Premiere Elements (Testversion) stürzt direkt ab

Salute,
ich würde gerne Premiere Elemets 8 ausprobieren. Doch jedes Mal, wenn ich versuche ein neues Projekt zu öfnnen stürzt das Programm direkt ab. Der Willkommen-Bildschirm bleibt aktiv.
Der Organizer funktioniert, aus ihm kann ich auch nicht Premiere starten (Absturz).
Ich nutze Windows 7 (64-bit) und habe die empfohlenen Hardwarevoraussetzungen.
Eine Neu-Installation des Programms bringt nichts, mein Betriebssystem ist erst heute aufgesetzt worden.
Gibt es einen Vorschlag?

Eure letzten Postings sind zwar schon etwas her, aber ich habe Premiere Elements 8 erst seit Ende Dezember 2009. Bei mir stürzt die Software auch bei Aufruf des Registers "Bearbeiten" ab. Allerdinga habe ich eine ATI Grafikkarte. Und was auch sehr nervig ist: Beim Überspielen von einer DV Kamera stürzt die Software auch regelmäßig ab, mal nach 3 Minuten, mal nach 13 Minuten. Am Telefonsupport ist weiß man nichts von dem Problem.
Ich selbst habe schon XP neu installiert auf einer größeren Festplatte, leider ohne Erfolg.
Mein System:
Intel Core Duo E8400 Duo @ 3GHz
XP PRO SP3 mit allen Updates
4 GB Ram
500 GB SATA HD
ATI Radeon 3600
Camcorder: Panasonic NV DS 15 (via Firewire)
Bis jetzt bin ich sehr enttäuscht von Adobe. Vorher habe ich MAGIX genutzt, da gab es solche Probleme nicht. Vielleicht findet ja noch jemand diesen Post und hat vielleicht noch eine Lösung.

ich habe mir im Januar einen Dell Studio XPS 1640 zugelegt.
Dazu habe ich mir das Adobe Elements 8 Bundle gekauft.
Leider kann ich nicht wirklich Premiere Elements 8 nutzen. Wenn ich ein neues Projekt laden will und er die ganzen Daten lädt, bleibt er beim laden von Windows Media stehen und stürzt dann sekunden später ab.
Woran liegt das?
Betriebssystem: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Arbeitsspeicher: 6GB
Prozessor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P8700 2.53GHZ
Grafikkarte: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670

Ich war mir jetzt ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher, wie das funktioniert. Ich habe mal ein Bild hochgeladen von der, wo ich glaube, dass es die "hardwarebeschleunigte Wiedergabe" sein könnte. Da wo sich der rote Pfeil befindet, dort habe ich das Häckchen rausgenommen. Leider hat APE 8 danach immer noch nicht funktioniert. So langsam bin ich am verzweifeln. Das Programm war so teuer und es läuft einfach nicht...

Premiere Elements Testversion ohne DSL?

Hi, gibt es eine Chance, die Testversion auf CD zu bekommen? Ich möchte das Programm gerne ausprobieren, habe aber kein DSL.

Danke an euch beide. Ich habe ein Email an Adobe geschickt und eine Woche später war eine DVD mit den Testversionen von Photoshop Elements und Premiere Elements da.

Premiere Elements 7 stürzt andauernd ab

PE7 ist in den Möglichkeiten genial, in der Stabilität eine Katastrophe. Im Schnitt hängt sich das Programm all 5-6 Minuten auf. Ich habe unterdessen die automatische Speicherung auf 3 Min gestellt, damit ich nicht dauernd so viele Arbeitsschritte verliere. Hardware: E8400 Intel Duo 3GHz, 4 GB RAM, nVidia GeForce9800GTX+, Win Vista Business. Ausser den vielen Diensten und Prozessen von Vista, sind keine weiteren Programm am Laufen.
Auf verschiedenen Foren zeigen sich ähnliche Probleme. zb bei amazon.de erhält PE7 eine ganz schlechte Kritik aus dem Grund. Frage an adobe: Gibt es bald mal ein Upgrade? ich arbeite sonst mit professionellen Produkten von adobe und bin extrem zufrieden (zb ist Lightroom ein sensationelles Programm). Kann sich adobe ein solch fehleranfälliges Programm wie PE7 leisten?
Bin gespannt auf andere Erfahrungen!

