Problems loading adobe elements 6

My i mac refuses to read new elements 6 disc. It tries to load disc, nothing happens then after 3 or 4 attempts it automatically ejects the disc. Have been told that this could be due to a case sensitive disc, unfortunately i do not know what that is or whether i have one.
Could this be a hardware problem. All other disc's that I have tried so far have worked fine.

Thanks for the response, I have now tried 2 discs both from local Apple store. The first one I took back worked in the shop system. All packaging and disc confirms that this is a mac version. I am not running both mac and windows, tried rebooting anyway to no avail. I am currently posting on an adobe forum to investigate this case sensitive disc. Will keep trying, Thanks again

I have Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 installed on Windows XP 32 bit, Windows 7 64 bit, as well as Windows 8.1 (previously 8) and no problems.
Are you installing the program from installation files (purchased as a download to a Windows or Mac computer??) or from installation disc labelled for Windows?
After the program is installed, then you install the Premiere Elements 9.0.1 Update and work from it.

More details first before we go changing any compatibility settings.

Problems loading Adobe Flash SWF file

Our users are experienceing problems loading Adobe Flash SWF
files.
One example of a problem file is:

User traffic is flowing through a Cisco ASA firewall - these
problems do not seem to occur from home networks or a Netscreen
firewall. The Cisco ASA does NOT have http deep packet inspection
turned on, and any traffic initiated by clients inside the firewall
should be allowed. The symptom is that Internet Explorer will begin
to download the video, but will hang at some point along the way
(for this particular URL it hangs at about 7%). No error messages
are displayed, but the video never displays on the screen either. I
would appreciate hearing from anyone who may have run into this
before, or if someone can explain what is different about this type
of file from regular Adobe Flash, that might help figure out what
the ASA is objecting to. The ASA does not appear to generate any
log messages about denying this type of traffic either.

Thanks, but I use publish/export settings with GPU hardware acceleration and flash version 11.2 (and 11.8) but nothing happening.
And why gif file is not all transparenty then I insert on lightblue background? It can't export good quality? Also I use Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Edge Animate. And nothing happening. Problems Loading Adobe Premier Elements

I am trying to load Premier Elements and get a message that CS3 Bridge is open and should be closed in order to continue. CS2, CS3 and Cs 5 are loaded but none of these are open nor is the Bridge.

Problems installing Adobe Elements 4.0

Wow, do I love my Macbook Pro. No waiting to order it. Got it 3 weeks ago at the Apple Store. No noise, no problem installing my old files .etc.
However, tonight I tried to install Adobe Elements 4 two times. Both times at the last seconds of installing I get a message to try installing again. Is this a known issue with intel Macs? Or do I have defective software?

That's a good question which often leads to a lot of debate. Most benchmarks show the effect of dual channel is minimal, probably because with most applications memory is not the bottleneck, other sub-systems like the hard drive or graphics are.
It really depends on what you're going to do with the computer: if a lot of Elements 4 work under Rosetta with many windows open etc. I think you'd be well served by going to 2GBs of RAM. If intensive use like that will be minimal, and mostly you're going to "iLife it up," e-mail, surfing, etc. then you'd probably be happy adding another 512MB. Over time as more programs go Universal the overhead imposed by Rosetta will be less & less of an issue.
When shopping be sure to check out OWC (Other World Computing) for their pricing on genuine Samsung memory (I'm not a fan of their "no name" brand). Apple uses a lot of Samsung itself, as well as Micron which you can buy from Crucial.com. Others will have their own favorites to recommend, of course.

Loading Adobe Elements 11 to new laptop

I bought the new Adobe Elements 11 bundle a couple of months ago. Laptop recently crashed and the new one I purchased does not have a CD drive. Since I purchased the new bundle and registered it online, can I download the software from online? I desperately need my Photoshop and Premiere programs again.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

When one begins a Project, at New Project, they need to know the details of their Source Files, and the Project's Preset, chosen at New Project, must match that Source Footage. That is why it is so important to know about that footage - so one can match to it. If you will tell us all about that footage, someone can help you make sure that your Project Preset matches, so that you do not have issues.
With playability issues, the first issue is the match between your Project Preset, and your Source Footage. Next comes one's system, so it might be a good idea to start gathering up the info there. This ARTICLE will give you some ideas on what infot would be so useful.

Why do I have a problem with Adobe Elements 12 Layout section?

I have Adobe Elements 12, and I'm having trouble in the Layout section at the bottom of the screen.
Within the Layout section I can use all the layouts except the All floating.
When I first used Elements 12 this was working but all of a sudden it stop working.
What can I do to solve this.

1. Definitely download and install the latest version of QuickTime.
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
2. Go to http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, and, at the top right of that
home page, look for and click on a Welcome to get at My Products. If the program was ever registered,
hopefully you will find your product there with its serial number which we could use in case of a needed
uninstall/reinstall.
3. In the computer, find the Device Manager/Display Adapters/. Double clicking Display Adapters should reveal
the name of your video card/graphics card (s). Double click the card name to bring ups its Properties dialog.
Look at the Properties Driver Tab for the details of driver date and driver version. Based on that information, you
would go to the web site of the manufacturer of the card to determine if you have the latest version of the driver.
4. When Premiere Elements 7 is loading, is it stopping on any particular phase of the activities that are usually
displayed when the loading is taking place?
Please review. The details for the above will help us even further to plan troubleshooting strategy.

Add On...Also make sure that you are still working from a User Account with Administrative Privileges and also you are running
Run As Administration......look at the problems with and without the antivirus program disabled.

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premiere Elelments 10 bundled together. I was able to load Photoshop but multiple attempts to load premiere on my MAC gives me the following error: ANy suggestions? thanks.

Problem loading Photoshop Elements 9

My family gave me a legal, store bought Photoshop Elements 9 package about 2 years ago. It worked fine on my old computer for about a year. My PC crashed and I reloaded it on my new PC but it has never loaded. I keep getting an error message that there are missing files and to reload the software. I remove the old load and reload but the same thing happens over and over. I turn off my anti virus program before I try to reload. What is the problem.

Problem installing adobe elements 4

At the install comom files stage this error message appears
An error occured during the install prosess
an error occured while installingadditional Adobe packages.
When OK clicked a second message appears,
An error occured during the instalation prcess:
a required file is missing
Then requested to try installing again which i have done several times help

I am having the same problem installing PSE4 on my new MacBook Duo2. I have a new boxed version of PSE4 from an Apple store and it fails to install with a generic error message of "there was a problem installing". Is this a common install problem with PSE4 on new macs? I am going to an Apple store today and will ask their advice. I have no other adobe apps installed or running and have repaired permissions.
Part of the error message:
The domain/default pair of (/Volumes/Photoshop Elements 4.0/Adobe Photoshop Elements/Adobe Photoshop Elements.pkg/Contents/Resources/RegExList, 14) does not exist

Im currently having problems reinstalling my copy of Elements 11 from disk I get half way throught the installation and I get the following message "The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup. Yoo need to close the process ElemtsAutoAnalyser.exe(dynamiclinkmanager.exe) to continue with the installation.

Installation problem with adobe elements on Mac

Nothing shows up when I insert disc 3 of adobe photoshop elements into my Mac. When I go to DVD player and push play it says "supported disc not available". I don't know what else to do. I have tried turning my Mac on and off and have switched the sides of the disc.

Do you see the disc on your desktop? Are you able to see other discs mounted on your desktop? If you go to the Finder menu do youhave a check mark next to CDs, DVDs, and iPods to be shown on the desktop?
