PO line Cancelled but line Items Showing in Shipments

I have cancelled this PO line Cancelled but line Items Showing in Shipments. Still this PO is open for this Line. How to fix this?

Report RKANBU01 resets commitments on orders and ranges of orders.
(please see the note 152571).
Reports ZKAOIDE0 & ZKAOIDE1 removes commitments which refer to purchase orders and purchase requistions which do not exist.
(See Notes 100409 & 152571).
Report RKACOR04 corrects mistakes between total and line items in database tables.
(See notes 21649 & 152571).

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if the emails show when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Sales order line items delivery cancelled but still appears in MD04.

Hi PP Gurus,
In the sales there are 6 line items are there out of which for 1 line item delivery and PGI happened. And for remaining line items delivery got cancelled, but these line items for which delivery cancelled appearing in the MD04, I have rejected the sales order line items but these line items still shows in MD04. Please advise how to remove these line items from MD04.

Pl refer SAP Note : 1166713 for the Problem which says " You have posted goods issue and therefore the delivery requirements should no longer be existing. These inconsistencies can be seen using report SDRQCR21"

SALES ORDER LINE IS CANCELLED BUT DELIVERY DETAIL IS SHOING AS BACKORDERED

SALES ORDER LINE IS CANCELLED BUT still the DELIVERY DETAIL IS showing as BACKORDERED it should be in cancelled
status.The Sales order (only one ex:3904854) is cancelled , however order in shipping transactions screen indicates order is on backorder.
at that time of order cancellation the line level workflow error out due to the Workflow package is inactive .
I tried to resubmit the error out workflow using retry option from the responsibility “Workflow Administrator” the workflow is completed with forcible option but still the delivery detail is in back order status not changing it to cancel status.

          ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.XRX_SUPPLIES_NEW_WF_PKG" has been invalidated

You need a simple script to get the status corrected. Log an SR or search metalink for the script. I am sure there is one out there (if you search with the orphan reservations). This script supported, but not exactly targeted at your problem But it will solve it. You can log an SR and confirm.

PO not received but billed and then billed po line cancelled

Dear All,
I came up with one scenario where user has cancelled a po line which was not received but fully billed. This PO was having only one line.
This po was autocreated from purchase requisition. Now user wants to add again same line from PR. but this PR is not available in autocreate pool.
He thought might be PO line was billed so PR is not available in the autocreate pool so he cancelled the invoice created against that PO line. But still PR is not available in autocreate pool and PR shows same PO number associated with it.
Now question is in this scenario how same PR line can be added in the same PO? and
How to deal in this scenario when po has only one line and was fully billed without any receiving and it got cancelled then how we can bring PR in autocreate pool?
Appreciate your answers and advices.....

It is confirmed that PO line is cancelled.
There are two question now one is how come system is allowing to cancel a PO line which is matched and billed?
second is if PO line is cancelled why related PR is not available in autocreate pool?
We did not checked the check box cancel pr at the time of PO line cancellation.
Appreciate your suggestions, solutions and comments....

PO header is cancelled but closure status on lines and header is open

Can someone tell me how the closure status of a po gets to a closed status? I have a po where the header and and lines are cancelled but both header and lines closure status remains open. The amount of the po and matched/billed amount is the same. Please help.

Problem with purchase orders and cancelling order lines

We have a problem with purchase orders and cancelling order lines. For example we have created PO no. 4300291277:
We have made a GR 5000186897 on 03.09.2010 amount 1.920 and tried to cancel it with GR 5000208866, but it takes the invoice amount 1.724 instead of 1.920. What is the correct way to undo this orders, so we cancel the 1.920 and not the 1.724?
Please help me, your help will be highly appreciated.

You have to cancel the IR first...and then do cancel the GR...
yes, there will be diff. in the price(if the price changes in bwtn)..if no changes in the price , the price will taken as old one..
Process:
1. Cancel IR
2. Then cancel GR..
3. then go the PO and try to delete the line item..

