Post Payment not Clarify but on Account for payment batch

Hi,
this is FI-CA account current.
My customer processes distribution batches. The Clearing control finds the account but not an open item with same due date. Now the payment is posted for clarification.
In clarification we can set a flag to post it on account.
We would like to do this automatically during payment batch processing.

Well,
it is more complex than expected, but now solved:
A functional guy told me that for the payment batches the posting on account was generally switched off - no way to accomplish it.
Only payments with all selection values exactly matching an open item resulted in clearing this item. Whenever a settlement run for the account  had cleared open items due and a payment came later, the processing could not find the open item.
So what dis we do: We allowed posting on account generally. Now, in FI-CA exit 111, the standard IS-U creates a payment-on-account. We extended the exit, search for a cleared item with exact selection criteria. If it exists, OK, post on account. If not, we destroy the on-account information and the payment goes to clearance.
But this is very special situation for special requirements in German deregulated energy market, so probably not of much interest.

  • Problem when change bank clearing account for payment posting.

    We recently changed the bank clearing account for payment posting (program PC00_M99_PPM). But I found out because the config can only be changed but not delimited on payroll side, the program errored out when it retro back for an employee to the old clearing account.  So what am I supposed to do to fix this problem?
    Have anyone ever handled this problem before and could please throw some light on it?

    By 'redeemed points' I assume that you mean that you've redeemed an iTunes gift card onto your account (?). If you do then are you trying to buy songs for yourself or are you trying to gift them - you can only gift items from a credit card, an account's balance can't be used for gifting. If you are buying for yourseflt and you are being asked to enter/verify a credit card number then are you currently in the country where your iTunes account is based ?

    When I try to log on to my DC it says "The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship". It won't let me log on. I installed another server server 2012r2  (its virtual )
    and I can get to ADSI edit. 
    I think what happened was I had a pc that could not connect without unplugging the network cable. So I found this fix

    I’ve seen a lot of solutions, or suggestions rather, with regard to the error in the title of this post.  In my experience, the problem can almost always be resolved without extra domain add/removes and reboots, which is the most prevalent solution I have
    seen around.  Usually, this issue is due to a mismatch between attributes of the computer account in Active Directory and those values on the system itself.  Here are the steps I take to fix this issue when it crops up:
    Open up Active Directory Users & Computers pointed to the domain the computer account resides in
    From the “View” pull-down menu, make sure that “Advanced Features” is checked
    Navigate to the part of your organizational unit (OU) structure where the computer account for this server resides
    Open the Properties for the computer object
    Choose the “Attribute Editor” tab on the Properties dialog box
    Check the Attributes dNSHostName & servicePrincipalName – anywhere that a fully qualified hostname is specified (e.g. myserver.mydomainname.com), make sure that the entry matches the hostname
    you have configured when you go here on your server: Start -> Computer -> Right-Click, Properties -> Change Settings (under “Computer name, domain… settings”) -> Full Computer Name
    As an example, for a fictitious W2K8 R2 server whose Full Computer Name is “srv1.mydomainname.com”, these attribute/value pairs should be in Active Directory:

    Not reading it carefully I add a computer with the same name as the pc having the issue and followed the above. The problem is that I did not notice that the spn did not want the name of my server (serv1) but the name of the trouble

    I'm stuck with similar problem.. I recently started using apple products and because I mostly use my macbook for writing, I didn't use iTunes. One day I managed to get FaceTime to chat with friends and therfore I had to create an apple id. Everything went smoothly until I tried to use iTunes Store with my iPod. iTunes asks me to review my account and although it is fully functional I cannot change any detail because I don't own a credit card, and therfore cannot get any free app!
    What is funny, when it comes to creating an account through iTunes, there is an option 'None' in Credit Card section. When I try to do the same using my existing account it simply doesnt't let me do this.
    I need a solution to set it properly or an option to permanently delete existing account and recreate it using iTunes. Using another email account is not an option e.g. creating another account must be done with the same email as the one I used for the current account.
    I was looking for an answer but with no luck. Apple submitted great tutorials for creating accounts but didn't supply users with answers for problems like mine(which apparently is very common!).
    If there is anyone from Apple reading such posts, I'd be happy to see a solution for this problem.

  • Payment not showing on bank account but paid?

    Hi all, I'm new to PayPal so I'm hoping someone can help me. I purchased a few items 4 days ago and got the confirmation email of a successful payment. One item has already been shipped. However, the money has not come out of my account and there is no record of the transaction on my bank statement. I do not have a negative PayPal balance and shows that the items are "successful" or confirms or whatever it says. Any idea what's going on?

