Hello, just as the tittle says, I have yet to receive this. Also I am a Best Buy Elite Member, along with GCU, how do I access the 24/7 line for Elite members?

Pre-ordered 4 games, haven't received the $10 reward certificates

Hello,
Last month I preordered 4 games (Little Big Planet 3, GTA V, Far Cry 4 and Dragon Age) which were picked up on release (11.18). All are supposed to come with a $10 gift card, when I picked them up they told me they should be on my rewards account after two weeks.
I have not received them, were they supposed to issue them to me when I picked the games up?

Bad news first, Little Big Planet 3 and Dragan Age were never part of the $10 pre-order/purchase promo so that`s why you won`t be recieving $10 certs(500 MyBB pts) for either of those titles.
Far Cry 4 and GTAV are eligble titles and they released on 11/18 so those pts should post in 15-20 days. If they don`t show by Dec. 8-9 then bump this thread for assistance.

I pre ordered Thief for PC and on launch day I recieved the code for the game but no code for the Bank Heist DLC. The game is working fine I activated it in my Steam library, but I need my code for the DLC that I paid for. Please PM me or email me or put the code in my digital downloads.

Sorry for the delayed follow-up! I finally heard back from our gaming team and unfortunately received confirmation that the Bank Heist DLC wasn't offered for PC version pre-orders. it's available for purchase through the game's publisher though, as well as through several other digital distribution services.

Why hasnt my pre-ordered Springsteen album downloaded yet?

I pre-ordered this 3-4 weeks ago and it should have downloaded at 12:01am today, it's release date. Instead, here I sit more then 16 hours later and nothing. Whats up? Whats my incentive to using pre-order?

You may want to read the post from BluesyGirl on the following thread concerning the response from the store about the delays on the Springsteen pre-order. It appears you may be waiting awhile. This is why I went out & bought the CD today.

Tap Settings > iTunes app then tap More at the bottom of the display in the menu then tap Purchased.

Canceled order and didn't receive the full reward certificate amount back

I canceled an order over a week ago and the next day recieved 250 points back on my account but another 250 points that was used on the preorder hasn't been credited back to me. Any reason this has happened? I'd like to get the points back to make a purchase soon.

It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's My Best Buy™ account following a return or cancellation. If it has been more than 6 business days since you cancelled the order and only half of the point value has not reposted, then I would be happy to see what I can do to help ensure any remaining points are added to your account.
While using the email address you registered with the forum to look over your account, I was unable to find the order in-question that was recently cancelled. To gather a bit more information and go over your My Best Buy™ account with you, I am going to send you a private message. I pre-ordered Far Cry 4, which was eligible for the additional $10 in points promo.
The item shipped on 11/18. The points have not been added to my account.

It looks like your points were awarded back to the date of pre-order. I am glad the system properly awarded your points. The 243 points you mentioned actually appear to have been a part of 250 points that were just recently converted into a $5 certificate. There is sometimes a slight delay between pulling points from an account and receiving an email stating that the certificate is ready for use.

500 Pre-order bonus points for Far Cry 4 not listed or pending

Hello,
I'm a Best Buy Elite and GCU member. I pre-ordered Far Cry 4 on November 11th and picked up the game in store on November 18th but the 500 points that im supposed to receive for pre-ordering the game isn't listed on the transaction and there's no points pending.
I would like to know if anyone can help me solve this issue and if so, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It can take 15-20 days for the $10 cert to post and it may or may not so as pending. Based off your Nov 18th time line if your points are there by Dec 8-9 then bump this thread for assistance.

Pre-Ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 on June 6th, but it hasn't shipped yet. Anyone else experiencing this?

I pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy S3 the fist day it was available. I'm seeing a lot of posts of people who already had theirs shipped. Why hasn't mine shipped yet? I pre-ordered the same phone for someone else on my plan on June 22. Do you think they are going to ship both phones together at a later time? Has anyone else pre-ordered on June 6th and not received shipping details yet?