Premiere Elements 8 stürzt beim Aufrufen der Überblendungen ab

Hi, ich bin neu hier im Forum, deshalb weiß ich nicht, ob ich alles richtigmache... :-)
Ich habe ein super ärgerliches problem mit Premiere Elements 8: Auch nach dem Update 8.01 stürzt Pre jedes Mal ab, wenn ich eine Überblendung hinzufügen will. Pre stürzt ab, sobald ich auf Überblendungen klicke. Ich kann noch einen kurzen Blick auf die verschiedenen Überblendungen werfen, dann ist Pre plötzlich zu und das Fenster mit dem Absturzbericht taucht auf...
Absturzbericht hab ich natürlich auch schon etliche male gesendet.
Ich habe Windows 7 Professional 64bit, Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67 Ghz, 6Gb Arbeitsspeicher und eine Ati Radeon HD 4850 mit dem neusten Treiber (10.3).
Neuinstallation habe ich auch schon versucht...ohne Erfolg. Hintergrund-Rendern und automatische Analyse sind natürlich auch aus.
Bin echt am verzweifeln. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man mit einem Programm, für das man Geld gezahl hat, nicht mal Überblendungen benutzen kann!!!

Premiere Elements 11 stürzt bei Import von Dateien ab...

Hallo,
wenn ich mehre Filme in Premiere impotieren will, stürzt das Programm ab - reagiert nicht mehr und wird geschlossen - importiere ich nur einen einzigen Filmschnipsel, kann ich diesen bearbeiten und das Programm stürzt (noch) nicht ab. Ziehe ich jedoch einen weiteren Film in das Programm (drag&drop), dann stürzt es wieder ab...
Ich kann garnichts mehr bearbeiten - könnte mir bitte jemand helfen, da dieses Problem schon länger besteht.
Eine Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht und das Problem besteht auch bei Premiere Elements 10...

Böses Programm! Mehr können wir mangels realer Informationen auch nicht sagen. Ohne Systeminformationen, Angaben über das Quellmaterial, Projekteinstelllungen usw. ist das "Frag mal die Oma!" Kram....

Ich habe mir die Testversion runtergeladen, weil ich ein neues Video-Bearbeitungsprogramm suche.
Leider kann ich meine Filme aber nicht in den Editor laden, er erkennt mein format offenbar nicht.
Meine Filme sind MPEG2 bzw. M2TS.
Für welche formate wäre denn dieses Adobe Programm geeignet ???

Premiere Elements 13 (Mac 10.8.5) stürzt bei mir immer gleich beim Start ab.
Mein MacBookPro 15 (Early 2011, OS X 10.8.5, 16 GB RAM, i7 2.0 Ghz) dürfte doch eigentlich nicht das Problem sein.
Hat hier evtl. jemand eine Idee?

Nach Deinstallation vom Avast Virenscanner läuft PrE 13 jetzt ordnungsgemäßauf dem MacBookPro!

Testversion von Premiere Elements 12 spielt keinen Sound ab (MacBook Pro Retina)

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe mir die Testversion von Premiere Elements 12 auf mein MacBook Retina runtergeladen,
weil ich am PC gute Erfahrungen mit dem Programm gemacht habe. Der Import von Daten funktioniert auch problemlos, zumindest
von Bildern. Wenn ich jedoch eine .mp3 importiere und in der Timeline ablege, kommt kein Ton. Auch in der Medien"vorschau" per Doppelklick
kommt kein Ton (grafische Ausschläge sieht man aber). Auch die internen Sounddateien werden vom Macbook bgespielt, aber man hört keinen Ton.
iTunes und andere Programme spielen den Ton problemlos ab.
Im Tonmenü sind die "internen Lautsprecher" angeklickt, dahinter steht "integriert".
Hat jemand eine Idee, warum ich keinen Ton bekomme? Will das Programm ungerne für 80 Euro kaufen und dann läuft das Teil auf meinem Macbook nicht.
Neustart des Rechners wurde probiert.
Oder liegt es daran, dass es eine "Testversion" ist (was ziemlich schwachsinnig wäre)?

