Problem with one song not matching (Led Zeppelin)

I own all the Led Zeppelin studio albums, which are all available in the iTunes store. Every song on these albums was matched, except Tangerine on the Led Zeppelin III album. Anyone else have this happen? It's just strange that it would happen with one song. I've seen a lot of people mention She Came In Through the Bathroom Window on the Beatles' Abbey Road album, and that one happened for me too. I don't get it! This is just strange.

The song that won't sync is probably unchecked. You can check/uncheck all displayed songs using ctrl-click on a checkbox, or if you want to find it then you can use some smart playlists. Create a smart playlist with the rule *Playlist is Music* and the option *Match only checked tracks* and call this playlist Checked. Now create a smart playlist matching all the rules *Playlist is Music* and *Playlist is not Checked* (if necessary clear the option to match checked tracks) and call this playlist Unchecked. All unchecked tracks will be here.
If that doesn't solve things then the other possibility that comes to mind is that you've created two library entries for the same physical file. In this case only one file is placed on the device during syncing. One way to narrow down the search for these entries is to hold down the shift key and then select *File... Display Exact Duplicates*. iTunes will display files with matching details, one pair of which could be the culprit. For each pair examine the Get Info. Summary tab to see if both have the same location. If so, delete one entry while not letting iTunes delete the underlying file so the other can remain connected.

Having problems with one computer not "seeing" the Airport base station.

I have an Airport router hooked up to the internet via Cable. I have a laptop and G4 desktop talking to the the Airport Base Station via their respective Airport cards. This allows me to get to the internet with both of my computers. This system has worked just fine for several years, but recently my desktop computer has started to be unable to connect to my Airport Base Station. At first it was intermittent, but now it has stopped completely. The laptop continues to be able to get to the internet via my Airport base station.
The desktop is running OS 10.3.9 and the airport card in the desktop passes the hardware test that came with the laptop. But it can no longer see the signal from the ABS.
What might my problem be?

choose. My airport card does not see a signal, but
the airport card checks out ok in the hardware test.

Problem with authorised songs not accepting

I am trying to upgrade my software on the iphone and it says:
This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPhone "iPhone". Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?
I hit authorize, and I get this dialogue box:
This computer is already authorized. Including this one, you have authorized one computer out ofyour available 5.
I hit ok, or Authorize:
Then I get this crap;

Click Ok, then

*** is wrong here? it's an endless fraking loop and I want to smash this phone with a sledge hammer.
Can anyone shed some light as to why it's stuck in this annoying loop and how to move forward???

Problem with image snapshot not matching with original video

I was filming a fairly long clip. There was a mistake in it where the door was closed somewhere in the middle of the clip when it's suppose to be open. So I took a snapshot of the door when it was open somewhere in the beginning of the clip and opened it in Paint. I cut out the closed door(with a bit of the wall around it and saved it as jpg image.
When I inserted the image onto the clip the wall colour doesn't match. The image is slightly darker.
How can this be when the snapshot is from the same clip? Shouldn't the colours be exactly the same? I've attached photos.

Put your video on track 1, add the open door still on track2. Add the linear wipe effect found in Video Effects-Transitions to the still. While you at it add the luma corrector effect as well found in Video Effects- Colour Correction. Turn off the eyeball on your video track 1, this will let you see more clearly the adjustments you are about to make. On the still track open up effects control, you should see the linear wipe adjustments. Move the transition complete to about 50% You should now see just half of your still. Play around with the wipe angle and feather, you should now see what this effect does. Turn on the eyeball on the video track and adjust the linear wipe on the still until you get the picture want. As Ann says you might need to adjust the gamma (or other brightness controls) of the still to get it to match, use the added luma corrector effect for this.

