PM 6.5 does not accept keys AltGr and E for the Euro Symbol

I have WinXP Prof SP2. Above key combination works with other programs, but not with PM 6.5. Anybody know how to overcome this problem?

As Jay says, it's to do with the extended character set not being read by archaic PM.
Try using Alt+0128 (Windows) to insert €

If you still have problems, download Adobe's free Type1 Euro fonts from here which will definitely solve it.

I am assuming that you are trying to log in with the English language. If this is the case (or any other language for that matter), see if there is a button on the login screen that allows you to change your language.

Note that a reset tries to migrate cookies to the new profile, so if you had previously as problem with cookies then the problem might have been carried over.
If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

I changed my Apple ID and put new PW. When I go to itunes and want to purchase some App it gives window with
old user id and asks for password. I does not accept new password because it is not associated with this ID. I wanted
to make the same user ID as Apple and also the same password but I do not know how it can be done. The old ID and old password must be on Apple site
and there must ba way to delete them.?

Tap on your id in Settings > Store and log out of the account and then log back in with the updated version so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

Apple tv does not accept apple id and password

I can sign into itunes fine with my apple ID and password, however the apple tv does not recognise it. I would rather not change my password as this would mean changing countless email addresses. Apple support said they knew how to fix it but it would cost £25.00 which I think is a rip off.

Are you by any chance using an iPhone app to control the AppleTV? Try using the remote which came with the AppleTV instead. I read a thread yesterday where people using an app couldn't log into Netflix until they discovered that they needed to add a space to the end of the password (when using the app). The same might be true for the Apple ID.

I understand there may be a new Apple TV coming out in 2014. Hopefully this could be a game changer in our lives and not just a product upgrade. I also understand that Apple does not except unsolicited ideas and suggestions for new products.

That being said, understanding this is neither a "suggestion" nor an "idea", I was wondering how great it would be if the new Apple TV would have built in Radio Frequency control capability for all HT products. Comcast has RF control with it's new x1 box but it does not work with other components like a DVR, AV Receiver or other HT devices. Logitech offers remotes that one has to program with all the codes per individual manufacturer but this still requires an RF base station and external blasters.
                If the Apple had a relationship with the different audio/video manufacturers so that one could simply use an Apple TV remote ( or optionally use ipad, iPhone, MAC ) to control everything HT, then this simplicity would capture a huge audience in a big way!! Of course..........this is not a suggestion or an idea :-).

No idea what you mean by HT devices, but it is unlikely Apple would release a product to support 3rd party devices. On top of which changing the ATV remote to be RF instead of IR would break all the existing remotes that are able to work with ATV. And would be MUCH more expensitve.

Only becasue they HAVE to because they only provide one actual cable box, with other dumb box termtinals.   So remotes have to be able to work in other rooms since they all have to connect to the real cable box.

Right, since once you switch to RF you break compatablity with all the other IR devices out there which is pretty much 99% of them.

Airplay does not work with slideshows and music - get the slides but no music with iPad Air2 and ios 8.1.22

iPad Air 2 with celluar with ios8.1.2 will not airplay with apple tv slideshows with music. I see the slides on the TV but do not hear the music. This works on the iphone 5s with iOS 8.1.2 and with my other iPad which is on iOS7.
This problem was reported on Nov 21, 2014 and other people had reported it prior to me.
When will this be fixed by Apple - it worked in the past and does not work now.
Should i return my iPad Air 2 and get my money back?

I am trying to print out information on a Google Maps page. I have the print setting on fit to width but the page does not print that way and some of the page that would normally show on page 2 is missing.

The page prints out fine on Internet Explorer, but not on Firefox. 2 pages are supposed to print out but only 1 prints. Also it does not fit to width even though that's the setting.

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. Lightroom 3 does not offer a choice of language for the trial download

I have downloaded the trail version Lightroom 3. Although my computer is in French, I wanted to download the English version of the software. All the tutorials and the literature are in English.
I tried three times but every time, it did not offer me a choice of language for the trial version and downloaded the French version everytime.
Can anyone help solve this problem for me?

I just checked Adobe's trial download and I was offered many different languages for the trial download.
The language choice is on the webpage before you click on <Download>.

I have lost control. This version does not remember id's and passwords for any sight, makes me re login for every site every time I return to a site even during the same session. With the previous version I did NOT have this problem.

I loved the previous version and this version for me is a downgrade. I am not able to correctly set the option, and I cannot even get the feedback function to operate correctly.

There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page.
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.
If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you and you need to sign in once again.

Boot camp 3.2 windows xp keyboard wire does not work key volume and brightness, etc.

I bought today a new apple keyboard with wire.
The old keyboard had a broken button, but the control keys f1-f12 all worked with both os mac or os both windows.
Now I change the keyboard, but I do not work anymore keys f1-f12 under Windows XP, but they work under Snow Leopard.
I updated bootcamp in XP until version 3.2, but the problem remained.
What can I do?

Adding to the above: I also tried plugging in an Microsoft USB keyboard at the point when Windows freezes at the Windows log-in screen. The keyboard is not recognized and the only way I can leave this screen is to power-off the computer.

Go to id.apple.com. Click on Manage Apple ID. Type in your Apple ID & password.
If it works there, then you're typing it incorrectly on your device.
If it doesn't work there, then you're using the wrong password. Change it at iforgot.apple.com.

Is there a "I forgot my password" option anywhere? If so, I would enter your email address and then click that option. That way, they'll email you your password and you can use that to access the account and see what's going on.
