Pro free trial downloaded but it won't install because it says I already have a superior product (Standard)?

I have Adobe Standard. I'd like a free trial of Adobe Pro because moving pages around in a 400 page document in Standard seems to be a nightmare. It says Pro downloaded but it won't install because it says I already have a superior product.

I think the point is that you have a registered product and that is being interpreted as superior. Anyway, you may have to uninstall (after deactivating) Std to look at Pro. Don't do this if you do not have a backup of the Std install file and S/N that you should have saved to a backup CD and/or backup HD.

If you're running Lion then the iPhoto version at the App Store will not work for you as it only runs on Mavericks. What version did you have before this happened?
What system came preinstalled on your MBP? If it was Snow Leopard or earlier then you should have disks that came with your MBP that iPhoto can be installed from. If it was Lion or later then you'll need to contact the App Store personnel via the link in this screenshot,
and see about getting an earlier version of iPhoto, i.e. iPhoto 9.4.3 or earlier.
Or you could upgrade your system to Mavericks for free and then purchase iPhioto 9.5.1 from the App Store.

Itunes won't install because it says i dont have suffient privelleges. how do I solve this?

i had to reinstall itunes after receiving an error message ( windows error 126). at the end of installing a message comes up saying service apple mobile device failed to start. verify that you have suffient privileges to start system services

Deauthorizing won't delete anything, and all your purchased content is safe. You will just have to reauthorize any of the other computers that get deauthorized along with your computers old machine id.
To get your purchased content back on that computer, just use iTunes to redownload it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Of course, music you ripped from CD or got from another source you'll need to copy those files back over.

restore your app from the trash and then properly uninstall.
if that fails, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed

I downloaded but it won't install, keeps asking for a password

I am using Vista and I downloaded firefox. After download complete I clicked on run and a window popped up asking for administrator and password. It also had a button to switch to me and I did both but it won't install. Nothing happens.

You did download Firefox from the official Mozilla site (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html) ?
Did you try to run the Firefox installer as Administrator via the right-click context menu ?
If you keep having problems then you may need to disable your anti-virus software temporarily.

Acrobat XI Pro free trial download problems

I'm trying to download the free trial of Acrobat XI Pro, and have downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant, but when I run it, I get the following message:

The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author.
I currently have Adobe Reader X installed - do I need to uninstall to get this to work?

You might try adding Perian. It can help QT play a with a wide variety of formats.

HP Deskjet 3052A Software downloaded but drivers won't install (windows 7 home premium 64 bit)

I am trying to re install my Deskjet 3052a. I have uninstalled the software and upon trying to reinstall I get a message that says cannot install drivers. I have used the HP Print and Scan Doctor with no success. I was sent a troubleshoot file by HP-- didn't work. I have disabled start up apps, I have disabled firewalls, and antivirus... still NO solution!
This is the error message I get.
