PO document type not transferring to Customs management

Hi,
We have configured PO document type in GTS for Import and it got transfer to Complaince not to customs.  I have created CULOIM document type and item category on customs.  when i checked on this table /SAPSLL/V_TLEYVS i couldn't find CULOIM document type..  When i try to create a new one it say CULOIM document type already exist...
I do not know why it is saying like that even document type not there in that table and where would i find that.
One more question:
When we assign document type to logical system on Customs we can see GTS document type field... when you press F4 you can see CD Cat - A... Can you tell me what is that and where do you define and assign to custom document type.

You can maintain the table by going into the SPRO and defining the doc tyoe you looking for , Onc eyou maintain there it reflects in in this table as it Configuration table.
If you want to delete , add any entry directly in table then u can do that by getting in debug mode.
Select a  entry in table
Double click on it
Do /h  to switch on the debugging
Press Enter
You will See different Case for "Code"
Type the filed name Code in in "field Name"
it will display the value 'SHOW'  you can change this value as desire like to Delete 'DELE' , to insert new value 'AVNO' and then click on change pencil.
and press F8.
Now you come to the screen where u can do the changes and save it.
Custom Doc Category is taken automatically by SAP as for Export and Import doc type  in customs it is always A.
If you cDefine Document Types for Advance Docs for Customs Declaration it is C.
Each category has got it one chateristics , so if we defining correct documnet type we need not to worry for category as it will by default come as set in SAP.

    Hi Anjali,
    In which system you are getting this error? Development or Production?
    I think you have doc. type just in BKPF (Accounting documents headers). Check if you have any record with document type blank.
    You can use t code SE16N for this issue. When you are setting filter on field "document type" (BLART) you can see the list of values. Check if there is any blank item

    If I understood your explanation correctly, please check in [VOFA]  for the billing type S1, whether you have assigned S1 in the field [Document Type]
    For information, as like for F2 document type, RV is the accounting document type which flows by default even if you maintain blank field but for S1, you should maintain the accounting document type for cancellation which is nothing but S1.

  • Add Category to Document type not document

    Hi,
    When I add category to document, it adds records to odm_publicobject but i want to add category to document type not the document.For example i have a letter document type.i dont want to add "business" category to each letter just i want to add the letter type.is there any way to make it?

    If we change any other field included in the release strategy (e.g. purchasing group) it works changing the release strategy. However it is not working for the document type.
    Do you know why and how to handle this?

    Hi Srini,
    To post the parked document you can use the Transaction FBV0. If workflow is involved in the process check with your workflow consultant to know the status and rerun/trigger the workflow manually according to your requirement.

    While chnaging newly created folder in QA system gives error message  - Message no. 26168, Document type '' not defined .
    Document Type exists and are used to create folders successfully.

  • Document type not defined in lsmw idoc method

    hello  iam posting Open AR Line Items for contract account using message type
    CTRACDOCUMENT_CREATE  using lsmw idoc method .iam getting error as Document type not defined but actually when iam creating document manually item is created with out any error that means it is defined and my functional consultant is also saying he defined document type.can some body explain me what is the  problem.

    Check OMW9, here document type is defined for the transaction MIRO..
    Go to OMW9, click in the Document Type.
    Then double click on MIRO.
    Also check the sap notes which is referred in the similar thread Document type not defined f5814

    Since you are using document structure functionality, You are require to create an public folder initially and private folder for each user which is specific to user ID.
    If you dont want to create private folder you can select "Select document Via in CV03N screen and select only" Selection screen " and not browser.
    If the above changes is done then system will not through an error from CV03N screen"document type not defined"

    I have installed Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g on my local machine and created a custom document type with proper .xsd definition and XPath Expression Identifier in Oracle B2B interface and configured its trading partners ( Host & Remote ) along with an agreement between the partners.
    I have also configured the host listening channel of Generic-File type which picks xml files from my c:\orclsrvs_in folder.
    My problem is that the moment I drop any sample file in the expected directory, it gets picked up from B2B , but there isn't any record of the same under Reports and Metrics links.
    The Business message, Application message and Conversation message tabs are also not showing any information about the record picked, but in wire message tab, the record is shown in PROCESSING state.
    I am not able to conclude whats wrong behind this.. where can i track the logs for the same ??
    kindly help to resolve this issue.

    i came to know that B2B extracts the TP name from the filename itselfYes, in case of Generic File, Generic SFTP and Generic FTP, file name provides the necessary values to Oracle B2B to identify the Trading Partner. You can define your own file name format in the Delivery Channel under Transport Protocol Parameters in field "Filename format" (It's an optional field but it is always good to define your own format, otherwise B2B will take it's default format - TradingPartner_DocumentType_Revision_msgType_msgId_replytoMsgID_extension.xml ).   • Check Duplicate PO No. By Sales Document Type with irrespective of customer

