Problem with SQLite in Universal App (Windows Phone part)

Hello,
I am using Universal Apps project because I want to move myself from Silverlight.
In Silverlight type of Windows Phone project, it is very easy to work with SQLite either on 8.0 or 8.1.
But I can't find a way to work with SQLite in Universal project. There is no IsolatedStorage to check if database exist, and if it does not exist, Application will put it in the IsolatedStorage.
I always get message "No such table: kategorije" where "kategorije" is the name of one table in my database.
I guess that Application can't find the database.
Is there any tutorial (I have tried to find it) on how to use SQLite in Universal Apps with custom written querys?

i have a problem with tv@anywhere plus on windows 8. i can setup the pvr plus app completely but when i open that and click on "watch and record dtv program" icon, i will see an error that says: "invalid class string!"
i think this problem should be for its driver because i'm using windows 8 64bit and the driver is for windows 7, i couldn't find an appropriate driver for windows 8 on MSI driver downloads, as matter of fact it didn't exist.
so what should i do for my problem?

I'm afraid TV@nywhere Plus is a bit outdated for Win8. There is no update so far since 2010. Could be MSI won't add Win8 support if it would be anyway possible.

Check Settings/iTunes and AppStore/AppleID and make sure that your AppleID is filled in. If not , sign out and sign in with the correct info.
To make sure that no other apps or videos are on your device than the one you bought, set it up as new device, explained here: How to back up your data and set up as a new device
Content that is not bought with your ID can't be used on your phone, that's why his ID and password is asked when you try to use those apps downloaded in the store.

I recently just downloaded the 'Waze' app as a backup for my Garmin. I've read a few reviews that seem to rant and rave about how good the GPS app is. It is community driven and maps are constantly being updated by users. Plus it has a few other fun stuff in it (something similar to Gasbuddy where you can owe prices on the map). But like the person above me said, there is lots of useful free GPS apps in the App Store.
Oh and I may be wrong but I remember reading an article about Google being slower about updating its maps system--ie no turn by turn voice, which many people have had complaints about.

Do you add these characters "ò è à" in the SampleData.json file? If so as far as I known the SampleData.json is initially a simple ASCII text file, so if we want to use these special characters, we need to do something with the encoding,

How do you add Silverlight to an exiating "Blank App (WIndows Phone)" project?

I created a new Windows Phone project in VS, and I specified a template of "Blank App (Windows Phone)".
I then added the following to App.xaml.cs:
using System.IO.IsolatedStorage;
I get an error with the squiggly red line underneath "IsolatedStorage" that says:
The type or namespace named 'IsolatedStorage' does not exist in the namespace 'System.IO' (Are you missing an assembly reference?)
If I create the project using the "Blank App (Windows Phone Silverlight)" then I do not get the error.
This makes sense, as IsolatedSTorage is a Silverlight function.
What I would like to know is how to "add" Silverlight to the first project so that the IsolatedStorage reference is valid.
I assume I need to add a reference?

You cannot. You can write a Windows Phone app as either a Silverlight app or a Runtime app, but you cannot add Silverlight to a Runtime app.
To access app data in a Runtime app (and in a modern Silverlight apps: IsolatedStorage is a legacy API) you can use the Application Data and StorageFile API. See

I'm going to guess videos buffer for a while also...
Two possibilities, one is you should close apps on the iPad, the other is your internet speed is not able to handle the demands of a high speed device.
To close apps: Double click home button, swipe up to close the apps.
To solve internet problem, contact your provider. Basic internet is not enough for video games and movies. Your router may be old and slow.

Personally, I would never use a debit card online, for security reasons. If your card gets hacked its your money that is stolen. At least with a credit card it is the card providers money that is stolen.
Anyway, I would delete the app and re-install. If you paid for the app in the first place you will be able to re-install free of charge. Also, the app should allow the in-app purchase to happen again as it should recognise that you have already purchased it previously.
Finally, it might be that the 3G doesnt have as much ram as more recent models of iphone and you may have applications running in the background that are preventing the app to function with the in-app purchase unless you shut down any apps eating all you memory that are running in the background. Shut-down these apps (and the simpson tap out app) by exiting to your home screen and double-tapping the home button to show what apps are running in the background. press and hold any of the open apps until it starts shaking. close all the apps down. exit then re-launch the app.

Every time that I tried to open it, in diagnostic and use create some files, in special one named LatestCrash-WifiSurvey.plist, this one generate an incident identifier E73B0164-CDFA-4E9E-839E-A0C021BD17A2, but this incident identifier change every time that I tried to open, the last incident identifier is: DE600EB3-AB57-4C33-8DE8-71F6788A7441.
After of it, I checked that the app had a new version available for downloading, I took a backup of my ipad and then upgrade this app, but is the same problem, all I want is to save the projects I had in this app, I´m afraid that if I delete this app and re-install it, probably I loss my projects.
Thanks for your help indicating how I can save my projects and see them for example in an iphone for assurance that data is not lost.
Something that called my attention is part of the log that shows a big CPU processing, but the strange thing is I killed all applications.

It sounds as this issue:
Open System Preferences and go to Accessibility. Next, select Display from the source list along the left, then check the box labelled Reduce transparency.
