Problema clash of clans
ciao ho un problema con clash of clans.Ho caricato 45 euro con le schede,in pratica ho provato a scaricare il primo pacchetto da 5 euro e me la dato, il secondo pure, dopo il secondo mi esce questo errore "non e stato possibile completare il tuo acquisto",pero guardando su app store mi risultano ancora 35 euro cosa posso fare?

Whilst playing Clash of Clans I will continually lose the internet connection. This means that I lose battles, resources, gold etc and lose boost times. I have informed Supercell who blame my internet connection even though the iPhone, laptop and TV all work fine so it is obviously a technical problem with their game and probably something to do with their last updates.
As I have purchased gems I feel that I should be compensated for my loss but they will not accept responsibility nor investigate the technical issue. The loss of connection occurs constantly with the game often freezing during replays or searching for battles. This is obviously not a connection issue.
What suggestions do you have to resolve this situation?Hi.

I have no problems with my internet connection as I run my TV, laptop and iPhone off the same connection with no problems. I believe that since the recent updates to the game this has caused the problem. The game often freezes, cancels out or returns me to the main game screen during battles or replays.
What I want to know is how do I get the game designers or owners to acknowledge my problem as at this time they keep telling me it is my internet that is a problem and not their game. How do they know this when they refuse to investigate. What can I do and who do I go to for support if they won't accept responsibility?
I am very grateful to you for replying but concerned that if this can happen to me then how many other gamers are losing out and paying for something that they are not going to receive.

i dont remember the first apple id that link with my clash of clans apps. the problem now is i need to link my COC village and it keep saying "please log in with correct game center" is there anyway that i can retrieve my old apple id? please help me i dont want to lose my village, i have spent my money on that game to much. hmmm
thanks mate, but the problem is im using different apple id now, and after about 1 year play coc and today i want to link the village , suddenly coc said that
thats mean im playing this village with different apple id and it not saved. and the problem is i dont remember the first apple id and password that i use first time to download this game. hmmm it was so confusing, why coc and game center just make this thing saved with a new game center account. -
Problem with Clash Of Clans [iTunes] Switzerland
Today i was trying to buy Gems in Clash of Clans and then i clicked on it and it says Log In etc. and then i Purchased but i dont get anything. I went to iTunes and see i have 32.80 so i logout and login again and i see 12.80 and i deleted Clash of Clans and Restarted my iPhone and nothing happened.

Were u charged for it? If not, it shouldn't matter. But if it was charged, u can send supercell a bug report. In clash of clans, go to Settings -> Help and Support -> Report an issue -> purchasing issue
It will take u to ur mail and u hv to send an email to supercell giving an account if what happened. If u hv any proof like a screenshot of your credit card bill and that of the pop up box, u can send it in ur mail. As it is a purchasing issue, it should be looked into soon. Hope this helps. -

I bought sack of gems by 19.99 dollar and they take my money without adding gems to my account. After that I received an email from apple about my purchase (it's very normal email after purchase any thing). I tell you this because my purchase was successful but without adding gems to my account?
I email apple support and tells me the will replay within 48 and email clash of clans as well but there is still no response from them?
This is my second day but still no adding gems or even give my money back?

Please I ned you help?How did you contact the support? Use the link below. Did you buy the Gems on the same device as you are using now? This kind of in-app purchase is not transferable and you will not see the gems on a different device.

I typed my credit card details right and still couldnt purchase clash of clan gems
I'm having the same problem with Hay Day. I was able to redeem iTunes cards with no problem, but I'm getting the same error messages when I try to buy diamonds and I'm not able to make any purchases. Unable to get any assistance from apple support until 12/30. I'm hoping somebody can offer a remedy before then!
