Position belongs to specific Sales org able to see data from another Sales

Hi experts,
Settings in ppoma_crm done.
Moreover, new infotype for Business role created and asigned to respective org.
SALES_EMPL is able to see any account that doesnu2019t belongs to his sales org.
Roles in user SALES_EMPL ROLES:
BP_SLS_EMPLOYEE, SAP_CRM_BUSINESS_PARTNER, SAP_CRM_OR_USER, SAP_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK.
Could you please inform us if we need to add a new Role to this user in SU01?

If 6000 prices (condition record) are not available system calculates from 4000.

Hello,
I believe the customer you are created is under 6000 sales area. That is the reason why it is redetermining the sales area to 6000, even if you are trying to create the sales order in 5000. Extend the customer in 5000 or create a new customer in 5000.

This may due to not set up the sales area in the IMG,so go through this path do the settings
IMG>Enterprise structure>Assignment-->Sales and Distribution
-->Assign sales organization to company code
-->Assign distribution channel to sales organization
-->Assign division to sales organization
-->Set up sales area
-->Assign sales organization - distribution channel - plant
After completion of these settings you also need to do the Common distribution channels and common divisions through VOR1 and VOR2 transactions before creation of the Master data(Customer or material)

Not able to see data in Pivot table

Hi,
I have a issue with pivot table i have a column which displays values 0 and 1 and another column called month when i am placing this month column as a section and values column as a measure i am not seeing any values means i can see the month as header but instead showing 0 or 1 its showing blank columns. previously i created similar kind of table it worked but at that time values column data type is number this time its char. can anybody help me out how i can see the data in the pivot table. i already tried converting this column to number but still i am not able to see data in that values column.

Hi copter,
Place the month column in rows and value column in measure section and check if results are coming.If still it doesnt come i suppose you dint apply aggregation rules to value column.In pivot view click values column and aggregate by /select min or max or either server complex and check your results.
(I suppose your aggregation rules is default)....Correct this one and you can place it in sections as per your requirement.

Not able to see data in 0FIGL_V30 & 0FIGL_V31

Hi,
I've activated / installed standard business content for EpH3 i.e Mutltiprovider 0FIGL_M30 and entire data flow which includes reports and virtual providers 0FIGL_V30 & 0FIGL_V31.
I'm able to see data in cubes where above virtual providers read data from. here is the link from help.sap.com

Issue is i'm not able to see data in Virtual providers 0FIGL_V30 & 0FIGL_V31 and hence in reports.

Hi All,
Yes I've checked data in underlying cubes.
Mulitprovider is fine.
I've added Master Data for both 0GL_ACCTP and 0ACCESSTP
RFC connection is fine.
No DTP & Transformation since this is Virtual Provider based on Functional Module.
However when I debug FM for 0FIGL_V30 & 0FIGL_V31 - I see no data and thought there might be master data issue b/w 0GL_ACCOUNT & 0GLACCEXT but MD is fine.
It just not pulling data.
Is there some setting I'm missing?
FM's used for Virtual Providers are
0FIGL_V30 - RS_BCT_FIGL_SREP_DATA_GET_V30
0FIGL_V31 - RS_BCT_FIGL_SREP_DATA_GET_V31

Hi everyone,
My question is I am not able to see data in Xcelsius spreadsheet although I am able to connect to SAP BW and also able to see and select query but when I select Cross Tab Data in output Values it is not displaying in Xcelsius spreadsheet
System Info
Xcelsius 2008 Enterprise Trial Version SP 3.0
SAP BW 7.1 SP 6 ABAP and JAVA

Hi Rashid,
When you are using the BW conenction in Xcelsius you will not see any data in the spreadsheet at design time or at preview time.
To see the data you need to go SAP > Publish, then SAP > Launch to test the dashboard in the NetWeaver Portal as that is the only place where the data can be viewed.

I am not able pass the data from component to other component.
I have done like this.
1 Main Component (Parent component ) having below two child components.Embeded as used components.
2)     Search Component and Details Component
3)     In the Search Component having buttons, Say : Button u201CXu201D on click of button I am navigating to Details component view through FPM.
4)     When I am clicking above button u201CXu201D raising the event to call the parent   business logic method, there I am getting Structure with values and binded this structure to the node and Mapped this node to the Details component interface node. FYI : I kept the debugging point Structure is having data , I had set static attributes table to node instance.
5)     In the Details component node data is not coming mean empty.

