I have problem with my Ipod touch when I upgrade it with ios 6. I cannot turn it off. I have alrealy followed the troubleshooting instructions to press both the off/sleep button and the home button but still it will not turn off. I cannot use my ipod anymore for it is just hanging up.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I am new in ODI and this is my first time.. huh.. its quite pressure..
I have created about 50 scenarios and all the scenarios will be checked any files in queue table to process for every 60 seconds. My problem are:-
When i start about 10 scenarios the files processing is fast and its take about 1 minute to complete the file processing. But once I start more scenarios the process becomes slow and some of the scenarios look keep idle (or sleep) event more than 10 minute... Why ?... I am still unable to open iOS Dev account. Today I am going to Barclays Bank, Islamabad F7. May be they have any information. Most of the people said that It can only be achieved with Credit Card of Standard Charter or Barclays, but somewhere I read that Barclays is the partner Bank of Apple in Pakistan. So may be they have any information regarding this. Also the Credit Card must be on your name. If I got any information I will tell you. If you found any information let me know.

Hi,
My IOS developer's account is disabled 1 to 2 months ago. I have tried calling apple support center several times but none of them are able to help me. I gave my last try to the Apple US support center, and she advised me to call my bank. I was confused for a moment, wondering how does my bank is related to my account being disabled. At a sudden, I recalled that my itune account was compromised and my bank has stopped a transaction. But how does it apply to my IOS developer account? I am still using my itune account to purchase apps recently. I raised my question to her again, indicating it is the IOS developer account and not iTune account. She kept on insisting, "Call your bank to ask why it is disabled." It does not make sense to call my bank asking why my iOS developer account is disabled. Later she told me she will get someone to call me back, which I think it is unlikely as this has happened before when I called the call center (Asia). I am totally disappointed and upset on the level of support by Apple, and hopes someone can guide me on how to proceed further to get my IOS developer enable again.
I have tried to do some research on the internet and realized it is because of the new iOS5 beta. Apple is preventing people from sharing the iOS5 beta version. But it does not make senses to me, as i dont share my iOS beta version. I have 1 iphone and 1 ipad installed with iOS which are owned by me. Is it because of this? If so, why is it so? My mind is flooded with question marks now.
I am a big fan of Apple but now I am shaken by such a low level support provided by the call center department, hopefully the quality support can be improved in the near future.

JohanI have to say this is the hardest thing to diagnose that I have come up against over the past 10 years! Completely out of ideas.
If this was just the Intuos3 with the mouse on my G5 then I would just say it is a bad mouse switch, but when a different mouse on two different tablets (Intuos 2 and Intuos3) are both exhibiting the same behavior on two different computers (a G4 Laptop and a G5 Tower) - then something is wrong.
The only other thing I have done to both computers recently is I installed Adobe CS3. Have any of you that have responded also installed CS3?
This is not a Wacom Driver issue, because if you plug in a tablet without the Wacom Driver installed, the mouse should still work like a standard mouse and I am having trouble even then. Even during a restart of the computer as soon as the Wacom tablet blue light comes on - even before the desktop appears, if I hold down the mouse button the tablet will irratically flicker between blue (receiving power from USB) to green (mouse button engaged)? (Again it does not do this with the Pen - it always works fine - just any Wacom mouse).
If it were a USB power issue the tablet light would go off and on, but it doesn't - one of the LEDs is always lit. If it were a tablet grid issue, the Pen would also display the same symptoms - it doesn't. It acts like the mouse does not have enough "consistent power" output to keep the grid engaged when activated which would be easily explained by a bad mouse switch or for sure if the mouse had a bad battery, but I don't think the mouse has a battery does it? And none of this explains why I am getting this on two tablets with two mice (unless the mouse actually does have a battery and both are bad)?
Anyway I am 95% sure this is a communication problem between the mouse and the tablet - not the tablet and the computer and Driver is not in the equation.

For someone with a problem. looking for free help from volunteers you have a funny way of showing your gratitude.
Your problem is simple. you waited for a month to look into this and now your account is cancelled. Only Apple can do anything about this. If you can't see that, if you think volunteers that are non-Apple employees can help you then you have a long wait ahead.

Pls take note that my IPad 3 used to find my printer HP wireless D110. The only thing that I did was to update to IOS 7. Do you think this is the reason why my iPad cannot find my wireless printer?

Please help. I recently upgraded to IOS 8.2 and i realised
that all my downloaded videos from itunes have somewhat vanished. I see the
cloud sign with the downward arrow. However they won’t play, i am being

The icon indicates an item that is available for download. This is usually because it has been downloaded previously by the account you are logged in under and will not be charge again for the download. See the following article, while it references iTunes for Mac and not iOS, it is the same.

I did not purchase this,I only ordered a song,this was done in error. Please remove charge. I was trying to get to my account on iTunes on my cell phone. I did not see charge on my bank account and was not at home to look it up on my PC. I kept getting error message on my PC -error 303..Thanks
