PO amount isn't reflected in the liquidity forecast

Dear Gurus,
I have completed all the cash management configuration, but somehow the liquidity forecast only captures the balance of PO that has been converted to invoice through MIRO.
I think CM retrieves the invoice balance through planning group which is correct since the cash management (CM) group has been assigned to vendor master data. But do you have any idea how planning level in CM connects to MM/Vendor? Or is there something else missing?
Thanks a bunch.

check out ' commitment update' option from controlling area.
thanks

I want to import still images to make a stop motion animation, but when I try to change the duration of still images, it isn't reflected in the timeline.  How can I do this?

    Tonaw,
If you import your still images using iPhoto, then the time you set for each still, using FCPX Perferences works.
You can set the durantion from 1 frame to as long as you want them view.
If you do not use iPhoto to import your stills, the default is 10 sec's.
FYI: This issue was brought up within a month after FCPX was released. They found out by using iPhoto, you had better control of the amount of time your still was viewed.

  • Cash positions shows the values of the liquidity forecast a few days later?

    Regarding transaction FF7A/B:
The Liquidity forecast shows the future receivable and payable based on the payment terms (due date) of the AR and AP invoices on a certain day. The amount should added to (in case of receivables) or subtracted from the bank account the next day or 2 days (bank statement processing) for the majority of payments (incoming and outgoing). Please confirm?! I should see the values of the Liquidity Forecast back in the Cash Position with a delay of a few days. Please confirm?!

sorry, was in a rush, any suggestions to fix or ideas of what has gone wrong

  • Customer Advance amount is not reflecting in the F.07

    Hi,
When we are running F.07, for a particular Customer F.07 is not showing the advance amount. For the rest of the Customer it is showing the figures.
When I view FBL3N (special GL a/c) and FBL5N (Customer) reports here it showing the figures but the problem is with F.07 why it is not picking that Customer advance amount.
    Please advice.
    Thanks,
    Ramesh Reddy N

    Hi Raj,
In FBL3N report it is appearing it as a downpayment and the same was appearing in the FBL5N when I select the Special GL transactions. That transaction is not a noted item. That is sure.
If any one faced similar kind of issue please share your experience.
    Thanks,

  • The down payments are not showing in the liquidity forecast (FF7A)

The down payments are recorded in the special ledger "A", I defined the FA level, with the source symbol "PSK" in the transaction OT12, and I also put the level of FA in the account associated with the special ledger " A ", in transactions OBXR and OBYR. Despite having done the above I can not see the down payments in forecasting liquidity of the transactions FF7A or FF7B
I will be grateful for any help.

  • Purchase order on Liquidity forecast

    Hi all,
Today we have integrated the configuration of the the liquidity forecast by sales orders and open items accounting, but it does not consider the purchase orders. Does anyone know how could I configure it in order to consider the purchase orders?
    Thank you in advance

    Hi,
I have a problem that none of the PO amount is reflected on cash liquidation, the report only retrieves balances of PO which have been converted to invoice through MIRO.
I found that the configuration is complete, planning group has been assigned to vendor master data. Do you have any idea how planning level in Cash Management connects to Material Management/Vendor?
Or is there something missing that I can't get balance of PO in cash liquidation report?
    Thanks a lot

  • Letter of Credit treatment in liquidity forecast FF7B

    Hi there,
My client has a requirement to display letter of credit for import purchase in the liquidity forecast report. My original thought is to treat the L/C as the the noted item using a special G/L indicator, so it can be captured in FF7B. However, this creates another problem, because the L/C related PO or AP amount will also be captured in the FF7B report. It cause the duplicate amount in FF7B
Any suggestions on display L/C amount only in the FF7B if the L/C is created?
    Thanks a lot!
    Best Regards,
    Xuefei

    Thank you very much Lucciano,
In fact I have already solved the problem and hoping it could also help others I will explain it.
This behavior for down payments it is correct as explained on sapnote 29926 because it prevents the system from considering them twice on Liquidity forecast: once from SD and afterwards from FI.
The correct way when SD updates TR, as per tx OT19, it is to let T074-EBENE field empty for this SpGL Indicators (or not because it doesn't affect).
And when it does not because on tx. OT29 "V_001_I-XFDSD - Update SD" field it isn't selected, the you have the "standard" option of:
    1. With tx. OBXR enter entries on T074-EBENE fields, followed by
    2. an appropiated FI substitution (tx. OBBH) of "BSEG-FDLEV" with T074-EBENE and
    3. another substitution (tx. OBBH) for BSEG-FDTAG with BSEG-ZFBDT.
    Nevertheless, thanks a lot!.

  • FF7B Liquidity Forecast report

    Hi,
After the expiry of the cash discount period (as per vendor/invoice payment terms) the liquidity forecast report should show the full invoice amount. In my case, i am seeing the discounted amount of the invoice after the end of the cash discount period.
Please can you help and tell if you are experiencing the same and if not how do you solve this issue.
    Many thanks
    Kind regards

    Hi,
You can have payment date determination based on planning group (set in customer/vendor master). The config path is:
    Cash and Liquidity Management
    Cash Management
    Structuring
    Liquidity Forecast: Payment Date Determination/Assignments

  • Down payments in Liquidity forecast

    Dear collegues,
I'm searching for a way to include downpayments in the liquidity forecast (tx FF7B), but the system don't allow so as this kind of Special GL indicators are considered as incoming payments, so when I'm trying to post one under tx. F-29 both planning level and planning date are not possible fields and the appear in grey.
I can only think of creating this Sp.GL as "Others" and not as "Downpayments" but I want to check if there is any other workaround to solve this situation.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Prevent parked documents from showing in Liquidity Forecast

We have an invoice scanning system in place here which usually leads to many parked invoices being created. These invoices then show up in the liquidity forecast when we would like to exclude them. Many of these parked documents need to be reviewed to ensure the amounts, accounts, etc are correct from the initial OCR scan. We would only like to see the posted documents show in FF7A.
Is there a standard way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

When drilling down into line item you can exclude/ fitlern them out. More seems not to be possible in standard.

  • Offsetting Field for Liquidity Forecast Report (FF7A)

    Hi Expert,
Would you like to suggest what BtE that can be used to display offsetting account in Liquidity Forecast Report for Customer and Vendor ?
We have implemented BtE "SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00002218", the BtE works fine in the Cash Position Report for Bank and Cash,
but this enhancement didn't impact the Liquidity Forecast Report, do we need to implement other BtE ?
    Thanks for your valuable reply..

    Thank you Florent,
    It's so helpful.
I must accept SAP standard design As-is. No way to post automatically Taxes since PO.
    Thank you very much.

  • Liquidity forecast - purchase order payment terms

Dear Experts, I have the following issue,
We are using liquidity forecast, but we are having a problem because the system does not take into account when a Purchase Order is created with Installment Payment Conditions.  The Liquidity Forecast shows the Planning Date equal to Delivery Date of the Purchase Order, not taking into account the division of the payment term and the days of delay of every partial payment. I would like to know if there is workaround for this issue.
    Best regards.

    Hi Cristobal,
The splitting of payment commitmentment accrding to the instalment dates are not possible. However it is possible to have the first instalment payment date instead of delivery date. But for this the Payment Term definition should take the baseline date as any of the 3 defaults possible ( Doc date/Posting date/Entry date). That means it should not be "No Default".
    Below reproduction from note 497381:
"In the installment payment terms, you can enter 'Fixed day' and 'Additional months' for the calculation of a baseline date. In this case, the system updates the entire payment commitment as at the calculated baseline date (fixed day and additional months)."
Please try this and also share your results with us