Problems with playing songs in iTunes

as the subject says. I have som problems with playing songs. not everyone just a some..
If we take for example that a song is 8min. then at 1.40 it just stops and goes to the next one. I can jump over it with pressing in the middle for example. it plays. as normal. UNTIL. 3 mins. then the same problems appear. I don't really understand how. just between 1.40-1.50 iTunes thinks that the song is finished. I know my english isn't so good but cuz there is no swedish support. I have to write here. any answers would be good

I'm having a similar problem.
Every now and then, a track from a ripped CD or from iTunes or from eMusic will "look" OK in iTunes (or on my iPod), but when the track plays, it gets partially through and it jumps to the next track in the playlist.
For example, if playback of track 1 pauses and jumps to track 2 at 1:30 into playback of track 1, & I click on 1:31 or later in track 1, the rest of track 1 will play fine. But if the playback of track 1 starts at the before the "skip point," the track will stop & iTunes (or iPod) goes on to the next track in the playlist. If I locate the file (on my external drive) and play it in the finder, there's always buzzing sound at the point where the iTunes jumps to the next track.
For ripped CD's this is not a huge deal, I just re-rip & usually all is well. With eMusic, I can download again, but with iTunes, I have to file a complaint & so far they've just credited my account, which is OK, but time consuming.
At first I thought the problem was with my optical drive, but then the problem started happening with downloads from iTunes and eMusic as well. NONE of these shenanigans happened before I upgraded to iTunes 7.6, so I'm wondering if that's where the problem is. One thing's for sure: I'm not going to "jump" at the next upgrade of iTunes!
I'm totally stumped & bummed. iTunes used to be a really good friend, now I find myself wondering if I should bother with putting my entire CD collection on iTunes if it's no longer as reliable as it used to be.

Not sure if this is a fix, but I tried sending myself a test email from only the Bcc field, and lo and behold it now shows the Bcc field in all sent item previews;
...maybe leaving the 'To' field blank on purpose forced Mail to show it.
Rebooted the Mail program, still there - rebooted the machine, still there. Hope this is still relevant and it works for you too - J.

Try Deauthorize your account and then Authorize the account to see if any changes occur. Also there may a resolution in the second article that can be helpful as well.

Problems with some songs in iTunes (and my iPod)

I do not know whether this is the right category for my problem, but I did not find a suitable one.
I have problems with some songs in iTunes. They do not sound right. It is hard to me to describe my problem in English (thanks to apple's "great" support...I was not able to contact them personally except by phone). The songs "hang", they sound like someone reels (?) it. The problem does not only appear with iTunes but also with my iPod nano first generation.
My godmother brang me CDs where that problems appear (but not the whole CDs have that problem, only a few songs) from the USA - I live in Germany. Maybe that is cause of the error. But I cannot imagine that, because CDs there and here have the same format and I have several CDs from the US where is no problem at all. I am absolutely sure that the CDs are originals and not a copy, by the way.
Maybe you can help me, it would be great!

Yes, I thought that's what Restore should do, but the problems remain. Hmmm, the out of order 'album's' songlist is notated 1 of 8, 2 of 8, 3 of 8... I'll try 01, 02...
Probably a good idea.
The other album is running through the list of songs like fast-forward, but not playing the songs. Then, iPod locks up.
Do these same tracks play okay in iTunes? What is the original source for these tracks? Were they downloads from the iTunes Store or imported from outside of iTunes? What format are they encoded in and at what bitrate?

Problems with transformation; infoobject not updated in DSO.

Hi all,
We are having some problems with one of our transformations between PSA and DSO.
Suddenly some of the fields are not filled in the DSO. The mapping for field Sales order number worked fine, and then I added an infoObject in the DSO to hold the info for Sales order item. I also replaced the infoobject that was supposed to hold the sales order number. After this, none of the two fields has any data in DSO. I checked the PSA, and the data is available here. I tested the rule in Rule details and for sales order number it gives the correct result, but for sales order item it gives a runtime error; assertion failed. I checked on SAP Notes, and found 929934. But the corrections are already added in our system.
Has anyone got any ideas on what to do?