Tryout version downloaded from Adobe should have sound for the supported media, same as purchased.
I am strictly an Elements Windows user, so hopefully a Premiere Elements Mac user should reply soon.
But I would ask the following generic questions
a. Does your Timeline content have sound if the import is a video with audio linked to it?
b. Have you tried to convert you .mp3 to .wav? If so, did that not play back full sound?
c. What happens if you restart the computer, open the program to a new project...same no sound with video/audio as well as this .mp3 file or its .wav version?

Adobe Premiere Elements 10 kann kein neues Projekt anlegen. Es stürzt sofort ab.

Adobe Premiere Elements 10 konnte erfolgreich installiert werden. Doch beim anlegen eines neuen Projektes kann zwar noch der Name eingegeben werden, aber wenn bei „Speichern in:“ auf „Durchsuchen“ geklickt wird, öffnet sich ein Fenster: „Adobe Premiere Elements wird beendet, da ein schwerwiegender Fehler aufgetreten ist. Es wird versucht das aktuelle Projekt zu speichern.“ Dazu kommt es aber leider nicht, denn es war ja noch nicht einmal eines angelegt.
Das Kombiprodukt Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 funktioniert hingegen einwandfrei.
Das Betriebssystem ist Windows XP, SP3
Woran liegt der Fehler? Was ist zu tun?

If you have not already, please Deactivate Premiere Elements 10 Help Menu/Deactivate and close the program. Then using Control Panel route, uninstall the program. Make sure that your computer is optimized. Reinstall the program, but make sure to have anti-virus and firewalls turned off until you know that you have the program installed and that you can open a new project.

Premiere Elements 12 Problems ... still quite buggy?

I used Premiere Elements 11 up to now. Currently testing Version 12 - which appears to be quite buggy to me... Now I just wanted to make sure that it's not me being too dump to find the correct settings...
BTW: I'm using a MacBook w/ Retina from 2012 and most current OS X Maverics as well as a freshly updated APE 12 Testversion (...with German Language)...
1. ...and most anoying one: scrolling in the Timeline left and right on (Apple Magic-)Mouse works now just the other way round than in APE 11 (...which was quite intuitive to me... :-( ) ...I've found some settings for the keyboard, but nothing regarding mouse wheel scroll direction. BTW: is it possible to use up and down scrolling to pan up and down the video-tracks instead of moving back and forth in the timeline (...again).
2. Most interesting new feature of V 12 is the motion tracking (at least for me):
a) I can only use motion tracking with those childish graphics and animation. I just want to use it for simple text as the help message suggests should be possible as well. But the button to place texts is disabled when motion tracking is enabled... is there another way to enable motion tracking on a existing text-and/or-graphic-overlay?
b) I have a lot of videos filmed with a GoPro in upside-down-mode, meaning that I have to rotate the videos by 180 degree in Premiere. Motion tracking appears not to be able to handle that. While objects can be tracked (which is also not too easy as i had to find out) the motion track seems to be way more suitable for the non-rotated video... I've found no way, yet to rotate the track as well (without roating the graphic as well).
So... unfortunately Version 12 is a bit frustrating up to now... Thanks for your help!

Sorry for your challenges, Losty. I'm having great success with version 12!
Of course, Mac Retina displays are known for causing problems like the ones you're experiencing. I'd hoped Mac would have fixed this by now.
You can certainly use your own text, graphic or even a picture-in-picture with Motion Tracking. I demonstrate how in tutorial on the left side of this page. http://Muvipix.com/pe12.php
As for 2b, I have no idea why you're shooting your videos upside-down, but you certainly are adding an unnecessary level of complexity to your post production. I'd recommend that you first right-side-up your videos in Premiere Elements and then output the finished video using Publish & Share/Computer/AVCHD with the M2T 1920x1080 preset to output the fixed video. You can then use your righted videos in a new project and do all the Motion Tracking you want with it.

HELP Premiere Element Probs since upgrade to OSX 10.9.2

since my upgrade to OSX 10.9.2 Adobe Premiere Elements 10 is causing probs whenever I want to add a menue to my movie. Can someone help me? Do I need to load a bugfix?
seit ich OSX 10.9.2 geladen habe stürzt men Premiere Elements 10 jedesmal ab wenn ich ein Menu zum Film hinzufügen will. Kann mir jemand helfen? Gibt es dafür einen Bugfix?
