PO search by Order Partner

Hi everyone,
Is there a way to search for PO's by Order From Partner (OA vendor)?
I know there is a way to search for PI partners on transaction M2N and use the dynamic selection "Invoicing Party".
But I could not find the relative field for Order from.
Thanks!

Hi,
Please check whether you have access to SQVI transaction. If so, create a query using EKPA table as explained in the doc: How to create Report by using SQVI and http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/8036a1b6-dbc4-2d10-da88-f2639c7cb935?QuickLink=index&…

  • Wrong Search result for Employee Resp.lD when searching Sales Order

    Hi All,
Happy new year first of all,
I encounter a problem when using search sales order in WebUI. I am using SAP CRM 2007 SP4.
I notice that the search result by using Employee Responsible ID as criteria, is returning Person Responsible
    instead !
I entered both partner function in sales order document (Employee Responsible => BP 1234 and
    Person Responsible => BP 4567).
Although in Search criteria selection I choose Employee Responsible ID, but when I put
the BP 1234, the search result is blank. And when I change the value to BP 4567, I can see the result
shows that document. But BP 4567 is Person Responsible, how come it gives the result for Employee
    Responsible??
This is totally wrong! I couldn't find SAP NOTE or same issue mentioned here in SDN.
Did I miss it? Please kindly share your find out if you have same case or solution for this.
Thank you and will be rewarded.
    Cheers,
    Gun

    Hi Robert,
Which config are you refer to in SPRO ?
    Partner Function Determination ?
By attention to the Relat. Category change, we can not simply change it (although it can fix this
problem). I read the field info :
In many cases this is predefined in the system, based on the partner function category chosen. You can assign the corresponding relationship type freely if:
    - you select the partner function category undefined partneror
    - you have yourself defined the relationship category to
So did you try it? fixed the problem? or have you encounter further problem?
    Rgds,
    Gun.

  • Problem for searching Sales order no. ref. to delivery no. from VBFA

    Hi,
I want to search Sales order no. ref. to delivery no., as generally ref. to devilery no. as a VBELV filed for Table VBFA , I am selecting  VBFA where VBTYP_N = C that is Order ,  but in my present case when I am looking for the available entry in VBFA ref. to delivery no. I am not getting Any  VBTYP_N = C , insted of this I am getting VBTYP_N = Q, i.e transfer order and also in VBELN  it is just giving the date of delivery , as 20090430,
Can u help on this ,  I want to get SO no. ref. delivery no. and then want to search customer PO and Date . for that SO.
    regards,
      zafar

    Hi Zafar,
VBFA is a document flow table. I'll tell you the way to fetch preceding or subsequent document out of this table:
Document flow for order to delivery is as below:
    Sales order > Delivery>shipment-->billing
So sales order is preceding document of delivery so put delivery in VBELN(SUBSEQUENT DOCUMENT) and fetch the VBELV i.e. preceding document for the same. Also put document category as 'J' i.e. delivery.
    hope it helps.

  • WHile playing a game why am i getting this.....To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. [Resend][Cancel]......and what can i do to get it to quit?

I am playing a facebook game called Kingdom of Camelot. This come up when I refresh the game. To my knowledge no information is sent. I need it to stop interfering with my page when i refresh . I have deleted/uninstalled my extensions and plug ins and i am still getting the message.

Perhaps someone should report this to MarketWatch. There are ways for web developers to work around this issue (GET after POST, for example).
This is a longstanding issue. Examples:
[https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/668932 how do i stop this-To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.?]
[https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/780884 To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier]
In past discussions about this message, I have never seen an easy solution. Arguably it should be made a user preference: those who prefer to be warned about the risk that they will double-submit a transaction or instruction on a poorly designed site can have their warning, and those who prefer to take their chances can take their chances. Not sure whether that is on anyone's "to do" list.
Separate issue: I wasn't aware of any difference between 3.6.12 and 3.6.13, but both are riddled with security vulnerabilities so it's hard to recommend using either of them at this point.

  • VA05 -- search purchase order

    Hi SAP gurus,
I came up with a problem on VA05 screen when i was searching purchase order, looks like the " * " / asterisk will not interpret the rest of P/O number once i put in the first 2 or 3 digits of one particular P/O.
E.g. P/O "2215.2MOR", i have to type the P/O number in full instead of "2215*" to have the desired the result returned.
Could anyone please advise if this is a bug in SAP or this just has / can not be implemented, or if there is a solution / SAP note that deals with this situation will be very much appreciated.
      Thanks in advance!
      Regards
      Simon

    Hi
I am working on ECC 6.0. I think VA05N is not available in 4.6C.
VA05N has extra functionality like we can search sales documents by Sales Document type, user
    we have multiple selection criteria.

  • Searching in business partner master data (properties and contact persons)

    Hello,
concerning the need of a customer i am asking for a optimizing of the search in business partner master data.
It should be possible by a soon coming patch to have the tabs properties and contact persons available in the search modus.
I hope this is a functionality which SAP looks on like a nice and essential function, too, and can integrate this in a soon coming patch.
The customer is running SAP B1 2005A PL39
The same funktion concerning the properties would be great at the item master data.
This post is concerning the sap support message 842328 / 2008.
Thank for assistence in solving this nessaccary issue.