Hi,
There are a number of problems in Transformation when either a source field or target field is changed.
This can lead to inconsistent transformation.
You can raise a message to SAP or best thing is if possible delete the Transformation and create a new one.

Hotmail advised me to delete all contacts and change the password for that account, which I did on my laptop running windows XP. The change was successful and I was able to send and receive emails with no problem. I then had to change the account password on my iPhone 4s, which I did and it too was successful but when I came to change the password on my iMac, running the latest version of Lion it would not recognise the new password. I have tried to remove the account details and re-install but every time I go to add new account my old details are in the box. This is very frustrating as I use my iMac for all my profects and I need to access my email. Please help.

I had already deleted all reference to the hotmail account in question from the keychain access app, I have also tried to delete and re-instal the account details from within mail. The icon in the side bar dissapears but when I go to Add Account, the old account details are in the new account box. I then input my new password but am told that the server does not recognise it. If I access hotmail via google on the iMac I can get into my account with no problems. I am thinking there must be some other form of security system within the mac software that is blocking the new password. This is driving me nuts. I have been trying to resolve this for the last two days. Thank you for your advise anyway.

Problem with file descriptors not released by JMF

I have a problem with file descriptors not released by JMF. My application opens a video file, creates a DataSource and a DataProcessor and the video frames generated are transmitted using the RTP protocol. Once video transmission ends up, if we stop and close the DataProcessor associated to the DataSource, the file descriptor identifying the video file is not released (checkable through /proc/pid/fd). If we repeat this processing once and again, the process reaches the maximum number of file descriptors allowed by the operating system.
The same problem has been reproduced with JMF-2.1.1e-Linux in several environments:

Its a bug on H263, if you test it without h263 track or with other video codec, the release will be ok.
You can try to use a not-Sun h263 codec like the one from fobs or jffmpeg projects.

Codec problem with one gateway

I am having a very strange problem with one of my gateways. No matter how I set up my regions and device pools I continue to have all calls go through this gateway as G729. This would be fine except that I can't do conference calls because of codec mismatches.
The gateway is a PRI running H323. CM 3.2.2(c) Gateway is a 3640 running 12.2.11(t)
All regions are currently set to G711.
I read something about a command under voice-port that sets the default codec. What I don't understand is, if this is what is causing it to go to G729, why is this the only gateway that ignores the regions.
Any help would be appreciated.

Cisco VoIP gateways support the codec negotiation feature. This feature provides the ability for a Cisco VoIP gateway to connect to other VoIP devices without necessarily knowing which codec is used for a call-setup. Also, this feature allows Cisco VoIP gateways to dynamically adjust to changes on remote devices. As long as the codec used by the remote VoIP device matches the capabilities-list of the Cisco VoIP gateway, the VoIP call is completed.

Yes, get a 4TB max HD, 6TB drives are both new and have known issues, ...in fact so do most all 4TB drives.

It is a common premise that people are overjoyed at the dropping prices per terabyte on external hard drives, and the first thing that enters most peoples minds is "great, I can put all my stuff on one drive,... all of it!" However considerations need to be made in creating a giant single choke point for not mere data loss, but seriously large data loss. If there is at the very least yet another redundant copy, this is fine, otherwise do not consider it whatsoever. Some 3TB and 4TB drives of all mfg. have, at the time of this writing, reliability concerns currently and best recommendation is staying at 2TB drives or less.

Hello,
I'm not sure what the FK_ECOMM_SCH_DET constraint refers to, but I assume it is to the only OneToOne reference defined. Based on the mappings shown, you have told TopLink that ECommSchema has a 1:1 to ECommSchemaDet, so that ECommSchemaDet has to be inserted first. My guess is your constraint is the oposite, requiring that ECommSchema be inserted before ECommSchemaDet. If so, just change the by directional 1:1 so that ECommSchema->ECommSchemaDet is mapped by the ECommSchemaDet->ECommSchema relationship (ie switch things).
