Problem with phone layout when I insert the Accordion widget ( since iOS8 )
Hello,
The problem appears after I insert the Accordion widget. The phone scales down the entire site, and there are no "lost" or hidden objects in the project. ( screenshot attached ) . This layout worked well before the second October Muse update.
I have tried a totally new basic website and had the same problem. The accordion takes the screen width. I have tried to make it smaller then the phone layout, but it remains small.

Problems with PSE 10 when saving for the web.
I'm having problems saving for web with PSE 10. I edit in RAW, edit in PSE 10, save as Jpeg, resize and save for the web. Results are muddled and not sharp (looks cartoonish). Also, there is no metadata when you look at the image properties. I uninstalled the program and installed again. No change.
Are you resizing the photo before save for web?
What settings are you using in the save for web dialog for the jpeg quality?
If you compress the jpeg too much (low quality settings below 60), that can make your photos look bad.
And save for the web in pse 10 automatically strips any metadata in order to keep the file sizes smaller.
Also, the save for web in pse 10 has a bad habit of not remembering your last used settings, so it's good to verify that your actually set to jpeg instead of the default GIF setting.

While I am inserting any hebrew charecters in database table all are getting converted into ??????
for this Do I need to use any specific datatype?

What it is showing in PI Target structure(Moni),it is showing valid format,if yes then speak with your data base team they may change data base settings to support your Hebrew characters.

Problem with single quote when exporting insert statement

I'm using Oracle SQL Developer 2.1.1.64 on Ubuntu 10.04. I got some records which has single quote in it.
For example,
Let says Table '*TABLE_A*' has varchar2 column called '*COL_A*'.
And there is only one record in the table and the value is:
his friend's dog name is dog.
When I export that table data to insert statement, i got this:
Insert into TABLE_A (COL_A) VALUES ('his friend's dog name is dog.');
As you can see friend's is wrong, it should be friend''s instead. (note the double single quotes).
Anyone knows how to fix this please?Yes - that's a bug. But probably not what you're expecting.
Mind you really can't use "normal" SQL on LOBs, because they're just too big to fit in the statements.
You should export and import them through e.g. the DBMS_LOB package.
I do remember some request on the SQL Developer Exchange to automate this, so go vote there to add weight for future implementation.
So the bug is that the column's fields should all yield NULL inside the INSERTs.

certainly strange. Some questions to help with the diagnostics;
Which TrackPoint cap you you have on your keyboard, soft domed, soft rim or classic domed (the hairy one)?
Can you try disabling the TrackPoint to see the problem goes away?
Anything else laid on top of the system or between screen and keyboard like a thin cloth or something?

i have an activation problem with my iphone 3gs. i updated the software to io6 using itunes but now the phone will not complete activation because it keeps saydin the activation server is not available and to re try later. ive been trying for 6 hours but it still wont activate. if i try using itunes then it sayd no sim inserted when there is one inserted, what can i do?
You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money.. -
My iphone 3gs says I need to restore my phone with itunes. when i connect the phone it says i need to unlock the phone which i cannont due because of the caution on the phone. How do i fix this?
Hold down the power button and home button at the same time until the phone powers on, shuts back off, powers on again and continue to hold it until it shows the itunes logo to plug in to itunes. This should allow you to restore without unlocking it.

Well, you managed to find this support forum didn't you and you have an internet connection don't you? Then if you have all these things, go and find the number by going to the Verizon website and it should not be hard to find the number.
As for speaking English, this is not really our problem and it is surely something that you should have thought about before buying the phone in the first place.
You also need to know that Verizon in the US is a cdma operator and if you purchased an iPhone 4s, then it should not be locked. The Verizon 4s comes with a sim card tray that should be unlocked out of the box for use internatinoally on gsm networks, so all you should need to do is open the sim card tray and insert a sim card and you should pick up the local gsm network.
A cdma phone does not actually use a sim card, so there would be no original sim card with the phone because when it is used in the US it will pick up the Verizon cdma network without a sim card. The sim card is only for use on a gsm network which will not work in the US, but is designed to work outside the US. Open the sim card tray and insert your own local sim card and the phone should work and should not be locked.
Other than this, if you purchased the phone in the first place, it is the responsibility of the previous owner to cancel the Verizon contract. This is nothing to do with you, so contact the seller and ask them.
Other wise, go to the Verizon website and look up the number and call them. As they are the phone company, ultimately, they are the only ones who can help you. -
I downloaded the ios 6 on my iphone. I'm having problems with applications. When I open any application, in seconds then closes and returns to the home screen. What could be happening?
Did you change any AppleID accounts or anything? I've seen this happen when changing accounts or certain restore situations.
If you are using iCloud you should be able to reset your phone to Factory Defaults and restore from iCloud, but it always makes me nervous. -
Dear all, I have a problem with charging. When i intend to charge my phone while its on, it does not charge. However, If i were to switch it off and put for charge, it charges. How do i fix this?Help.
First, update iTunes, then connect the phone to the computer and do a restore. This will also get your iOS up to date. Your phone should operate correctly after doing this, if not, you will most likely need to have the phone serviced or replaced.

Problem with internet. When i open System preferences, Network, message drops down: 'your network settings have been changed by another application'. I click OK, but it dropps the message again and again, preventing me to do anything about the setting.
A Fix for "Your network preferences have been changed by another application" Error
In the Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ folder delete the following:
com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
NetworkInterfaces.plist
preferences.plist
com.apple.nat.plist
You will have to re-configure all your network settings since deleting.

Use Software Update to update your OS to last version of Tiger. Install all the other updates that goes along w/it. -
I have a problem with my iPhone 5 stopped working the sleep / power and simultaneously refused to obey the HOME button. I can not use either one or the other. I can not enable or disable the device, display lights up when you plug the charger. same display works fine as it is surprising. or maybe someone knows what is the reason for this? is there any way to solve this problem?
More than likely its a hardware issue, I have never encountered such a problem and best bet is to just go get it replaced. If you have insurance on your device apple will replace it as long as there was no water damage, if you dont have insurance they will charge $200 more or less. Hope you get it fixed
