Please help me!!!! I really need to get this video back!!

I created a movie in imovie. there was also a BLANK movie in imovie (it had no videos in it yet) and that movie got renamed as the other movie that i created before. now, wherever i look for the old video in my computer, the blank one comes up in that name and none of them are the old video!!!!! is there any way that i can get the old video back??? or is it gone for good!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

To save as a PDF, you do that from Print

I backed up my sons Iphone 4 and tried to get it to Icloud with no luck, I figured it backed up to his itunes, I connected to itunes and logged him in under his account. I thought it was his back up but it was mine . How can I get his 2.4 gig back that is on his phone to restore his phone. can I do it right from the phone . ON both devices go to settings - message - send&receive - uncheck or remove the appl id.
In the same settings - start a new conversation - remove or uncheck the apple id.

No. If you failed to turn off Find my iPhone BEFORE you upgraded to iOS 7, you will need the original Apple ID and password. If you upgraded to iOS 7 you will need this info; there is no way around this. Why don't you have the original Apple ID? Where did you get the phone?

I have just updated my iphone 4 to the new ios 6.1, now I can not sync my music to my phone via my iTunes. Before I done the update I was able to put the songs on my phone via iTunes, can anyone please help as i really need to put the songs on my phone.

Hi everyone, I need some help big time. I was currently running the IOS 6.0.1 on my iphone 4 and I could sync and transfer music to my phone via my iTunes account. But I updated my phone to the new IOS 6.1 and now I can not transfer music onto my iphone, all it does is tries to sync the songs but it doesn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes back onto my laptop yet it still does not work. Can anyone please help me.

The release of iTunes 11.0.2 and iOS 6.1.2 for my iPhone 4, seems to have sorted everything. I can now sync music, films and photos between my MacBook and my phone.
I was dubious about blindly doing the updates but decided they couldn't really mess up any further functionality so I went for it and it's sorted now.
Look in to, and take the gamble, it's up to you.

I have an iphone 4 i recieved as a gift from my uncle. I updated it to the new ios 7. But after that a few days later I had to reset it so I could free up my memory. I've never had a sim card for it because I just use it as an ipod basically. Well now it won't even let me into my iphone/ All it says is please insert sim. Is there a way around this? Because I don't want to get the phone activated, I just want to continue to use it for music and things like that. Please help me

You need a sim card to activate the phone.
If its locked to a carrier you'll need a sim card from that carrier.
You don't need to have phone service on the sim card you use, it just has to be in the phone.
If you can borrow one from someone for the activation, you can remove it afterwards and all should work normally.
Getting a sim card should not be too difficult.

HELP ME PLEASE!!! I need to get this figured out.... it won't work!

Here is my issue. One time while my i-pod was updating it froze along with i-tunes. So, I didn't disconnect it but I had to restart it. Of course that made me lose all the music on the i-pod. So, then it now, I can't get any music back onto the i-pod. I have tried restarting and reconnecting but it just won't work. My i-tunes says that it is updating and putting all the songs back onto the i-pod but then once the update is "complete" there is no music or videos on the i-pod. However, the pics are still there. Does anyone know how I can fix this?!?! Help please!! thanks a bunch!

If you are using manual update, make sure you selecting what items are to be put on your ipod.

My iWork08 that was preinstalled on my macbook is now telling me that my trial is over and I can no longer save any files?? I really need to get this fixed asap. I've had this macbook since '08 and never had this problem until last night??

I doubt that's it. I've had it since 08 and Pages, Keynote and Numbers were all there and in full working order for years. I did upgrade my OS. But that was a few months back and I've used these applications since then. I don't know why I would have to repurchse iWork after 3 years.

The cable that I'm using came with my 5th gen nano. The 6th gen Ipod shows that it's connected but the computer doesn't see it, so I don't think that it's the cable.
I did try this before when looking at the troubleshooting guide and nothing happens. It just resets and then the Ipod screen tells me that it's connected to the computer. It still is unseen by Itunes and no where to be found in my computer.
I don't have another computer to plug it into at the moment but I may be able to visit a friend that owns a decent PC in a few days. If that doesn't work out I will be getting a new lap top in a week and I'm hoping that it will work on that, but it won't be a Mac. So, let's say it works when I plug it into one of these computers, should I reset my Ipod from there or is there something else I should do?

Make a temporary, backup copy of your library if you don't already have one (Control-click on the library and select Duplicate from the contextual menu) and apply the fix below:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #1, followed by #3 and then #4 as needed.
After each run thru the repair process see if you can create a PDF file of the book as described in this Apple Document: iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it. If you can try ordering the book. If you can't finish trying all of the otpions and then boot into Safe mode and try there.

I'm trying to compile a population genetic software program onto my Mac Lion. It was originally compiled to Tiger and worked beautifully. But now I'm getting an error 'library not found for -lglut', and now I'm trying to figure out how to download the library. I've installed the command line code for Xcode, and am thinking I possibly missed installing the libraries. I could be very wrong here... all I know is that I'm no longer near the people I would ask to help me with this so I'm asking you! Thanks in advance for any help! I guess my questions are: 1) where can I download the glut (potentially OpenGL) libraries (if I don't have them already)? And 2) once downloaded, how do I install it so the makefile will compile my program (in terminal, not Xcode)? Cheers,

Sorry to bang on about this.
I have a number of iWeb websites such as www.sbls.co.uk
If you launch a browser and look at the pages they are fine. If however you change the text size, by just one point in the browser, the titles on some of the iweb pages goes huge, like 100points and renders that page useless. Decreasing the text size does not help you have to quit the browser and try again.
If you goto the page and then adjust font size in the browser it works just fine. Its if you change font size before going to the website. Its repeatable.
it does it in both Safari and Firefox for me and is likely a bug in iWeb. Does anyone else experience this with their web pages? I am at a loss what to do.
