Problem with login on creative cloud app for windows.

Hi everyone.
Since yesterday I am having problems logging in at Creative Cloud on my windows desktop. I insert the user + password and after a few seconds i receive a message that I just logged off, without event logging in first.
Here is a screenshot.
Translating from portuguese, it says:
"you logged off"
"Login to continue"
In other words: I am unable to login, and I receive this weird messe like i had just logged off.
Please help.

  • The Creative Cloud App for desktop can't be installed on my Macbook pro

    I've have bought the Photoshop + Lightroom applications via the creative cloud. I can download the installion file for Crative Cloud app for desktop and I can start the installation process but it is interrupted halfway through with a message saying "The following problem have encountered: Creative Cloud for desktop could not be installed". There are no hints for any solution. I've tried to use Opera instead of Safari but the same thing happens. Is there anyone that knows what the solution for this problem is? Sincerely Lars

  • I am trying to install Creative Cloud app for Desktop and it's shutting down

    Trying to install the  Creative Cloud app for Desktop but every time I try the Adobe Application Manager shuts itself every time.  I have OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
    If it is automatically installed, where do I find it? I don’t think it has installed because the Application Manager shuts itself so fast every time.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I went into Applications> Utilities but there is no Adobe Installers folder or icon there for me to do anything with. I went back to my Adobe account front page and tried to download Illustrator again seeing as it hasn’t installed but when Application Manager tries to open (the little spinning icon) it spins about 3 times before I get a pop up saying that Adobe Application Manager has failed to open. This happens every time I attempt to download Illustrator. Any other options for what might be the issue?

    Jeg har problemer med at afinstallere creative cloud og apps på mac.
    Jeg har forsøgt at bruge afinstallere via adobe uninstall etc. Men jeg får besked om, at der er slettet noget fra Adobe på min computer.
    For nylig har jeg tømt min papirkurv, så jeg har ikke mulighed for at gendanne disse Adobefiler (mindes nu heller ikke at have slettet dem).
    Jeg har i stedet forsøgt at downloade cc på ny, men det kan jeg ikke, fordi jeg allerede har en version af cc - den version jeg IKKE kan afinstallere.
    Jeg har forsøgt stort set alt. 
    Håber der er en IT-haj som kan hjælpe mig!!

    I would suggest to run the Adobe Clean tool to remove the software. Then download the updated CC app manager and reinstall the software

  • Why is my creative cloud app on windows 8.1 blank, no menu items.

    I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop running windows 8.1 When I run the creative cloud app, all I get is a blank window, with no menu items. How can I fix this?

    Quit Creative Cloud application .
    End Adobe related tasks like Creative Cloud , CoreSync, AAMUpdater...etc from Task Manager.
    1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
      2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
    ~/library
    3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm file.
    Once you had deleted opm.db file.
    Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily .
    Then launch Creative Cloud app and check.

    So i have this in my adobe app.
    What i tried:
    1) stop process of Adobe Creative Cloud in task manager
    2) reboot
    3) change networks to different one , including to internet from mobile phone
    4) install-reinstall
    5) delete C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming adobe folder
    6) delete C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder
    7) stop every adobe process , delete everything , reboot, install Creative Cloud
    Nothing of those helped me, this is a bit* unacceptable.
    Can anyone help me? or is there a way to install app in a good old way? with installer? i dont need your special non working app, thank you.

    ok i fixed it somehow, i think i installed Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager
    and a lot more stuff, then CC app just broke... then when i was totally frustrated it started itself for no reason and vuala, half of the weekend wasted , woohoo, thanks adobe!

    HI - I notice that Adobe have released an Adobe Creative Cloud (preview) app for Android. This is very welcome as it would allow me to share files across Windows desktop, Android tablet and, if necessary, iPad.
    But it says it isn't compatible with my Hudl2 - why?
    Could it be because my tablet is wifi only? (I hope not.)

It seems like I logged out about a week ago and when I tried to log in again just now I didn't succed as the program said I have logged out of the system.     Hi, I have recently subscribed Adobe Creative Cloud (for student and teachers). All the programs are working fine since then but there is a problem. I cannot update any of these applications. I have my internet connection 24/7, and my pc meets all the specs. While updating it always brings up the message: : "The update server is not responding. The server might be offline temporarily, or the Internet or firewall settings may be incorrect." Any solution to this problem would be appreciated as soon as possible.
