PO attachment - Read error during upload

Hi Gurus,
I am getting the error when I am trying to attach any file in ME22N, by clicking the services for object button, create attachment, and select the attachment.
The error message is "Read error during PC upload" and "The attachement has not been created".
The system is upgraded to ECC 6 last year and have not tried this function before. Now the client want to use this functionality.

Hi Charlie,
There is no message number appeared. In the bottom message bar " The attachment has not been created" appeared. In the seperate message window, " Read error during PC upload" is on the title and "Include file in the PC application, Try again?, is in the body.

They are not using any interfaces (EDI), no idocs. They are using either fax or email and post modes only.
After saving the PO, we can able to attach the documents by clicking the services for object button in ME22N. But I am not able to attach the document to PO.

Read Error During PC Upload

Hi Experts,
When I attempt to attach a document to a PO (ME21N/ME22N) I get an error message say:
Read Error During PC Upload : Include File in PC Application
The funny thing is, some users can make attachments, others cannot. Is this a profile or authorization issue?

Hi Steven,
You cannot attach a file in ME21N trxn using Services for Object. For this you have to come out of Trxn ME21N after saving Po and again go to ME22N trxn code and in Menu System - Select Services for Object and Attach your File.
Be sure the File is not in use and closed.

Data upload error during uploading data in catalogs ( CCM 2.0 )

I am having problem during upload of data into catalogs of CCM 2.0. I think there is some problem with my file. When i click "Upload Schema" it just upload schema not the data. But if i am removing schema from file it is giving me error.
Kindly if anyone can send me sample file for data upload in CCM 2.0 or steps to upload data correctly.

I don't understand very well, the standard characteristic for images is /CCM/PICTURE.
It's a complex characteristic composed by
/CCM/DESCRIPTION
/CCM/URL
/CCM/MIME_TYPE. (for example image/jpeg).

Propagation error during upload entitlement process

While applying entitlement we are getting this error

We are running on WLP 10.3. Any idea why we are getting this error since this used to work previously.

[SOLVED] Pacman "config file could not be read" error during Arch ins

I've been attempting to get Arch setup for a while now, and after having some trouble with partitions, my wireless connecting, and setting up repos and mirrors, which the Wiki helped me solve, I've hit a bigger bump. While updating the system using pacman as the Beginners Guide says to do, I get errors when I try to continue the update process as follows :
btw: I'm typing this on a laptop next to my computer
[root@McArch~]# pacman -Syu
error: config file /etc/pacman.d/core could not be read
error: config file /etc/pacman.d/extra could not be read
error: config file /etc/pacman.d/community could not be read
:: Synchronizing package databases . . .
error: failed to updated core (unexpected error)
error: failed to updated extra (unexpected error)
error: failed to updated community (unexpected error)
error: failed to synchronize any databases
Any tips as to whats going on? I've tried to created said files, and even insert mirrors into the file, like in the /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist file but this doesn't seem to help

Glad you got it working.
I'm not sure what happened in your install but I just finished using an old 2007.08 iso and pacman first starts out with /etc/pacman.d/core, etc/pacman.d/extra, /etc/pacman.d/community ... etc., but I never had your problem when I did the #pacman -Syu after initial install reboot. The pacman update removes the above mentioned repos and replaces them with a single /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist. You must have messed up an initial config file somehow as I couldn't get the same errors you got. It looks like you had your /etc/pacman.conf file messed up somehow and when you pointed it to the mirrorlist it could finally work properly. I'll just include my /etc/pacman.conf file and /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist so you can compare. NB* these are from my x86_64 so for 32 bit machines i686 would replace x86_64 in the files.

Crystal Report Error During Upload

I currently have Business Objects enterprise 11 installed on 2 diff servers. 1 is a linux server and 1 is a Windows Server 2003 box. I am currently trying to migrate my reports from the Linux box to the Windows Server 2003 box. When I try to upload the report I get the following error:
Retrieve Error There was an error while retrieving data from the server: Failed to read data from report file C:\WINNT\Temp\KTL_pres_Daily.rpt. Reason: Operation not yet implemented. File C:\WINNT\TEMP\tmpreport\~cib985607f115140.rpt.
The version on the linux box is:

Error during upload pictures in CCM 2.0 via CVS file

Hello everybody,
We're using SRM5.0 and CCM2.0.
I'm trying to upload (via CVS upload) pictures but during the upload in the supplier catalog following error message appears: Value for catalog item xxx (supplier part number) of supplier xxx is incorrect.
This errors appears only when we add our picture characteristics which are in our upload file : /CCM/PICTURES#/CCM/URL and also /CCM/PICTURES#/CCM/DESCRIPTION.
We put all pictures in MIME repository and also put the MIME repositerory URL link on schema level into procurement catalog. We're using "Pictures" characteristic. But I know that characteristic "Image" also exists. What do I have to use? Do I have to put something specific into cahracteristic /CCM/PICTURE (our OCI field is still empty there...)?

Errors during upload of BP for CRM V1.2007!

I checked for OSS Notes and forum but couldn't find any help. How can i fix these errors?

Character to number conversion error during uploading csv

I have a question regarding oracle application express.
I want to upload the csv data to the database using apex application.
I used a code from otn but it does not work to the number datatype value..
It gives an error like number to charcter conversion error am not able to resolve it.
I also use TO_NUMBER functions to convert but it doesn't works..please help me out..
Following code I used to upload the data:

it works fine if it is varchar2 but not with number type..

What is the valid values of this column that you need to use varchar2(4000)? Are you sure this column include valid numbers?

Error during uploading a document into document library

In SharePoint 2010, I am getting the following error when I try to upload a document in a Document Library. However, I can create a new document and upload multiple documents (drag and drop) successfully. Any ideas. Thanks so much

Error during uploading into an internal table

Hi all,
I am uploading flat files of either type excel and text. i have used the appropriate function modules(Gui_upload and Text_raw_excel to sap) but while testing it i found the following two things:
1. In excel file if it has 3 records , only 2 get updated. if there are 2 only 1 gets updated.
2. IN text file if it has more than 1 record only the first one gets updated and for the others it gives bad file format.

The issue is no application issue but BC one. are you using Office 2007 or 2003 or 2010?
please first check the information from OSS note 1237688, and see if entries exist for the Office release document classes (for exmple docx, xlsx etc.) in OAD2.
