POR not transfering from SRM to ERP

Hi Experts,
We are working with extended classic scenario on SRM 7.0 & ERP EHP4.
We are creating POR manually in SRM and also recieving POR from SUS system.
When we accept the POR it is not updating the ERP.
We have enabled the PI scenario for transfering POR from SRM to ERP by using the Proxy and IDOC(ORDRSP) but the XML is not generated when the POR is accepted.
Can any one help me how to transfer the POR created in SRM to ERP.
Is there any way we can generate XML message of POR with status Accepted.

Hello Expers!!!
Due to some requirement we added some logic in BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW to print the used ID of the shopping cart creator on PR under item text requisitioner tab. but after moving these changes to production the item text(Vendor text) and item note(internal note) which are maintained in the shopping cart are not printing on the Purchase requisition under item text and item note tabs. these two texts were printing correctly before moving our changes.
please suggest me how this item note and item text will print on PR. Is it a standard functionlity in SRM 5.0?
is this because of move over changes?
suggest me to resolve the issue....

Attachment is not transfering from SRM to SAP R/3 Backend

Hi DMS Experts,
I have an issue with document attachment which is not coming to SAP R/3 Backend.
Process.
1.Create shopping Cart in SRM system with attachment,
2. Purchase requistion is created in backend replica of SRM shopping cart. but the attachment is not exists only document number exists in the DMS (CV03N - No attachment)
can any one face this sort for issue before, kindly let me know what could be the casue,

could you please check if there is really no original file attached to the document info record. Therefore please execute report DMS_KPRO_READ in transaction SE38.

PO Replication from SRM to ERP

Hello,
We replicate purchase orders from SRM to ERP. Now we would like to make all of the contract data available for reporting in BW. Would anyone know a bit more about how purchase orders are replicated from SRM to ERP? The name of the program that actually performs the replication would be great, but any information would be appreciated.

Hi Larry,
You can transfer you purchase orders based on your product categories and purchasing group and purchasing organsiations and their setting in SRM and ERP.
To do that before you need to replicate Products, Product categories from ERP to SRM then you can transfer your PO from SRM to ERP.

If you already done replication you need to maintain a purchasing group which will handle all the requirements that are to be transferred to ERP from SRM.
This Purchasing group should also be part of Organsiation structure in ERP.

Contracts tolerances are not transfering to SRM SC PO

Hi SRM Expects ,
contract tolerances not transfering to SRM SC PO .
We have created a SC based on the contract with Product category and Supplier , when SC is orderd and PO is created , i can see Contract number in item tab , but tolerances are not coming from contract in to the SRM PO.
contract allocated already before SC was sent for approval. The PO claims, when looking on item detail, it is connected to contract .. But no tolerance
limits have been transferred from contract to the PO.

When i create a service po , the price is not transferred from material contract to po , for material po it is working fine.In debugging i got to know that it is picking up purchase requisitions package number , and not contracts package number.Can u guys help me out wid dis,my all UAT is pending becoz of this issue

hi,
when you create a service po, the prices from the Contract Service line items will flow down to Service PO when you make service selection in Service PO.
when you create servcie PO, and you enter item cat 'D', you have the option to select the servcies from your Contract by 'Service Selection' button.
If you use this, the price from contratc will flow to PO. Otherwise the prices will not flow.

Why are Network Settings not Transferring from a Master DMG to the Desitination

Hi people,
can anyone assist me with finding out why Network Settings are NOT transferred from a source Master HD to a DMG to a Destination HD.
I have many hours spent trying to debug this - any pointers to a solution would be greatly appreciated.
Background:
I administer about 400 Macs of mixed types / generations (iMacs - MacBooks - MacBook Pro's).
We create master setups for different locations / purposes around the Campus and transfer these masters to DMGs.
We then clone the various macs as needed from these DMGs using a variety of methods including local (FW800 - USB) and network transfers.
The newest master (staffHD at 10-8-2) works perfectly but trying to clone / copy it by any method leaves out the custom network settings and you only end up with the default Wi-Fi / Ethernet / Firewire with total loss of the additional services and custom proxy settings.
Methods used to date to try the transfer (all get the same null result)
to-from DMG using Disk Utility
to-from Sparse Image via Disk Utility
to-from DMG using Carbon Copy Cloner
to-from Sparse Image via Carbon Copy Cloner
direct to 'target disk' via FW800 using Disk Utility
direct to 'target disk via FW800 using Carbon Copy Cloner
direct to 'target disk via FW800 using rsync -aHv
direct to 'target disk via FW800 using cp -Rv
Everything BUT the network settings transfer perfectly (excluding of course the usual trackpad / mouse custom settings).
I guess something is wrong with this master source but for the life of me I can't work it out. I have seen it in the past but it seemed to work itself out with the next revision - this one just wont.

thanks for the reply - I suspected a hardware issue or some sort of privledges problem, but as far as I know have only had this problem with Mountain Lion, and it still fails on hardware like to like transfers. I was hoping to avoid needing anything addidtional but it looks like I'll have to.