Hi,
When you use input Ext. check that the parent component should not be used as used component in child component.
Only in the parent component the child components should be used as used components and the usage has to be created for the
Child Components and the binding of the Node should be done from comp. controller of parent component to child node
by which you will be able to see double arrow against the node.This should work

Not able to query data from View

Hi,
I am not able to fetch data from views even while running simple select statements. I am using SQL Developer Version 3.0.04,
Same query is fetching data on other computers running SQL Developer or Toad.

Am not been able to export data from FDQM to my target system which is Hyperion Enterprise 6.4

Is it possible that the entity that you are loading to in Enterprise is locked? It appears that it may be per the below error. You can only load to unlocked intersections, so I would start by checking the catagory and entity combination for being locked.

Not able to get data from Reference Purchase Organization

Hi,
    the scenario is
Need to have one global pur. org for 3 company codes and
one each company code specific purchase org.
so i created Z300 as a ref purchasing org
and created Z100 for a specific company 3000 n assigned to it
and assigned Z100 to ref purchase org Z300
and i created a vendor master with Z300 purchase org n company code 3000
but when i creating a PO with ME21n
when i enter the vendor and Z100 as the purchase org ...it tells me that vendor is not maintained for Z100.
( but as per the documentation the data shud come from ref. purchase org ? isnt that true)
and
when i enter the vendor and Z300 as the purchase org and enter the material and plant it says
plant is not maintained for Z300 ..? i understand this ...the correct process is the first one ..
can nyone let me know y this error is coming ....is there anything i am missing in assigning.

You have to maintianed the vendor for all the Pur org for which you want to use
the ref pur org will come inthe picture when you create the contract at global level means at ref pur org so all other pur org can use the same contract.
So if you creating PO for your std pur org then you have to maintain the vendor and you can refer the contract from ref pur org

Sales order with reference to Contract and another sales order

Hi Gurus,
I would like your suggestions on one of the business requirement i have.
We are creating a new EDI interface with few of our customers to create sales orders. While creating sales orders, it should validate if there are any open contracts available and if yes, then the sales order should be created with reference to it. so far good but there are chances that sold to party on the contract could be different from sold to party on the EDI order sent by customer (customer can have more than one sold to party on their system). IDOC's are failing in this scenario and not able to create a sales order since sold to partys are not matching. I need your help.
Can we do some thing in customer master to handle this scenario?
or
Create a new sales doc type (YEDI or some thing) and create sales order from IDOC without reference to contract. Business will look into all YEDI order and create the actual sales order out of it but the challenge here is i cannot refer contract to the actual sales order or YEDI order.
Is it possible to create sales order with ref to a contract and another sales order?

What is the linkage between sold to party of contract and sold to party of order..If customer has more than one sold to party.
Why don't you use customer hierarchy....link all sold to party of a customer to hierarchy node.for example...you create a hierarchy node 1000 and assigned customers 2000 and 3000 to it.you have contract for 2000..so when you create a sales order for 3000 check in knvh table it's customer hierarchy 1000 and get all sold tos assigned to hierarchy...which is 2000....check if contract exist for sold to's..If yes then create order with reference.

Copy purchase order number and date from one sales order to other sales ord

I am creating sales order in va01. here i am entering purchase order number (p100) and date. Sales order number ex: 42000
I am creating another sales order with reference to 42000. when creating sales order with reference to 42000, purchase order number (p100) and date has to be copied automatically from that order.
Can anyone please give me a solution?

Currently, PO number is being mentioned in copy routine 101 but this
field VBKD-BSTKD is being cleared out.
If we check this routine code:
FORM DATEN_KOPIEREN_101.
Data which is not copied
Pricing date for consignment issue by external service agent from
the scheduling agreement
IF CVBAK-VBTYP CA VBTYP_LP_EDL.
    CLEAR VBKD-PRSDT.
ENDIF.
PO data should not be copied
CLEAR: VBKD-BSTKD,                    <<<<<
         VBKD-BSTDK,
In order to achieve your requirement, you need to consider creating you
own copying routines for VBKD fields copying standard copying routines
(for example copying routine 101) according your business requirements
and change them via transaction VOFM, in order to:
- deactivate the LOCAL: statement
- delete the clear statements
Once you have created those two routines to match your business needs,
you can insert them in transaction VTAA, so the sales order will copy
the PO date at item level.
