Problem with uninstalling apps!

Help! I am having the most annoying issue with my phone. Last night I decided to delete a few apps I downloaded that I don't use anymore. Well I uninstalled them with no problem and they showed up in my app store as programs not installed. A while later I turned my phone off. When I turned my phone back on...all the apps showed up again. So I went in a deleted them. And then when I turned my phone off and back on they showed up again. I did it a few times and it was always the same thing. But now they don't show up in my app store at all. They only show up in my application settings on my phone. How do I fix this issue? Anyone else have the same issue??

I agree with Wildman (thanks for option provided!), the issues outlined in your post are strange. Since clearing Market Cache has not resolved issue and your latter post indicates that you have a new SD Memory card, I would recommend trying two things:
1 Format SD Card Please note that this procedure will erase all data on the memory card. It is recommended to back up the data.
2 Factory Reset Keep in mind that performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications.

    I cannot uninstall some of the apps I have installed to my mobile, because they don't seem to appear to my installed applications list. I got like 10 apps what don't appear there. Most of them are installed to my N70's internal memory, so they eat like 5mb of my 22mb internal memory, and I got lack of memory.. Is there any way to make those apps appear to installed applications list and remove them?`I use Fexplorer, it generates INSTAPP.txt and they appear there, but not to my N70's add and remove applications program. Another way could be if there was an app what can install and remove apps, but I haven't found any yet.

    As far as I know there's no 3rd party applications that can do that automatically. There are really some applications that refuse to be uninstall even if seen by the appl mgr. I used y-browser for such but it's really tedious. You have to know each file associated with such applications & delete it manually.

    Problems with n97 apps connecting to network (Vodafone UK – 3G)
    Recently a number of my apps which used to connect automatically to the internet (which ever was available – known wi-fi or 3g) have stopped doing this.  They now only connect to one known wi-fi.
    I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling each app, but this hasn’t solved the problem.  I’ve checked for software updates and do not believe any have been applied or are available.  All apps have been downloaded via Ovi on the phone.  I still am able to access the internet by the web browser which was installed on the phone and via google maps (which also still manages GPS position, search, etc).
    The apps which I notice causing a problem are:
    Sainsbury’s/nectar
    Tesco
    Map my tracks
    Snaptu
    Opera Mini
    Any one got any ideas???

    I have the same problem since i updated my mac to 10.5.6.
    Each time I have to do a diagnostic and retype the WEP password to have the internet connection.

    Contact the app's developer. Apple does not provide support for apps purchased from the iTunes Store except the ones they provide like iWork apps.

  • Problems with Remote App on iOS 4?

    I have a new iPhone 4 and tried to use the Remote App in Connection with Apple TV. While I'am able to pair the remote app with Apple TV, I cannot use it properly. It works for a while, then it get's disconnected with a message that maybe a Firewall might be activated in the Router.
    I have no problems with Remote App connected to my iTunes Library. I also tried it with a iPod Touch which is still on iOS 3.1.3, no problems to connect to the Apple TV from there as well.
    Are there any known problems with iOS 4 and Apple TV?

    May I ask what wifi hardware you use? It might be an wifi issue, but one which is only related with the "Bonjour" protocol which seems to be used for the Remote App. I found this thread which is older (iOS 3) but describing exactly the same problems:

    bear in mind that the iphone4 is now "n" wifi compatible (2.4Ghz), so could it be that the "n" part of your network is poor and thus why you only see the problem on the iphone4 ?
    At least it is not poor when using it from other devices or moving a lot of data in other Apps. It is all Apple Hardware (nothing older than 2 years), and maybe that's the problem. I never had network hardware which made so much trouble, as Apples Airport series. I wouldn't wonder if it is an incompatibility between a new wifi chip in the iPhone 4 and a older Revision of an Airport device. But I don't know how to check - is there a system.log on the iPhone which I can access somehow?

    Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
    Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
    Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
    Release the Buttons...

    You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
    and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

    Have you tried signing out of your iTunes & App Store on your device and then back in again - Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on Apple ID, then on Sign Out. Then sign in again and see if it accepts the password.
    If that doesn't resolve the issue,  try resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the reset is complete, the Slide to Unlock screen will display. See if the problem is resolved.

    Do you have a lot of apps? Did you use a lot of apps recently? If so, many of them may still be resident in memory even if you aren't currently using them. Double-tap the home key and you should see the app tray with a list of most recently used programs. Press and hold the icons in the tray and remove the ones you don't use often to remove them from memory. Powering off and then back on might also help.
    My wife's iPod does that sometimes, and it's usually because we run out of memory due to apps remaining in memory even when not used. The suggestion above is how we normally fix the problems.

    OK, let's try again. Wind is NOT a supported carrier. In order to use tethering, it must be supported and activated by your carrier for the iPhone. This usually involves an additional fee.  You will have to ask your carrier if they can enable it. Odds are, since they are not a supported carrier, they can not. If you want to use tethering, you will most likely have to switch to a supported carrier that offers this feature on the iPhone.

    Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
    Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
    Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
    When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list.  Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button.     Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
    Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    Are you able to connect to a wifi network - tapping the app should pause the download of the app and change it to 'waiting', so you should be able to pause the download until you have access to a wifi network.
