Podcasts not showing up in 'Podcast' menu on Ipod.

Some of my pod casts show up but most do not. This is the same for my video podcasts. I can find them under my 'Music' heading but I cannot see them in podcasts or Video's.
Is there a setting I am missing. I have the latest update for I-Tunes but this has been this way since I bought my Ipod 6 months ago.
Any help?

I think it's a bug.
I had a similar problem when trying to delete podcasts from my Ipod.
On the iPod, they wouldn't show up in Podcasts, but there were a bunch of old ones hanging around in Music > Genres > Podcasts.
I finally had to get rid of them by unchecking them all in iTunes library. Then I set my iPod options to only update checked episodes. It finally deleted them all since noen were checked.
So you might try something similar - tell iTunes to update checked episodes.

TS3276 the images (attachments) are automatically resized (smaller) when I send them to a customer. My email screen does not show a drop down menu box where you can leave as actual size. Is there a setting elsewhere that can be set.

Any suggestions on problem I have. I receive images, say a file that is 3 mgs through email on Safari mail and when I try to resend it or forward it or any other larger file, when it sends the file is reduced by about 1/3. My screen does not show and drop down menu with a feature to keep actual size or reduce that is suggested when I looked up solutions to the problem. I can't find a setting anywhere in mail that I can change to make sure my files are kept at actual size. I figure a setting got changed -don't know how - but it happened about a month ago. I am unable to save a keynote file as powerpoint. The 'save as' option is not showing in the files menu

Hi, I downloaded the Keynote from the App store. I shoudl be able to save the presentation as a powerpoint, but the 'Save as" option is not showing in the file menu. Please help with a solution.

If you are using Lion, there is no Save As in iWork apps. It is no longer a menu item.

Home sharing enabled, not showing up in itunes menu

I have two pcs and I have enabled home sharing for both and made sure I am signed in under the same apple id for both, but "Sharing
" does not show up in the menu on the left side of my itunes. What am I doing wrong?

I found that switching homesharing off and then turning it back on for me cleared the issue.

Boris plug ins not showing up in effect menu?

I had to uninstall and reinstall my system. Everything is fine except my Boris effects are not showing up the effect menu. The disc was installed and the a copy of the folder is in the library app support and the FCP system support folder. Why don't I see them in the program?

yes- I have the few Boris options that come with FCS.
But I'm talking about the full Boris Complete effect application. The effects should be in the video filter drop down menu. For some reason they are not showing up.

Podcasts do not show up under right menu

I downloaded a bunch of Podcasts for the first time. On iTunes they all show up under the "podcasts" menu.
However, when I sync them to the iPod, the Podcast menu is empty, and the podcasts are actually just scattered in with music. How do I fix this?

You have to select the "Sync All Podcast" setting. This is founded in you iTunes software, Open up your i tunes software and Click on your "Device". When the page opens you will see the headings at the top of the page. Click on Podcast and then slect the "Sync all podcast" feature. This will solve your problem.

I would like to create a new page that does not show up in my "menu" .

I would like to set up a new page on my website for a specific one-time use.
I don't want the page to show up in my menu at the top.
The new "hidden" page will have specific files that already exist on other pages but re-arranged for a specific client.
Is there a way to do this so that I can just send someone a link to the new hidden page?

Open iWeb and then create the page you want to hide. Open the Inspector and then click on Page and then click on 'do not include page in nav bar'. It is as simple as.

OS X Mavericks not showing up in boot menu?

I recently applied to the OS X Yosemite Beta program and downloaded and installed the Beta. I have a 1TB Hard drive in my MacBook Pro which is was partitioned in two partitions, one for OS X Mavericks and one for Bootcamp. I decided I wanted to keep my original partitions intact so I installed the Yosemite beta onto an external hard drive so I wouldn't affect my main system. The Yosemite Beta installed and booted fine from the external hard drive but when I rebooted my computer I was presented with option to boot into my Bootcamp partition or an OS X Yosemite Installer. I can boot into Windows fine but not OS X Mavericks. The OS X Mavericks partition is still intact but does not show up during start up. I tried using a third-party bootloader like rEFIt but doesn't seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I managed to solve my problem by forcibly unmounting the install partition and booting into Bootcamp (My only option). From there I selected my OS X Mavericks partition from the Bootcamp menu in Windows and I rebooted successfully into it. For some reason it still wont show up in the boot menu but rEFIt now works and will detect it along with the Bootcamp partition

The iPhoto Browser has been discontinued in Aperture 3.3.x with the introduction of the unified Library format. Aperture 3.3: Using a unified photo library with iPhoto and Aperture
To browse your iPhoto Libraries in Aperture simply swith to the iPhoto Library in Aperture:
File > Switch to Library > your iPhoto Library
If you want to import some images from iPhoto to Aperture,
browse the iPhoto Library in Aperture, collect the images in an album,
then export this album as an Aperture Library (File > Export > Album as new Library).
Now import/merge this new Library into your main Aperture Library

Connected servers not showing up in side menu

I have had my connected Windows servers showing up in my side menu. I log in to them every day. Then one started not showing up, but was still on my desktop. So I dragged it over each day. Now both aren't showing up there. I have tried disconnecting and relogging in to try to reset them, but no luck. My finder preferences say they should be there, but they are not. Is there a way to get them back in the side bar permanently? Thanks.

I was getting a weird phantom server showing up. Called itself brn_86401b. No idea how or why it appeared but it started when I tried to get file sharing working with my three computers. Two Macs and a Toshiba PC.
All work well but the brn guy decided to join in. I'm in the middle of of nowhere with no neighbours so no idea what happened . I tried to get rid of it but to no avail so decided to hit the forums for help.
Trashed the plist file did the trick. Thanks.

Flash player not showing up in start menue?

installed version 11 7 700 202 on new computer running windows 7 and internet explorer. Installations said complete, but the program does not show up in the start menue and does not activate when trying to view videos, sometimes getting the message that I do not have flashplayer plugin downloaded? On the adobe help site the find version help tool displays that "flash player is running on your system" by showing the movie of that text and a red ball. So what the heck is going on. I have restarted the computer a couple time too?

Flash Player is only a browser add-on, not an executable program, so it won't appear in the Start menu.

Adobe Premier Pro cs4: Maximum render quality not showing in drop down menu in Export screen

I have been trying to export a movie with settings i previously used but for some reason the Maximum render quality option that comes from the drop down menu next to video audio filter multiplexer etc is not showing up.. will someone plz tell me how to fix this...

Maximum render quality was introduced in an update for Premiere Pro CS4. Choose Help -> Check for Updates.
