Plug-ins and 10.4.9

Question

Hi everyone!
Before jumping to 10.4.9 and QuickTime 7.1.6, I'd like to know if anybody has had problems of some sort (AU validation etc) with the following plug-ins in Logic 7.2.3, OR with Logic itself (I'm using Express but it shouldn't matter):
Arturia CS-80V
Arturia Moog Modular V
Toontrack EZDrummer
Garritan Personal Orchestra (in Kontakt Player)
Native Instruments B4 mark 2
Also, please tell me if Pro App Update 4.0 solved anything for you.

I'm using OS 10.4.9 and did not have problems. However, I have a problem with Quicktime 7.1.6 that I did not have with 7.1.5.
I am using an Alesis IO|26 interface and this is what I wrote to Alesis tech support:
I have a PowerMac G5 Duo 2.0 Ghz processor with 4 GB of ram, and I am using Mac OS 10.4.9. Recently I purchased an Alesis IO|26. I have discovered that the Control Panel with the most recent driver (1.5d4) does not recognize that the IO|26 is attached to my computer, that is it does not "see" it at all.
However, with driver version 1.5d0 all seems to work fine.
Any ideas?
Issue has not been fixed yet, needless to say I'm using version 1.5d0 of the driver for now.
I also wrote the following:
All of my software is at the latest release. Quicktime was updated to version 7.1.6 on May 1, 2007. Also, with regards to my monitors, I am using Roland DS-5 monitors which offer a choice of inputs, and I am using the S/PDIF out of the Alesis IO|26 to the S/PDIF in of the DS-5 monitor.
Well, in addition to the issue which I previously emailed to you about and for which I received an answer indicating that you are working on it, I now have a new problem.
Apparently, with the Quicktime update from Apple on May 1, 2007 the Main Level control on my IO|26 has no affect on the level of sound coming out of my monitors. However, the AlesisHDM program does show a change in it's value, but it does not actually have any affect on the level in my monitors. Previous to the Quicktime update it worked fine.
In my case this issue has not been fixed yet. The only possible fix I am aware of at this time is to revert back to Quicktime version 7.1.5. Upon considering the work involved I said emphatically "Jesus!" this is just too much. So, since I can function fully by having my monitors connected via analog outs 1 and 2, that's all I'm doing for now.