    Hi Susana,
The current system maximum properties are 64. You cannot define more.
However, as an alternate you can check the "Group" in the Business Partner Master Data and then can define different Properties for different Group of Business Partners.
Check this if any help in your case.

  • Exception in Search Sales Order

    Dear Experts,
Facing a strange issue while loading the Search Sales Order page. The exception I get it is :
Cannot display view MainWindow of UI Component BT115M_SLSO
    An exception has occurred
Exception Class     CX_CRM_GENIL_GENERAL_ERROR - Component set ONEORDER cannot be loaded with BT+CTALER+EMPTY+SAVEDSEARCH+WFI since multiple relation definitions exist for component PRIVNO
    Method:     CL_CRM_GENIL_INTERNAL_MODEL=>LOAD_COMPONENT_SET
    Source Text Row:     146
    Error occurred during navigation
    An exception has occurred
Exception Class     CX_BSP_WD_RUNTIME_ERROR - View CUBTSalesOrderSearch.MainWindow in component BT115M_SLSO could not be bound
    Method:     CL_BSP_WD_VIEW_CONTROLLER=>BIND_VIEW
    Source Text Row:     165
    1. We have already checked the Component Repository and Runtime Repository and all the bindings seem to be correct.
    2. We have not modified  standard SAP code in either of the components BT115M_SLSO or BT115S_SLSO.
    3. Also checked all the relevant customizations for NavBar Profile and Business Role in spro.
Any idea what could be the cause for the above exception and how to resolve the same?
    Regards,
    Nisha

    Hi Nisha,
As this is an error occuring during navigation, I would like to know where are you clicking " Search Sales Order" link ? Is it on Home Page ? or the Context Menu of sales work center ?
Since the message is saying something about the component usage CUBTSalesOrderSearch, I am sure that the problem is in the component/Link/Generic Outbound Plug mapping , where from you are begining the Navigation.
Did you tried checking the Link settings ? Also you can try to find if its std. SAP link or Some one have customized the Link ( and Navigation ). Is the soruce component ( where the link is hosted ) , a std. SAP component or it is enhanced ?
One try could be copying the std. SALESPRO role again to a new ZROLE wit std. Navigation bar profile  and try assign that to your user and test.
    Hope this Helps.
    Thanks & Regards

  • To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. How do i get rid of this message? or do i need to just drop firefox all together?

To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. How do i get rid of this? it keeps pop n up and screw n up my stuff... if there is not a fix I will be dropping fox and going back to internet explorer.. this is not worth the headache!

Are you getting that anytime you visit a page? Or after you hit the 'refresh', 'back' or 'forward' button?
This error is not usually an error telling you that anything is broken, it's warning you that you are re-doing something you have already done. The page that you are trying to re-access, or refresh was a page that was doing something. Maybe you told the page to search for something, or you were filling out a form, or perhaps doing something like adding something to a shopping cart. Firefox warns you in case it's something you really don't want to do again; for example, accidentally buying a second toaster, or re-sending a comment form.
If you only were searching or navigating around a page, it's generally ok to press the 'Resend' button.
This safety feature is not unique to firefox, I can't offhand think of a browser that doesn't have it (though the wording may vary).
However, if you are getting it constantly, every page you visit, on every website, all the time, then it's a bug.

  • I play KOC on fb and everytime I refresh I get this: To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. What can I do to fix this?

When playing my fb game KoC I need to refresh a lot and every time I do I get this message: To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. How can I disable this message?

Just give us a means of opting out if we don't care about POST data; or opting out for certain web sites. We have an application that I use hundreds of times a day at work and as a result, I get that message hundreds of times. Opening new tabs doesn't help because I'd have to open numerous tabs, and then it takes time to figure out which tab is the "back" tab.

  • How to get Sales Order Partner Details at Item Level

    Hi,
Is there any FM/BAPI to get the Order Partner Details at Item Level, using the Sales Order Number ?
    Thanks

    VBPA is the best table.
    You can query that table
But you should be carefull about item number:
in POSNR, if you observe the entries, you will find one entry with '000000': This corresponds to header record and the rest is at item level.
    Thanks
    Kiran

  • Constant message pop up when trying to back up a page with back arrow - "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."

To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. Pop up message comes up when trying to use back arrow.

    You can't suppress that alert.
You get an alert about resending POST data if you go back to a page that was previously requested from the server by submitting form data via a POST form. The only way that Firefox can make sure to get the same page is by resending that POST form. Firefox doesn't know what that form data means, so Firefox asks for confirmation before resending that form data as such an action can cause you to repeat an action and buy another item or post a message another time.
The only way to prevent that pop-up is not to use the Back button, but to open links from a page that was requested from a server by sending a POST form in a new tab (window) with a middle-click or a Ctrl + left-click. Then you can close that tab or window to go back.

Does that happen when you use the Back button? If so, don't use the Back button, right-click or click-hold that Back button and use the Back / Forward history menu that appears to load the previous page from that menu. That should avoid the appearance of that security warning message, which can't be turned off. If that is happening on web pages that don't involve financial transactions, that website really should be fixed so that security message doesn't appear.
