Hi SAP Gurus,
Need your assistance in downloading an Support Package (SP).
When I'm accessing the SP STACK DOWNLOAD, the internet browser that opened in a new separate windows has an error message " Not visible for the logged on user "Not visible for the logged on user ". I already tried using different login, different Internet connection and deleted the cache/cookies of my browser, but still same message appeared.

According to our Consultant, SAP had made changes in SAP MARKETPLACE, that's why we cannot download the packages.
What I did was just search the SPs. DOWNLOADS -> SAP SUPPORT PACKAGES -. SEARCH FOR SUPPORT PACKAGES AND PATCH or thru MY COMPANY'S APPLICATION COMPONENTS.

Download Stack from SAP Marketplace to my ECC 6.0 (abap+java)

Hi gurus
I have a doubt about the process of support package (stack) download. I don´t want downloading from maintenance optimizer, I´m doing this process directly from Sap Marketplace, in first step (1 of 3) I have to select the target stack (which is the stack level that I intend to make an update) and the source target (which is the actually stack level of my system)... Ok I choose them with no problem, the situation and my doubt is below that where I have a check list of "Usage Selection" (image). How can I know which one I must choose for my system... I don´t understand what is that, for instance "Strategic Enterprise Mgmt" ; E-"Recruting" or "EP Core"!!!... etc...
So how can I know which of these components I need to check to downloading for my system, how can I know that?

If it is a restricted shipment you will have problems downloading this business package.
Instead you can download this from the Marketplace.
You can give
Business Package for mySAP CRM - Business Productivity Pack 60.1
in the search option of Service Market Place

Problems Downloading: Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise-Package

I am a Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Administrator. I have gone through the steps of logging in, inputting our serial number, selecting the applications for the package and then downloading the package. The problem is that the download stops at 2%. I even left it running overnight and it is still at 2%. I've tried again this morning, deleted the cache and attempted to create a new package, same result stops at 2%. Does any one have a clue on how to fix this problem?
Packager Computer: Clean install from DVD of Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64, UAC disabled, Firewall disabled, no other applications installed other than the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager

Problems Downloading SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial Part 2

Hi,
i have problems downloading the 2nd part. IN SDN the file size is shown as SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial Part 2 (file size exactly: 1,544,175,037 bytes)
but after downloading the file my explorer says, that the file size is 1.545.243.254 Bytes
Which one was the correct size ?
(i've tried a download 3 times and always the file size was the same)

size on disk: 1,43 GB (1.545.244.672 bytes)
thats what my winrar say. Seems ok.

TVSU problem - "An error occurred while downloading package"

During packages retrieval at about 17% TVSU displays message box: "An error occurred while downloading package".
In the Event Viewer I can see error event with id 36871, source Schannel and description:
"Critical error during authentication of SSL client. Internal error code: 10013" (translated by myself from my native language)
TVSU 4.00.0046, T410, Windows 7 Enterprise, x64, SP1, IE9.
Have you got any ideas how to solve this problem?

What is your TVSU version? There was a glitch yesterday and it's fixed. I guess your case may be related to that incident.

If your version is 3.15 / 4.01, please:
Un-install current TVSU, reinstall TVSU version 3.14 (Win XP) or 4.0 (Win 7/Vista) by dowloading from Lenovo Support site,
Otherwise, you can try running driver update again.

Annoying problem when downloading packages

The problem started some time ago. When downloading packages, pacman only downloads a few packages at a time and errors out on the remaining ones with the "Service not available, closing control connection" message. If I try again, it will download the next few packages and error out again. I can repeat this until all packages are downloaded and then install them successfully, but this is certainly annoying. The number of downloaded packages is not always constant, but about the same each time and it seems to differ from mirror to mirror (kernel.org ~8, tu-chemnitz.de ~3).
Unfortunately I cannot say exactly when it started happening, but I guess a few months ago. At first I thought it could be the mirror acting weird, but I don't think this is the case now. Before that, I had no problems at all.
My network works just fine in all other cases, so I doubt the problem is there.

Could not get access to download area on SAP Service Marketplace

Hi All,
When trying to download the SAP Mobile Execution for Motorola software in the download center in the Application and User Management work center, I get the following error message:
"Could not get access to download area on SAP Service Marketplace."
I have also search for this software in the Service Marketplace, but to no avail.
I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of where I can download this software, or ideally the cause and solution to this error message.

Issue might be due to incorrect data in the system i.e., license codes assigned to your contract may be invalid or expired or Contract/ order is blocked due to payment issues.
These information has to be checked in detail.
Please report a incident.

Hi Raghav,
Believe it or not, it is easy to get the access to download but it might not be easy for your company due to legal reasons.
You can request authorization through your SAP account executive (your SAP sales person!). Download of software is part of the SAP license you have with SAP. You probably wil have to talk to your company's SAP contract contact before talking to SAP.
The reason for this is that there are some different legal issues about downloading software in different country (taxing and asset accounting can be different for physical and downloadable software).

Anyone else had problems with SAP Marketplace issued key codes?

Hi! I know this forum can't really help me resolve my key code problem but I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble with their key codes issued by SAP Marketplace since Business Objects switched over to SAP's system?
I purchased 10 concurrent licenses, when I requested my key code through SAP Marketplace the product description said 10 concurrent but when I recevied my code and entered it Crystal Reports Server XI, it told me I only have 1 concurrent license.
I feel like I'm caught in a loop in their support system. I've tried the Business Objects support email and after several emails back and forth, they told me I had go through SAP support. I tried the phone number they gave me and it didn't work. Since then I submitted a support incident through SAP Service Channel, I thought someone was helping me because they requested more information but I haven't heard back from them in a couple of days.
Has anyone else had problems, if so, how did you resolve them?

I had exactly the same problem.
Currently I have BO XI Edge 2 SP3 installed.
After a test upgrade to BO XI Edge 3.0, I applied teh newly issued licence key(5 cals.
Unfortunately only 1 was registered.
It was impossible to logon to the system.
I have lodged a case with BOSAPASIA. Below is theyr reply!!!!

For downloading the material you have to first register for the course, then only your id will have the access to see the materials. And for registering for the course you have to pay .
