Plzz help my adudition is still in trial mode!

I have been in contact with your support a couple of times the last 2 days and they cant find the issue. But now the last time they said that i should try to install audition on another computer so i did and i get the same problem still, it still says ''trail'' in the background of my sound files so it most have something to do with my subscription? It also says that i need to complete my adobe id profile to regiter the product, but i have allready done that? Plzz help!

As a U2U group, we can't deal with this at all - installation issues are not our province at all. The best we could offer is to hope that one of the developers comes along and takes pity on you. On the face of it, this sounds like a Cloud issue though, not necessarily Audition at all; you might want to post on the Cloud forum (if there is one...)

    Hi Eric,
    As J Potter mentioned you will have to Sign Out and then Sign In to the Apps.
    The steps you need to follow are:
    1. Launch the application which says you are in trial mode.
    2. On the Creative Cloud application trial screen, click on "License this Software".
    3. Sign in with your Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud membership.

  • Audition still in Trial mode

    I have enrolled in the Cloud and the money has gone from my account and yet my copy of Audition is still in trial mode with three days left. Telephone help is useless as they can barely speak any English. Answers please anyone??

    I can't help much with the Mac part of things (I run Audition on a Windows machine) but the set up in Audition is under the Edit/Preferences/Audio Hardware Set up menu.
    Things to check would be:
    -that you have the most recent drivers for your audio interface installed.
    -that you select the proper type of driver for your device
    -that the right sound device is selected in both the Recording and Playback menus
    -that the sample rate and bit depth selected in Audition matches those selected in any control panel for your audio device.  The audio device might be a separate screen for a specialist audio interface or part of the basic Mac OS controls if you're using the inbuilt sound card.

    Please try the below mentioned steps
    1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
    2) delete the opm.db file*
    3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.
    *On Windows 7, the opm.db file is located here:
    C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    *On a Mac, go here:
    [Userdir]:Library:Application Support:Adobe

    Welcome to Adobe community.
    With Creative CLoud for Teams , you need to Invite Users to be a part of the team to actually have the access to all the products , If the invitations are not sent , then they will be running the product as a trial version only.
    If youare the program Admin , I would request you to kindly log in to the Admin Console at creative.adobe.com and Invite the user's who need to use the Subscription.

  • Have no redemption code, redemption code help didn't work. Photoshop still in trial mode

    Purchased Photoshop + Lightroom monthly memership offer.
    Installed Creative Cloud Manager and downloaded both programs.
    Lightroom works fine and was activated with creative cloud without problem, however PHOTOSHOP simply doesn´t activate, only gives me option to start on trial mode and I haven´t received any redemption code to actually try redeem. In previous question you sent me redemption hel link, but didn't work out since i haven´t received any redemtion code. Hope you can help, I am rellay disappointed with this subscription.

I looked at your order and it looks like the type of membership which should only require you signing in with your Adobe ID and no redemption code.  Do you see any kind of button at the bottom with a "License this software" option that you can use to sign-in? If for some reason Photoshop was unable to activate, that would be an explanation why its running in trial mode.     Hi, I downloaded trial of student edition extended CS4, bought hard copy from shop, obtained serial number, registered, activated but still am in trial mode with program. Can anyone help me please?

    I would assume the student version has its own set of activation numbers then the full price version.
    I have never heard of a trial student version of PS CS4 Extended. There is only one version that can be downloaded and that is PS CS4 extended off the Adobe website.

    Running a Mid 2011 iMac with 10.8 and 16Gig ram
    I uninstalled my versions of CS6.
    Downloaded CC for desktop.
    Noticed that not all the apps could be downloaded.
    Checked my Account details, there were some fields empty. Filled in the missing info.
    All apps now could be downloaded from CC desktop.
    Downloaded Apps. When I opened them they all are starting in trial mode.
    I think I had done all your suggestions you have on your help pages.
    Still no joy.
    So
    Uninstalled all CC Apps.
    Downloaded them again.
    When I open them, same problem.
           Help!

  • Premiere 2014CC still in trial mode after purchasing process

    Dear Adobe people!
    I live in Hungary and after 28 days of trial period I was convinced i needed your wonderful software. I contacted the official Hungraian reseller (designshop.hu) and did the whole purchase process following their instructions (it was not easy though...). However, when trying to open my premiere it still says it is in trial mode and only 2 days left before it ends
    I wonder what step i missed or why it is not working properly. In two days i will be unable to kepep working on a project i started in trial mode?
    I tried :
    deleting the downloaded trial version and reinstalling
    deleting and reinstalling CC
    setting the language to English (international)
    I wonder if there is any process, code issuing or anything for which i simply have to wait - or if i made a mistake when installing.
    Please get back to me, I am desperate...
    all help is appreciated.

    Jason! Wonderful - my status says active here, so i should be fine! If so, i will remember to come back here and mark this answer correct so you get the points for it (well deserved). Are you talking from experience though can i be entirely sure  (i am in mid-work and wouldn't like to have to stop working t odeal with install issues.) I am attaching a screenshot - can you say i am fine by seeing these?

  • Still in trial mode despite use of redemption code

    I was given a year subscription by an adobe employee as they are trying to convert all the editors at my job to Premiere Pro from FCP. I received the email with the code and entered it, then I downloaded a bunch of apps but they all ask for a serial which I never got. Did I miss a step in the process or something?

    my adobe  cc trial apps are about to expire and but i have a paid subscription and have tried to download the full apps but have only been given the option to download apps in trial mode, what to do?

    Nothing works. Here is the situation. I have a subscription that is up for its monthly fee tomorrow, ever since the first payment, which was processed, I have been able to access the apps but they have always started in trial mode. Even with this latest release today, I uninstalled everything cleaned my system out completely and started from scratch. I access my page the apps are available fro download, firstly they appear as "download trial" but a second later it switches to just plain "download" I download the app, it starts up, there are a few flashes on the initial screen that appears and then the apps revert to the almost finished trial mode I had initially started with and I am presented with an option to continue or activiate with a serial number which i do not have. I am downloading an english version and am making sure that the english is the default language. Dont know what to do. Up the creek without a paddle!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Erik,
    You have to purge the trial copy of iWorks. This is a bug in the upgrade/purchase scheme that Apple uses. Yvan Koenig has written a script to remove the iWorks 09 trial copy. You can find it here.
    After removing iWork, redownload from the Mac App Store and you should be fine.

    How can I resolve this issue. I have premiere CC on two computer that I want to sign out of one while using the other. There seems to be some issue doing this and now it is not accepting the serial number and stuck in trial mode.

    Cloud programs do not use a serial number, they are activated when you log in to your Cloud account

    Bought a package for around £15. Had an email with my Order number and haven't had any emails since. Started with a trial version, but I now only have one day left of my trial - I tried to enter my number into the 'license software' code but I still haven't had any other emails.     Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    I bought a license for Flash Professional CC. The invoice is paid and visible in my account.
    However, in the CC manager the program is shown as a trial version. During startup I'm asked for a serial.
    In my Adobe account on the website it also says I'm currently in a trial version. (So logging in and out is no use)