My eyes just glazed over...Please in the future break down each of your issues with paragraphs separated by two carriage returns. It would be much easier when trying to address your issues.
Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse -> Mouse
And edit your mouse settings to do what you want it to do.

Third, from my understanding, it would appear you are concerned about the noise the hard drive makes when it falls asleep? Why not put your machine in screen saver mode instead? Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Energy Saver turn off all Energy Saver settings, or set them to run Never.
Fourth, if your machine was purchased just a few days ago, you may still be able to get an exchange from the store, quicker than you can get a repair done. You may want to look into that possibility.
Fifth, it does appear you found the Logic forum. I would persist in asking there how to solve your technical issue with Logic regarding the audio. It may be you don't have to do anything special to the hard drive. Remember audio can be transmitted by wire, avoiding ambient sounds.

i dont think so,user exit is required to solve this problem.
Actually the "TEXT" was transfering before 31.12.2008 .only the test is not transfering from 1st Jan 2009 to 30th jan 2009.
While debuging the standard programme,the error massage shows,
"Fiscal year varient not defined for the year 2009"
How can it possible??i already defined the fiscal varient V3(april to march with 4 sp.periods) and assigned to co.code.
If anybody have any idea,plz share with me.

The actual date is not transferred from the (PS) milestone

In an order with header billing plan dates that are value-based, the actual date is not transferred from the Project System (PS) milestone, even though the actual date of the assigned milestone was changed via transaction CJ20N.
We are repeatedly facing this error , I have applied Note number 1395078 but still once in a while I am still facing the issue

Check the following path in SPRO
IMG - PS - Revenue & earning - planned revenues - Automatic Plan Revenue cal - Maintain Billing Plan Settings
There, you use the billing plan to plan dates on a WBS element whose payment requests or invoices relevant to sales are to be sent to customers.
The system updates the planned revenue and planned payment receipts to the relevant WBS element. The planned revenue is updated using the revenue element stored in the planning profile for the work breakdown structure and using the financial item assigned to the revenue element.
You make the settings given below for the billing plan. To do this, you carry out the following steps:
- Maintain billing plan type
- Maintain date description for billing plan
- Maintain revenue element for billing plan
- Assign billing plan type to project profile

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

Sending PO with attachment from SRM to ERP

My requirement is to Send PO with attachment from SRM to ERP.

I asume, the PO is send as an IDOC to ERP?
In this case, you have no chance to attach the attachment.
A wortkaoud would be to extract the needed date from the attachment and map the values into correcponding fields of the PO-Idoc.

Messages are not transferring from PI to SRM

Here the land scape is ECC -PI-SRM, The messages transfer to ECC TO PI, But messages not transfer from PI-SRM ,the scenarios are Idoc-idoc & Idoc -proxy ,Here all RFC connections are working fine, . In SRM side - T-code sldcheck getting the error - function call returned exception code 3, and in SPROXY T-CODE - ESR components are not displaying, could please provide help .

Please check the below :
1) One RFC of type H to point to PI with all the details.
2) Define the role of the business system in the server that you want to see(Sxmb_Adm)
3)Connection between Business System and System Landscape Directory.
3a)RFC destination LCRSAPRFC of type T for SLD connection.
3b)RFC destination SAPSLDAPI of type T for SLD connection.
4)Maintain the SAP J2EE Connection parameters for LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI in SAP J2EE Engine
5)Maintain SLD access details in Transaction SLDAPICUST.
Please refer the section 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4 in the document(as linked provided below)
SLDAPICUST should point to the SLD host server. If you have a central SLD installed on the Dev server, then it is ok that it is using the host and port of the Dev server.
PIAPPLUSER is the normal user that is used in trx SLDAPICUST (the user must have the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER).

you can also check the assignment between the Business System , technical system and the software component versions in the SLD.A object would only be visible in the SPROXY of an Applicaion system if the corresponding SCWV is installed on the business system.
To add :
Go to the landscape view in the SLD.
Select the Technical System Link
Search your Technical system as Application system
Click on the same
A tabbed screen appears in the bottom.
Go to installed software tab.
Click ADD NEW PRODUCT
Add your product here.
Also check the business System assignment in the similar way.

Hi Rams,
The data transfers between SRM using ALE (Application Link Enabling) via RFC & IDOCs...
P.O is transferred to R/3 using RFC. Confirmation and invoice through IDOCs.
Since P.O is the leading document and of course legal document, there should not be any duplication. Means if it generates two P.O numbers one in SRM & the other in R/3 they are considered as two different P.Os.And will be an issue during audit.
Where as confirmation and invoice posting documents are internal documents and the docs created in the back end with the back end number range. In this case same number is not mandatory.
