Problem With the BI reports iviews in EHP 1.0 for Maintenance

Hi All,
We are using EHP1.0. In the portal for BI report i have to make visible/Invisible the BI report iview According to user.
Is it possible to remove all the active queries except the ones relating to notifications from the maintenance Tasks Iview? Could you provide a step by step please?
In the Reports section and the Service Map section, there are many BI reports but the customer does not have BI.
1) How to hide these reports Iview by changing the launchpad ?
2) is it possible to do this globally so all users do not see these?
Kindly help me with your valuble suggestion or document related to that issue.

Why this behaviour. Why the "Classpath" entry should
not be the last line in the manifest file.
That is a question for the people at Sun. The behaviour is not specific to Class-Path. The last line of the Manifest is not read unless it ends with a newline.

Fabiano, here is what I understand of the issue:
1) You are using CR XI (I am not sure if release 1 or release 2)
2) you are using .NET 2005
3) you are trying to change the server name, but the report keeps giving you data from the original server
Please answer the following:
1) Are you using CR XI release 1 or release 2?
2) Can you change to the new server, using the Crystal Reports Designer?
3) Can you duplicate the issue on your development computer?
4) What Crystal Reports service pack are you on?
5) Are you connecting to the database using OLE DB?

Problems with the "my tasks" iView

we use the EP 6 SP 09.
I have problems with the "my tasks" iView (com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.ui.uwl). The first problem is, that the user get no e-mail if anybody give him a task (Options: Notification = Notify on Updates, Completion ...). The next problem I have is, if a user (without admin rights) click on the button "Personalize" he get an empty window. But a user with admin rights get the window with the "Personalize" view.
Can anybody help me? Where are the possibility to customizing?

hi,
The personalization tray is only visible if the iView tray is visible.So make sure that iView tray is visible.

Windows 64Bit Itunes Error : "THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS INSTALLER PACKAGE. A PROGRAM REQUIRED FOR THIS INSTALL TO COMPLETE COULD NOT BE RUN CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSONNEL OR PACKAGE VENDOR."

I have a brand new HP laptop windows 64bit that is having issues installing Itunes 10.6.3. Whenever attempting to install, I get the error message : "THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS INSTALLER PACKAGE. A PROGRAM REQUIRED FOR THIS INSTALL TO COMPLETE COULD NOT BE RUN CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSONNEL OR PACKAGE VENDOR." I thought this was an issue with the new version, and attempted to retrieve/install older versions of Itunes and same issue occurs. I have tried other forums and resolution tips from : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3551 and nothing still. It appears that apple installs bonjour and nothing else. I have tried extracting the itunes package and installing the executables seperately, but everytime the error stil arises. I cannot repair the apple software update as it cannot install from the error mentioned above. Looking through the logs, it shows error : 1721, problem with windows installer package.Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try?

I have tried to install several programs so i could install it but every installation will not finish and rolls back and says no changes were made to my computer so i can't install the update. How to fix a problem with the order of strings in a JSON response for a CFHTTP request?

Good morning, guys! (It's 10:50 a.m. in Brazil)
First of all, I'm still new at CF and my questions may seem too much silly and my English's not the best, so, please be patient with me. hehe
Well, I'm accessing a link via CFHTTP that gives me a JSON response. I'm not familiar with JSON yet, so I'm working it as a string and using string functions (Find,RemoveChars,Replace,etc), but it happens to me that I'm receiving a certain kind of order of the strings list from the JSON when I access it directly from the browser and other kind of order totally different when I access it from the CFHTTP.
I only figured it out because I was working at home with my code and there everything went just fine as expected. Then I brought to my job to develop a little bit more as soon as I get a free time and here my code doesn't work anymore. When I took a look at the JSON by a CFOUTPUT, I realized the strings were in a different order.
Does anyone know why is it happening?

When you deserialize JSON data, ColdFusion converts it into native structures and arrays (roughly equivalent to JavaScript objects and arrays). In ColdFusion, structures are unordered (that is, they don't maintain keys in any particular ordered sequence).
This really shouldn't be a problem though, at least not if you just want to work with the data contained in the deserialized JSON structure. So DadosJSON should be a native ColdFusion structure, and you can interact with it like any other structure in ColdFusion. In fact, you should not have to re-serialize it at all unless you need to send it to an external application using JSON.
Why are you reserializing the data? And why use serialize() instead of serializeJSON()?

Problems with the latest Windows 7 Conexant HD Audio Drivers For WIndows 7

Hi,
I have a Toshiba Satellite P305-S8997E with the Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 211 speakers. I have recently upgraded with the Windows 7 32/64-bit audio drivers posted within the last week in the Drivers section, and have had a few problems with them. Namely that whenever I listen to music (and etc), the volume is fairly low, and even when the speaker AND media player (Foobar, FYI) volumes are cranked, they flucuate, and eventually end up being much lower than they should. Is there any fix to this? I recently downgraded to the last Vista 64-bit drivers for them and that has ended the volume problem, but it doesn't sound as good as it should to my ears. Any help is appreciated.
Also, this computer is only about two months old, and this problem hasn't surfaced until very lately, so I doubt it's something like the speakers going out or anything.

Windows 7 is still a PRE-RELEASE OS until the OFFICIAL release date of October 22nd. Toshiba and other manufacturers are still working on their drivers and may not have fully functioning drivers until then. My advice is be patient and wait for them to get all of the bugs out.
If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.

Problems with the Resume feature

Hello.
Since I installed Lion I've been having a problem with the Resume feature. I've been searching for a solution, or at least others with the same problem, but in vain.
I've always used the feature, but sometimes it works, other times not so much. As an example: I might have Safari opened with multiple tabs and TextEdit opened with multiple windows too, even Finder with multiple windows opened. I shutdown/restart with Resume checked and when it's login in the first thing I see are all the windows I had from last time, after a few moments the Safari window disappears (but the application is still opened), or the TextEdit windows disappear, or even Finder or other application I might had open before. It seems to be a little random in terms of what applications "lose" their windows at login, sometimes all, a few, or none.
Is anyone having the same problem? Is it a bug or a problem with the installation?

are some of these apps on fullscreen mode? they will disappear after opening, since they can't all be visible at the same time.
and do you use spaces? similar story, if the app in question is in a space other than finder.

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

Just in case, let's try a standalone AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi install.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe, and select "Extract to iTunesSetup". WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup".
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi to do a standalone ASU install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If not, what error message do you get? (Precise text, please.)

It's more like your computer can't get it running.
What have you tried to do to troubleshoot the problem? By the way, it might be more helpful to post this in the iTunes forum since it's related to the iTunes application as this forum is for the iPod Classic.

Is there a problem with the Itunes Windows Installer Programme?

The reason I ask is because I had a perfectly working Itunes programme on my external hard drive, from which I then deleted all the double ups of songs I had and then could not gain auto. updates of the dsongs I wished to add to itunes.
It said to reinstall Itunes, which I tried to do and since this time the installation stops when installing the registry components and the following message appears -
There is a problem with the Windows Installer Package. A programme required for this to install could not be run. Comntact your support personall or package provider.
Can anyone help please?

This message often relates to a problem with Apple software update.
Go to Add remove programs and find Apple Software update. Try repairing it.
Select Change>>repair.
That probably will not work
Then try uninstalling any instance you find of Apple Software update. That probably will not work either.
Download and install Microsoft Installer cleanup utility, there are instructions on the page as well as the download. Note that what you download is the installer not the program – you have to run it to install the program.

To run the program – All Programs>>Windows Install Cleanup
Remove any instance you find of Apple software update with the cleanup utility.
Download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer and save it on your desktop.
