J'ai installé Premier Elements 10 sur un autre ordinateur, après l'avoir désactivé sur le précédent, il ne redémarre plus, et donc impossible de l'activer. Que dois-je faire ?

Please consider the following.
1. Adobe is unlikely to help you because you are not working with the current version, 12. But, I am not Adobe.
2. Even if you were to try to get help from Adobe via its Adobe Chat, those Adobe Chat lines appear to be down (some
type of maintenance to its system - it has been days now).
You have been through many troubleshooting steps so far. Your Premiere Elements 10 does not work on Windows 7 64 bit. It should.
I assume that you can still use it on Windows XP 32 bit as before.
I have the following for you to consider:
1. Have you deleted the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and the 10.0 Folder in which it exists? If not,

Users
Owner
AppData
Roaming
Adobe
Premiere Elements
10.0
and in the 10.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elemens Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then delete the whole 10.0 Folder in which the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
2. Get free new installation files.
Go to the following web site and download and install the Premiere Elements 10 Windows 64 bit tryout (you can use it as the tryout or insert your purchased serial number in it to make it your working copy).

Important: read and carry out carefully the "Important: Very Important Instructions" on that web page so that you do not get the Access Denied message.

Bonjour,j'ai un problème pour ouvrir adobe prmiere element 10 ,il met un message d'incompatibilité d'affichage carte graphique amd readon hd 6310 graphic 3.0.12618 compatibility graphic 13.251.00 ,j'ai télécharger cette carte graphique ,mais cela ne s'ouvre pas et adobe premiere élément bloque l'ordinateur ,les autres logiciels graphiques et montages videos s'ouvrent normalement ainsi que photoshop element 9 ...Adobe uriliserait il des sortes de virus ???pour assurré sa supprematie ???et obliger de mettre la mise à jour 11ou 12 ...?

Bonjour. non, inutile de chercher une théorie de la conspiration Premiere Elements utilise peut-être d'autres particularités de votre Carte graphique. Mettez les pilotes de celle-ci à jour depuis le site AMD, et tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre!

Premier Elements 11 icons near the notification area.

Premier Elements 11 puts red icons on the taskbar near the notification area. What are these and why are they not removed when the application is closed? The only way they "go away" is to restart the computer.

I wish that I could offer some help, but have not observed any icons being added. It might be something that I felt was common behavior, and did not pay close attention to it/them, or maybe something that I have just never seen.
Perhaps others will recognize those icons, from the description, and be of more help.
One question:
They apparently relate to something that was in my project; an adjustment to a video clip perhaps. If I right click on one of the icons a menu pops up.
When you clicked on those icons, and got a pop-up menu, what did that menu contain? That might be helpful in others recognizing what the icons relate to.

Upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 plus Adobe Premier Elements 2.0

I currently have Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0
I would like to purchase the Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 plus Adobe Premier Elements 2.0. for more photo and video options.
I'm offered one of two options. Either buy the Full Version or the Upgraded version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 plus Adobe Premier elements 2.0.
I don't want to lose any of my videos or photos in my Adobe Photoshop Album Starter editon 3.0.
Will the Upgrade over the Full Version be sufficient?

The upgrade only applies if you already have a paid-for version of these programs. You cannot "upgrade" SE.

That isn't an issue. Your pictures aren't "in" PSA SE, it is just cataloging what's on your disk. In any case, the catalog will be usable by PSE 4 Organizer, so all your tags etc. will be preserved.

Issues with Adobe PSE 12 and Premier Elements 12 plus DiskWarrior 4.4

Since upgrading to the final version of OS X 10.10 Yoesemite I have issues with Adobe PSE 12 and Premier Elements 12 plus DiskWarrior 4.4. I don't recall their being any issues while I went through the Beta testing process. The Adobe products (PSE and PE) give me a configuration message "error 16" and it tells me to uninstall and reinstall. I have done this a few times/ It seems to go through the whole install process until the startup where it crashes. I downloaded PSE 11 and at least it starts up but I haven't used it to do anything. Also DiskWarrior 4.4 does not load up from the hard drive anymore (error message) and when I boot it up from disk is doesn't give me the option of correcting permission when repairing files and folders.
At lease all of otheother software including Photoshop Lightroom 5.6 seem to be working.

Yes, I accessed the "updates" menu from the Help pull-down menu. I also accessed the updates using the Mac Terminal application with results shown in my original post. Regardless of whether I used the Help menu or the Mac Terminal app, the AAM tool still responded with:
Update Failed
   Updates could not be applied
   The error log file may help you in identifying the problem. The, try updating again. If the problems persist, contact customer support for further assistance.
The error log file read as follows:
   Photoshop Camera Raw 8.5
   There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I210
   Looking at the the output of the Mac Terminal app, it shows:
   ... hdiutil: attach failed - no mountable file systems
   Is this relevant?
Regarding your follow-up message pointing to:
Update 12.1 installation errors | Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements,
the files referenced in this link are present, are correctly named, and they are in the correct locations, so it would appear that these issues are not related to the ACR 8.5 update problem

Pour ce qui est du controle de mon chassis, je ne souhaite pas faire appel au websever... j'aimerais que l'affichage de l'IHM sur la tablette soit "propre", je veux dire par la, que je voudrais que l'utilisateur ai l'impression d'utiliser une application standard comme on peut le voir de nos jour sur nos tablette et non pas afficher mon interface dans un navigateur web... c'est juste par soucis esthétique mais j'y tiens beaucoup :-)
Je n'avais pas pensé au variable partagé sur le réseau car je n'en ai jamais utilisé, je pensais qu'il était possible de mettre à jour des commandes a l'aide de Viserver meme si ces variable sont situé dans une boucle while... Cela me semble bisard que ce ne soit pas possible car il me semble que l'on peut controler un exécutable créer à partir de VI labview.

Que mes blocs sont décalés par rapport à la maquette
que le bloc noir de la page 28 déborde sur la page 29.
Que mon bloc de texte est perturbé par l'ajout sous-jacent d'une page de maquette
que ma pagination a conservé les attributs d'une page pair (numérotation à gauche) alors qu'elle est passée impaire.
J'aurai considéré comme normal que mon ancienne p.28 se soit déplacée en page impaire avec le bloc texte bien placé ET avec les attributs de page (liés au gabarit, tels que pagination, filets, bas de page roulants) modifiés automatiquement. Or il n'en est rien.
Tu me demandais des éclaircissements par rapport à "J'importe mes gabarits dans le document au fur et à mesure de la construction du livre et je libère les éléments de gabarit afin de pouvoir couler le texte et disposer l'icono. Lorsque c'est fait, je ne retourne pas dans le mode page d'InDesign. J'attaque la page suivante." Voici, plus en détails ce que je fais au moment où je monte une nouvelle page. Mes gabarits ont été préparé en amont.
J'ajoute une page au document (ex : une page de texte)
je lui confère le gabarit qui va avec (ex : C-présentation ch1, cf plus haut)
je libère les éléments de gabarits pour pouvoir couler le texte et disposer les images.
quand ma page est finie je recommence l'étape 1.
Est-ce que c'est à l'étape 3 que je me plante ?
Est-ce qu'il y aurait d'autres explications à ce malheureux schmilblick ?