    Dear Team,
    Requirement: PO No. shouldn't repeat in the particular Sales document type.
    Currently :
    1. I have set the configuration in VOV8, Check po no.--A
    2.and set the warning to error by using T-code OVAH (E)
    This setting satisfy only ---PO no. is check's by customer wise in that particular sales document type..(not for other customer)
    I mean if i use the same PO No. with other customer in same sales document type it is accepting(it is not giving error message)
    so I need here to check PO no. by sales document type irrespective of customer nos.
    So please guide me regarding this

    Hello SP,
    The system behaviour is correct, let us take an example.
    I have a customer and he raises a purchase order and sends us the info.. against which we place a sales order and this PO number provided by customer is added in the sales order and it is used for tracking.. however when hewants to place a new order he will  raise a different PO.. it will hav a different PO number...
    Having said that there are chances that two different customers are using the same number range for their purchase order documents and place order with same PO numbers.. in this case system shouldn't ristrict us from creating sales order for both of them, hence system checks based on customer and not based on sales doc type..
    as far as my understanding gose you need to go in for custom development to fulfill your requirement.

  • Document splitting not working for customer & vendor Payment

    Hi,
    We have actived Document splitting on profit center for segment level reporting.
    In below scanario Document spliting working fine.
    Vendor Invoice (Docuement type - KR)
    General Ledger view
    Expense Dr 1000      PC1
    Vendor   Cr  1000     PC1
    At the time of Payment (General ledger view) (Document Type - KZ)
    Vendor Dr  1000        PC1
    Bank     Cr   1000       PC1
    In the above scanario we dont have any issue, Based on invoice profit center spliting automaticlly in bank in General Ledgerview.
    How ever in the below scanario Document spliting is not working in payment
    No issues in Invoice
    General ledger view
    Exp  Dr  1000 PC1
    Exp Dr   1500 PC2
    Vendor Cr 1000 PC1
    Vendor Cr 1500 PC2
    When we make payment to vendor Document splitting is not working, it get splitting in zero balance clearing account
    vendor Dr 1000 PC1
    Vendor Dr 1500 PC2
    Bank     Cr  2500  (No profit Center)
    Doc splitt A/C 1000
    Doc Split A/C  1000 PC1
    Doc Split A/C   1500
    Doc Split A/C    1500 PC2
    My Finance Team requires automatic split up in bank based on vendor profit center.
    We are using Business Transation 1000 (Payment) for document Type - KZ & DZ.

    Can you please confirm if the following settings exist in your system in various IMG nodes.
    1. Bank G/L account is assigned to item category 04000 (IMG node: Classify G/L Accounts for Document Splitting).
    2. Document type KZ is assigned to business transaction 1000 and transaction variant 0001 (IMG node: Classify Document Types for Document Splitting).
    3. In IMG Node "Define Document Splitting Rule", under the method that is assigned to your company code, transaction 1000 and variant 0001, you see 04000 as one of the item categories to be edited.
    4. If the answer for (3) above is yes, if you double-click on 04000 item category line, the processing category is set to 1 (Splitting based on base item categories).
    5. Now when you double-click on 'Base item categories', you see 03000 - Vendor as one of the base item categories in the list there.
    Please respond with Y / N to the above questions and we can go from there.

  • Change document log not created for customer in Batch input/BDC

    Change document log is created when you manually change the customer using XD02 but when run the Batch/BDC the values are Changed but the change document is not created.

  • Document-Type not known for scanned invoice

    Hi experts,
    I assign in OAWD a scanned document (Vendor Invoice) with "Storing for subsequent entry" to an user.
    Vendor Invoice is linked to TA F-43.
    The message appears in the Business Workplace SBWP. After executing a window appears "Process document type (Enter Document)" but without document type and TA F-43 will not be called.
    It looks like that the document lost the relation to document type and the transaction.
    Has anybody experience with this issue?

    I suppose you did configure the OAC2, OAC3, SOA0 (BKPF-CREATE) and OACA - with parameter Transactioncode eq. F-43
    Now 1st try F-43 for your user in standard dialog mode. Working?
    Does the scanned image come up at after executing the workitem? (it should)
    Than the F-43 should be called. This has no other pre-set value. So FI document type (BLART) is not set in OAWD.
    How far do you get?

  • Document Type Not Found in Shift Note Settings

    Dear gurus,
    I'm implementing Ecc-dimp function, shift note report.
    I check in PRD SPRO configuration:
    Logistics General -> Make Settings for Shift Note, I have made one Shift Note Type "MS".
    The settings from DEV Server (transport) is "DMO", but when I browse (F4), there's error "Document type DMO cannot be used".
    I've CORRECTLY configured the document type in DMS in production (used by MM consultant for MARA attachment).
    Then I check the settings in DEV server, and browse (F4) on the same configuration.
    There's only one document type which can be used, that is "DMO"
    Here's the error in PRD system:
