    The warranty is NOT international. You must take it back to the country of origin if it needs repair. The E.U. is considered a single country for warranty purposes.

    First, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting.
    If this does not help, set it up as new device, explained here:
    How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
    If still no luck, get it checked by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or contact Apple Support to get it serviced:

  • Problems with re-grouping - subtotals and pagebreaks do not work

    I'm trying to create a report with all of my grouping in the template as opposed to the data definition. I've copied a simplified version of my code and xml below.
    I'm having two issues:
    1. The pagebreaks are not working. For every change in pagebreak_seg, second_seg, or third_seg there should be a pagebreak.
    2. The subtotalling isn't working. At each grouping level, I'm using sum(current-group()/...) to capture a subtotal at the new level. It worked the first 3 times (for Account_seg, Cat3 and Third_Seg, but stopped working at Second_seg. The second_seg keeps appearing after each Third Seg and has the same values rather than appearing at the end of the final Third Seg that falls within the Second_seg. Is there a limit to how many times I can do this, or have I got an error in here somewhere.
    I can email the xml and the template if that would be more helpful.

    Additional info on the grouping problem:
    I tried removing the third_seg group and the second_seg group started working properly. I then deleted the second_seg group and the pagebreak_seg started working. So as long as I have only one level of grouping below cat3 the output is correct. Unfortunately I need those additional levels, so if anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
    Alternately if someone knows of a sample with mutliple levels of grouping, I would appreciate a link. There was a link on the the BI Blog but it doesn't work any longer.

  • Problem with microphone, Audigy 2, and a Dell (not the same problem as the 8 million other topi

    Hello,?I recently reformatted my hard dri've and had to reinstall drivers for nearly everything, etc. I have a Dell Dimension 4600, and an Audigy 2 sound card. My microphone worked fine before the reformat and then it was broken. Its not that it wasn't picking up my voice (I have read that the typical problem with Dell computers and microphones was that you had to almost scream into the microphone to get it to hear anything). When I tried to record something, it would record what was coming out of my speakers, and not what I was saying (no matter how hard I yelled). So, when I was playing Counterstrike, everybody heard my gun shooting and grenades exploding etc. instead of my voice (which was what was coming out of my headphones). So I downloaded the ISO available here and through some complicated, random process of uninstalling and reinstalling the various sound drivers I found on the internet, I managed to get my microphone to work perfectly. I changed some settings before I went to bed on Sunday night, and when I tried to use my microphone on Monday it didn't work again (and I had the same problem as before).
    So I reformatted again and am trying to figure out what order I installed and uninstalled etc.
    So my question is, has anyone else has this specific problem (when attempting to record it records what comes out of the speakers/headphones and not what is being said into the microphone) and remembers how to fix it's? What I did was really bizarre, something like downloading Dell drivers, installing them, uninstalling them, downloading Creative drivers, installing them, installing Dell drivers on top of them, uninstalling both, downloading the ISO, reinstall the Creative drivers, install the files from the ISO, or something like that. Obviously that includes a lot more steps than are needed and because part 3 of the ISO is currently down (I don't have a CD burner so had to redownload the whole thing (I just used a CD emulator last time)) I can't work on it right now :/

    Actually, it's not a problem but a setting. On surround mixer .rec source setting --> when you set it to What U Hear everything you hear becomes recorded --> for microphone recording set it to microphone (also set "monitoring while recording" on/off).

  • HT201210 Updating my iphone4 from 7.0.3 to 7.0.4 over wifi.......after screen says " connect to iTunes"......after connecting to iTunes PC says "restore"......after restoring PC  says "There is a problem with your iphone please visit Service Answer Centre

    After numerous call with Apple and trying loads of restore, recovery, antivirus off, latest iTunes downloaded....etc etc......now my iphone say "Device Unknown"
    The phone worked perfectly until this update.....no way am I paying for a repair for a fault resultant from a firmware update

    I am having the same issue! I was warned not to upgrade to 7.0.1, but no warnings about 7.0.4. What a disaster! Once I get my iPhone working again, I will NEVER upgrade it again! Thanks, Apple! I am over 100 miles from the nearest Apple Store!

    HI. I get a hiss too. It seems to happen only when the light is on. something about the light power and the phone circuts, I suppose. Also happens anytime the light goes on, right? I shut off the light to prolong battery so it doesn't bother me any. Do you need the light?

    Hi Everyone - recently this message popped up on my PC, when I was trying to import cd's into the iTunes library and then onto my iPod - "iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/video playback may not operate properly." Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it ??     Ok, so when I went in to check the Audio tab of the Sounds and Audio Device Properties, I found the following:-
    * Sound Playback Default Device = No Playback Devices.
    * Sound Recording Default Device = No Playback Devices.
    * MIDI Music Playback Default Device = No MIDI Playback Devices.
    All text in this drop-down box were light grey, and therefore unable to be selected or altered.
    I also tried playing a cd through Windows Media player, to see if I could get sound a different way. When I put the cd in and clicked on Play, the following message appeared, "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your PC, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functoning properly."
    Any ideas ? I had sound previously, but then a work colleague re-built the PC to add more space to the hard drive, and since then, no sound. I know this may now not just be an iTunes issue, but I would appreciate any assistance you can offer.

    In the ipad discussion forums there apparently is a HUGE problem with people not being able to update to ios 4.3.3, it apparently locks up their devices and they are also getting the error "there is a problem with your device".... some are reporting the same problem with their ipod touch as well... it looks like it's a global issue
    The forum is in the ipad section under the title of "There is a problem with your device".
    I have dodged a bullet on this one since i have not updated my ipod's or ipad in the last couple of days.... i will hold off syncing to itunes until this issue is fixed... good luck, and spread the word if you can to get apple to listen

    Has anyone had problems with your iphone working outside of the house, but not inside? Cannot make or receive calls, nor can I send or receive any text messages. This is something that just happened out of nowhere. Can I get some help please?

    Did you used to have service and now suddenly you don't?
    This happened to me a few years back, and several other iPhone users in my neighborhood, and after a while on the phone with AT&T they figured out that a technician had recently adjusted the receiver/sender on the tower and it was slightly off. They sent them back up and I actually had a better signal after than I did before it went out.
    I would call AT&T and explain the issue you are having and see if they can fix it.
    If you never had service there then like wjosten said it's probably just a bad zone.