MR11 Report with document lines and not line items

Dear All,
We are currently using the transaction code MR11 to display the open GRs where the system displays them per line item (shows 10 lines for example for 1 PO document).
We want the report to only show the PO or GR document number (unique) and not the material lines (just one line with the document number so each line would be a different document number). Is there a similar report that can do this or even can the MR11 Trx be altered to achieve this?
We have tried the filter but it does not seem to work.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your quick response.I know that MR11 is used for account maintenance but it is also a report since it shows the open GRs that have not yet been turned to Invoice Verification.
The transaction you are suggesting is for open purchase orders and not open Goods Receipt (even though we 101 says Open Goods Receipt).
Maybe another Selection criteria would be helpful or other report all together.

Phone line cancelled

I set up a BT landline in my flat along with broadband about 3 months ago - after taking a month or so to finally start working we were quite pleased with the service until a couple of weeks ago when we recieved a letter saying that somebody had requested our number and unless we called within 3 days our account would be cancelled. We duly rang to say we did not want our line cancelled and thought that was the end of it, until 3 days later our phone line and broadband were cancelled. 2 and a half hours later, having spoken to at least 15 different people from numerous departments (all of whom were extremely unhelpful - some even told us we would have to pay a years line rental again!) we were told that our phone line would be up in 3 days and our broadband in 8 - no explanation for why we had to wait so long.
The phone line came back on in three days but eight days later there was still no broadband - we were told that the engineers couldn't find our postcode (the same postcode on our account and used to re-install the phone line) so it would be three more days. It has now been five and no help has been forthcoming and we are still without the internet. The problem is getting absolutely ridiculous and we are extremely annoyed with the service that we are paying for but not recieving.

If you don't mind me saying, this seems extremely weird. What phone number was on the letter to ring ? Was it actually from BT ? I can't say I've ever heard of people being "told" that someone else wants that number and the service would be cancelled if not acted upon.
There are a lot of unscrupulous people out there, and this sounds like one of them.

Cancelled contract lines are populating in the SR form's subject tab when clicking on 'Get Contracts' button. But user says, it should not be populated. What could be the reason? Please suggest.
I have told the user :
"In the case of a renewed contract, if the service request is logged during the effectivity of the original contract (which is now Expired), the original contract will be retrieved. If the service request is logged during the effectivity of the renewal contract then only the renewal contract will be retrieved.
Contract Entitlement on Subject tab is based on Contract Start and End dates. All the contracts i.e. expired, active, cancelled will appear until the end date. As we can see the contract ES-10165 is end dated on 09-DEC-2014, hence it will appear on the subject tab as per the functionality."
But the User is saying:
"Contract coverage is clear to be based on dates, and that is quite clear to me as well… the problem comes with the different statuses.
A SR can be associated to an “EXPIRED” contract line because the SR creation date could be falling between coverage line start and end dates, but can never be related to a “CANCELLED” line.
This “CANCELLED” status means that the line is not valid for the contract, so if it is not valid for a contract, it is not valid for referencing a job…and this is only creating wrong costs associations."

Drop inline message components for each of the textFields and the textArea and then run the application. You could also use a message list component but inline message components for each of the input components would give you a clear idea if any errors are occuring. In case any such errors are indeed occuring then the situation can be analysed further.

Applescript compile fails with "Expected end of line, etc. but found identifier"

Hi,
I've written my first applescript to move messages in Micorosoft Outlook to a specific folder. It is based on existing scripts I found on the internet. However my version keeps failing to compile with the error "Expected end of line, etc. but found identifier". I tried the exact same script on another Mac and it works. I created a very simple version of the script to show the error. All I am trying to do is get the current selected messages so I can move them:

    tell application "Microsoft Outlook"
        set selectedMessages to current messages
    end tell
end run
and I still get the same errors on the word "messages" above.
MAC is running OSX 10.9.4
Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 - version 14.4.3 (140616)
Since the script works on other computers the only thing I can assume is something wrong with the setup.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Parentheses have the same function here as they do in mathematical equations. They are cues to the compiler about the order in which different parts of the statement should be processed. The problem here, I think, is that the word current is part of a lot of applescript nouns: current date, current application, current messages, current user, current track, current location, etc. That's exacerbated by the fact that message is also a noun in its own right in Outlook, creating an ambiguous bit of grammar. Applescript has to interpret the presence of that word in context, and several factors - different versions of the OS or of the relevant applications, the presence of different osaxen, runtime issues that alter how the Applescript system reads in the scriptability information - could affect how that interpretation plays out.
Context is (apparently) everything, sometimes.
