PO without Receipts

Help u2013 The workflow item keeps returning to my Client workflow. It is a purchase order that does not require a goods receipt. The PO quantity is 150 pieces and the Purchase Order History tab indicate that IR quantity is for 92 Pieces. This is the Consulting Service order. Also my client is the creator of PO and a part of purchasing group too.
Please let me know what the process is to eliminate it from returning to my Cleint workflow.

MRP & Days of Supply without receipts on MD07

I have found this configuration for DOS "with" receipts and the two columns on MD07 in ECC 5.0. Does anyone know of anyway to modify the DOS "without" receipts as it currently shows only unrestricted inventory (excludes QI and Blocked) and our management wishes it to include QI. Any guidance is appreciated as my research indicates it is not configurable and system determined.

I guess you're referring to the column StckDS - Stock Days' Supply Without Receipts in MD07, if yes, then wish to keep you informed, SAP does consider QC stock. I just carried out a small test at my end & the results support my statement.
Kindly do check again & if for any reason you're not able to resolve it, then do upload a screen shot of MD04 & MD07 for the specific mtl for me to have a look.

Expense report without receipts and justification go through audit

Hello,
can anyone advise on how to force all expense report to go through audit process? I have tested that expense item without receipts and justification will be auto-approved by the system.

Did you ever find a solution to this question? My internet expense templates are set to receipts are required for CASH and CREDIT CARD over a certain amount. Also, internet expense setup and admin is set to place the report on hold if receipt has not been received. I ran the Expense Report Export and they imported even though receipts were not received. Thank you.

Material to be issued without receipt

Dear All,
If I have to issue the raw material without receipt to production for consumption because of urgency. and I am making the migo next day. during that period stock should show in negative.
How to do this in SAP ?
Please help me out.

In Tcode OMJ1, here you have to check the negative stock allowed for Plant as well as storage location.
then ,Negative stock will now be allowed in the selected storage locations for all materials that have the negative stock indicator activated in the material master in the storage 2 view.

Create invoice without receipt

Hi Financial gurus,
In My project we dont maintain Inventory in Oracle.
Will I be able to create supplier invoice and match to PO without receipt - (all are expense and asset items)
Will it affect my accounting factor (like AP Accrual Account)
because the accounting entries are like
1.Receipt
inventory receiving a/c db
AP Accrual a/c Cr
2. Inspect & Accept -> nill
3. Deliver to stock
Inventory a/c db
Inventory receiving a/c cr
4. PO match Invice
AP accural db
supplier liablity a/c cr
5. enter payment
supplier liability a/c db
Cash /bank a/c cr
Because I am going to do only 4 th and 5th step... will it spoil my accounting AP accural balance..

as u have not ticked invoice receipt and GR based IV in Po system will not consider this PO for invoice verification ( but u can post GR same like PO based IV)
If u want to post IV u need to cancell material document and then change PO to tick Invoice receipt

Apple 1-year warranty without receipt

I'm thinking about purchasing a used iPad and most sellers don't have the receipt but I checked on the support coverage page (https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do) and the serial number says there's still a couple months warranty remaining.
My question is, if I buy a used device without receipt, will I be eligible for the remaining months of warranty or do I need to have the receipt?

You don't need a receipt. As long as the phone is still under warranty, you'll be fine. The warranty is tied to the device, not the individual.

Hi. I dont know the original owner. we traded through a secondhanded apple site. he came over. we swopped but i have no further information.
the macbook pro is from june 2007, but it has the NVIDIA issue which should be fixed free of charge, as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts2377
The mbp is a little over 3 years old, but this should not be a problem as apple says in the article ^^

I'd like to buy a MacBook of Ebay (from UK to Netherlands, so both Europe), which I know isn't recommended, but if the MacBook is legit, can I use the warranty that's left even though there's no receipt? Yes and no. Yes, you can claim the warranty (provided the computer has not been reported as stolen.) No, the warranty (Extended AppleCare) is not recognized everywhere. There are some countries in which the warranty is not valid.
You can register your ownership at Apple's web site.

If you can get the receipt you can return it for a refund then buy the 16GB. Otherwise there is nothing you can do.

Where did you purchase the machine? If from an Apple Store or the online Apple Store, they will have a copy of the receipt. You might even try entering your serial number at -> https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do - and seeing if Apple has a purchase date on file for you.
