I am at wits end regarding after effects download !!!!! Argghhhh !!!!

Having Trouble Downloading After Effects VIA the Cloud.

So I purchased Adobe AFter Effects through the cloud on a month to month basis. I had just finished the free trail and decied I needed to download it.
I then dowloaded the free trail of Creative Cloud just to see how the layout was etc. Then I purchased After Effects on Creative Cloud.
After I recieve my e-mail telling me my purchase had gone through etc etc. I logged in to Creative Cloud and tried to download AE.
The Adobe Apllication Manager window opens and I selected After Effects again but it doesn't do anything? On the left side (where it should say download or try) it says Up To Date.(picture included below).
I checked my computer just to make sure it hadn't downloaded and it's not there. I have a feeling this whole issue has to do with the free trail I was on?
Anyway, it's Saturday and Adobe's phone support is not open and I'll be wasting two whole days of my month to month plan if I can't get it downloaded
Anyone have any ideas as to what I'm diong wrong here, or what I should do to resolve the problem??

Log out of AAM, clean the SLStore folder as expalined here:
Error "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS
Sign back into AAM and then launch the apps to confirm the license agreements and finalize the activation.

i am using a pc windows 7 and i wanted after effect.
i had creative cloud but couldn't find after effects so i uninstalled and installed a newer version .but still i cannot find after effects in creative cloud
pls help...

Your system does not meet the requirements if it doesn't show up. All video apps require a 64bit operating system, suitable processors, enough RAM and sufficient graphics hardware.

JayneMarie I think your computer now has a 32 bit OS and since the CS5 version, Premiere Pro is not meant to work in a 32 bit environment.
Please check your OS details and make sure you have a 64-bit OS installed. If it isn't a 64-bit OS, you will need to reinstall the OS.

Can't Find After Effects on Creative Cloud Installer

Downloaded and set up Creative Cloud Installer, and found photoshop, illustrator, and others, except After Effects.
Anyone who knows how to download After Effects trial ??

Problems downloading free trial of creative cloud

i cannot download the free trial version of creative cliud on my imac. each time i try i get an error message to check my internet connectivity and firewall settings. i do not believe i have any firewall as this is a new imac bought only 3 days ago and my internet connectivity is fine as i can download other programmes and have no problem browsing web pages.
please can someone help as i am worried that if i purchase a subscription the same thing will happen.

Have you tried downloading any other file from internet to check if this problem is just with Adobe Creative cloud or other files as well. Also, to start please try the below step:
This error might come if the files are not able to access certain files, please try and download in the Root user on your iMac.

Problem downloading After Effects CC

I try to download After Effects CC through my desktop creative cload app but about half way through the download it stops and telss me I must close the applications: Adobe QT32 Server, AdobeCrashDaemon, and dynamiclinkmanager but I don't know what those are.

Restart your computer, and then try again. Those are helper utilities for various applications.

Sorry if I'm being dumb here...
I wanted to try out After Effects CS6, so I click the download link and the download manager came up. I installed and run that, logged in with my ID and all, but there is not After Effects coice for me to download. I see Photoshop, InDesign, etc, but no choice to download After Effects.
Is it a system requirements thing? programs that my system can't handle are not listed (would help if they said they couldn't work)
Is it a location thing? I'm in Singapore, is there a Country limitation?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem...everything goes smoothly, until Adobe application manager comes up with 13 options to install, but "After Effects" is not on the list. Just checked with my son , and apparently my computer is 32 bit. Would I be right in saying that's the problem? Any way to fix/change this, or a different version that allows for 32 bit? I have bought a template for after effect on video hive and its expressions do not work because they are in english..

except changing the language and if it's the only solution How can I do that ? just for a week .. I don't want to keep an english version

Whenever the download hits 54%, it totally stops. It's not my connection, I have checked it and it's all normal and I have tried it at 2 different places.
I would like to know what I can do to get the program.
By the way, it's the 30 days free version of it.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

The usual reason is that you're running a 32 bit operating system.
After Effects is 64 bit only and requires a 64 bit operating system.
If that's not the case then your system may not meet other tech requirements

Downloading after deleting from creative cloud

I downloaded the trail version of adove flash professional cc about two months ago, i used it for a month then i deleted it from my mac, now i have purchased it and it will not let me download it because creative cloud says that i already have it. how do i download the app? i have already paid for it.

The reason why you are facing this issue is because the Trial flash was not uninstalled correctly.
Even though the program has been deleted, there may be lingering files left on the hard drive. These preference files are usually pretty small, and can be worth keeping if you end up reinstalling the application. If you do want to delete them, follow these steps:
Open the Library folder on your hard drive.
Look for any files with the program’s name or developer’s name in the /Library/, /Library/Preferences/, and the /Library/Application Support/ folders, check for flash, click on uninstall & check the preference box before uninstalling. this will uninstall the flash completely..
You can try running the cleaner tool too.

Problems downloading trial photoshop with creative cloud

I keep getting an error message while atttempting to download a trial version of creative cloud/photoshop CC....it keeps
saying there is an error rolling back in command....error df036, error df024, error dw063....it also states that some of the files
are already present, which I don't understand how that is possible. don't know how you can help me with this error problem. I am using windows i.e. 10
