recently reinstalled my windows. Please help. I tried authorizing with my ID but it still shows the message computer is no longer authorized.

I just bought iWorks Serial Number Key over the internet. When I use the key, iWorks keep telling me the key is invalid!! Please help. (I bought this iWorks from someone in Singapore. I am using it in Malaysia.). Thanks
Downloaded the Trial version. It still says the serial number key is invalid. On the iWork page where I am suppose to enter the serial number key, the "Go Back" button is always BOLD, but the "Continue" button remains GREY all the time. The "Continue" button remains grey even after I have completed the key entry. I have to type the "Return" key on my keyboard to force enter the key. The message I get is still "Invalid key".
I have called Apple. The first person helped by asking me to delete certain items in some Folders and it still did not work. I was then connected to a senior person, but I heard over the recording that there were 15 persons waiting on the line. I had to end the call because the wait will take too long. -

What's the video exactly? Open into the QT player and report what it says in the movie inspector or post a screen shot.

I have no idea what rtr planeta is but if it uses Flash, it won't work very well or at all on an iOS device. If it is Flash, try the Skyfire browser... it is supposed to run some Flash sites. Review it carefully before purchase.

Not true. The music and pic sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You really should transfer everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your computer. Since you do not have access to the old computer, then use your backup copy of the old computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer ( not good), then you would have to transfer itunes purchased as described earlier. Any other itunes content would be lost.
You can e-mail photo library pics to yourself, but they will not be of the original quality.
Before syncing, enter at least one unique contact and calendar entry on the computer. When you first sync, then you should get the option to merge the data. -

It doesn't sound like the PDF was password protected (or Adobe Reader would prompt you for a password). Instead, it sounds like that file may be marked locked by your operating system. Are you on Mac OS or Windows? In either case, here are instructions for removing the lock icon from the file:
Remove the Lock Icon from a Folder in Windows 7 (check Microsoft's website if you have a different version of Windows)
On Mac OS, select the file in the Finder, and choose File > Get Info. Then, just deselect the Lock checkbox.