Yeah, I ordered on 6/7 at 10 am. No Charge, no confirmation yet. Now I know I shouldn't be ahead of anyone who ordered first day, but as people have been stating, there seems to be a lot of people who ordered well past this and are getting their confirmations. I even saw one who ordered 6/14 on another forum who has their tracking number and all. If anyone at Verizon knows what's going on, could you comment? If your pre-order of Batman Arkham Knight was picked up or shipped within 7 days of the official release day (6/23/2015), then you should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus. It can usually take up to 20 days for points to officially post to a member's My Best Buy™ account. After looking over your account, I can see why the bonus points have not posted and it has to do with the time of the day you placed your pre-order.
With that being said, your pre-order may not have actually been a pre-order. I am going to send you a private message so that I can go over your pre-order and your My Best Buy™ account with you in additional detail. Will i receive Iphone 6 on Sept 19 for pre-order

How will I receive Iphone 6 on Sept 19 for pre-order at the store or delivery

To echo the above users, you can pre-order the iPhone 6/6+ on Sept 12 at 12:01am PST. I'm assuming it's PST because that's the time zone for Cupertino (Apple headquarters).
I know a few years back when I pre-ordered the iPhone 4, pre-order date was Feb 2, I received my phone Feb 5 at my friend's home*, and it wasn't available in stores for retail until Feb 10, so there is always a possibility that you will receive your phone BEFORE Sept 19th if you pre-order on the 12th, however that isn't a guarantee.
If you do not pre-order the iPhone 6/6+, it will be available in stores with limited quantity on Sept 19th.
* You do not necessarily have to have it delivered to the billing address of the account; you can have it delivered anywhere you'd like. I'm not sure if you can have it shipped to store for pick-up; that doesn't seem likely. Pre-order packages are shipped free and must be signed for in order to be received (for security purposes).

My Super smash bros Wii U pre order because i pre ordered in store and placed a $5 deposit

Let me share what I was told when I arrived at best buy store. By the way I will file a complaint to corporate about this and will see about filing it to better business bureau... I pre ordered my smash brothers bundle in store ( couldn't do it online because there are issues with my account for a year now and after numerous calls to fix it which I have been given so many ticket numbers,best buy just cant fix their own mistakes). I arrive at the store to pick up my pre order and the employee responds with a dissapointing tone"don't tell me you preordered the bundle." the employee just walks back and forth. She then asks her co-worker which she then tells me "we don't have your preorder...we only filled orders for the people who preordered online and fully paid the game." I asked for a manager and told him this is the second time best buy has messed up my pre orders and provide me with poor service. He then says that they only filled the orders from online purchases and who paid in full which makes me feel like I didn't matter only because I placed a $5.00 deposit to guarantee my copy.overall I received poor customer service, he did not own the situation and didn't offer at least some type of compensation to a "former" loyal elite customer. In general, best buy has given me poor service throughout the year by not fixing my ability to order online for a year, messing up my pre order of Mario kart 8 by charging me for the free $10 gift card which was supposed to be free for pre ordering the game and then refusing to give me a refund for the $10 charge, and finally telling me that even though I pre ordered, because I didn't pay the bundle in full I don't get my copy at all... Not even a phone call,common courtesy to notify me. This is it! Best buy will never get business from me and I will never recomment it to anyone. Amazon on the other hand does everything right, and owns the situations and strive to make things right.Amazon is now my go to for shopping all electronic and entertainment needs. Amazon even allowed me to place a new order for the bundle and will receive it next week versus best buy saying " we don't know when we will get them." In short I cancelled my pre order from best buy and took my business elsewhere. Finally when I asked the supervisor for corporate's contact information, he refused to provide it. Now I need to check online and hunt down that information

I will certainly document your feedback so that we can learn from it and ensure that our stores are adequately equipped to fulfill orders as our first priority, but provide all care and courtesy when things don't go quite as intended.

$10 Rewards for Destiny pre-order and $10 Bestbuy Giftcard with Evil Within pre-order

I have yet to receive either of these. I understand my Destiny purchase still says pending (although I received my $10 rewards for Madden 15 within a week of me picking up purchase). When should I receive the $10 rewards certificate?
Also, I pre-ordered Evil Within months ago and I see now that anyone that pre-orders get a $10 giftcard. Shouldn't I still get this?

Whenever a BestBuy.com order is cancelled (or returned), any funds held for that order are automatically refunded to the original form of payment. This process typically takes 2-3 business days for gift cards, while reward certificates are applied back to your My Best Buy account in the same length of time. For debit and credit cards, the exact timeframe required before the funds are available again is dependent on the card's issuing bank.
If you no longer have the original gift card, then we can issue a replacement with the remaining balance. To request a replacement, simply give our gift card support team a call at 1-888-716-7994 or leave us a message in the BestBuy.com board. Additional info on gift cards can also be found here:
