Possible authorizing problem

Question

whenever i try and play music purchased from the music store i get asked for my password, after i enter it, it tells me that i have authorized 2 of my 5, but after i click on OK a message appears:
we could not complete your music store request. an unknown error occurred(-208)
there was an error in the music store. please try again later.
has anyone else had this problem?

Hope the previous answer helped, but I have had the same error AND have the latest release. You said:

That means it sees you as logging in on a 2nd computer and you've now authorized that 2nd of a maximum of five computers to access the service. Were you on a different computer, or had you recovered from a crash by re-installing any windows software? Anyway, i did get the same error message, but when I tried the again later, it worked OK.
As I've recovered from a third crash recently, I'll see if it tells me I'm using 3 of 5, so I'm going to have to see how to clear that back to one or else I'll run out of "authorized" computers