    Yep   When you pay someone it is never instant > paypal CREDIT that person for you (so you get your item more quickly) and then paypal take the wait for your funds to transfer to your paypal account from your bank account to pay them back. The funds can leave your bank account anytime from 2 hours - 3 days later. I paid someone 2 days ago via friends / family > they got the money but its not left my bank account....yet.    ************************************* I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

  • Down Payment Not affecting the party Account Balance

    Dear All,
    When I am posting any down payment invoice (A/P or A/R) then the party account is nullified after the payment is posted against it. Now for Advance payments the down payment option is used but then the BP Account Balance does not reflect the down payment balance. How to resolve this issue with a work around. I do not preffer to use the "Payment On Acount" option.
    For Example:
    Advance paid to Vendor: Down Payment Invoice: Rs 10000
    Outgoing Paymnet for the D/P invoice: Rs 10000
    A/P Invoice raised for the Vendor: Amount Rs 4000 and adjusted with the Down Payment (Rs 4000 drawn from DP)
    Now The System shows the BP Account Balance as 0 where as it should hold a debit balance of Rs 6000
    Please suggest me a work around

    Inorder to keep the advance amount as debit balance,you must define control account in the BP Master Data(Under Accouting tab->General tab-Control account indicated by ...->Define a account in Downpayment payables.
    Here is the differece in AP Downpayment Request and AP Downpayment Invoice

    Now in your case as i suggested to make use of AP downpayment Request for advances.The full cycle will be as follows
    1.Create PO(No acounting transactions are made)
    2.Create AP Downpayment request based on the PO(No acounting transactions are made)
    3.Create Outgoing payment by selecting the AP Downpayment request.
    AccountingTransaction
    Db-BP(Control account-Downpayment payables)
    Cr-Bank account
    4.Create a AP invoice
    AccountingTransaction
    Db-Stock
    Cr-BP Account(Sundary creditors)
    5.Apply downpayment request to the AP Invoice
    AccountingTransaction
    Db-BP Account(Sundary creditors)
    Cr-BP(Control account-Downpayment payables)
    Cr-Bank Account
    Note:Do test the full cycle in the test database and see the results and get confirmation from the clients accounting person

  • F.05 - Revaluation posting are not clearing in GL Account (Gr/Ir)

    Hi Gurus,
    We have FX revaluation issue. After execution of F.05 - the system performs an automatic reversal of the postings for the GRIR account on the first posting date of the new month but there is no valuation posting last posting date (month end).
    So, FX revaluation is not clearing in GL Account.
    Only one document posted for the first posting date of the new month and there is no posting for the month end valuation.
    Please advice, on how to clear the FX entries that are currently sitting as open item in GL (Gr/IR).

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried selecting various exchange rate type and was bale to post both valuation doc (for month end date) and reversal doc (for beginning of the date of next month).  In F.05 posting tab tab I couldn't find "Determine Automatically" filed. So not able to find what caused for these postings. This has been done for last 4 months and now there are open items setting in GL(Gr/Ir) which needs to be cleared.
    One more thing I am hearing from user is that when they run f.05 the posting cleared automatically. When I tried myself it doesn't clear the line items but post the tow line items with debit and credit. Is something  I am missing here.
    Please advise me on clearing the difference balances.

    I'd like to be able to send email from the iPhone's mail app  using a FROM address of [email protected] I own mydomain.com and abc has an email account there.
    But I don't want to install an account for [email protected] on the phone (it's a POP account which would involve a lot of fetching, among other reasons).
    Any way to accomplish this on the iPhone?
    (FYI, GMail allows this, and provides a procedure for verifying that the user actually controls the email address.)

    Well, not exactly. I had to fill in the outgoing server settings, but used a bad password. The iPhone reported that the account might not work properly, but it did light up DONE and I was able to save the config.
    So now when I'm in an app that allows email, I can scroll through the available "FROM" settings and pick the one I need.
    (I just hope this is not taking advantage of a bug in the setup dialog which Apple will close in a future release.)

    We have a student podcast/blog published to our local webserver using the "Publish to Folder" feature in iLife '08. This works fine for the podcast, but is failing for the blog. Not sure why or how to troubleshoot the problem.

        Here check the account modifications against Account assignment category C,P
    2) Then go to OBYC -GBB check the account maintained against the account modifier obtained in step 1
