Problems with my iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB

2 weeks I got my iphone 6 plus ago and I am inspired that € 999 then the iphone is "something" faster than my iPhone4 2010.
I have suffered spontaneous rebooting the terminal, some applications do not open or hung, even Apple's own. People who talk to me says that the voice is choppy, even with full coverage.
Whatsapp is very slow, moving chats "biting" top-down, and when I want to dictate messages often unavailable Siri.
Have serious difficulties to detect the position of the terminal, including the screen goes upside down for more than 20 seconds until it detects is not correctly positioned.
And all these problems as I read online should have many apps installed, approximately 700 in some users. In my case, I did not exceed the 30 apps on my iPhone.
In defintiva a drama for € 1000 terminal is supposed to be a marvel. For now, A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
Tomorrow I get a new terminal but I have high hopes, as I read the problems persist ...
Someone tambiéb problems? Any solution?
PD.- The upside is that I have not had any problem to change the terminal.
Exchange it at your Apple Store if you cannot get it into recovery mode and restore it from iTunes.
All manufacturers produce the occasional bad device.

I have a problem with my Iphone 4s battery / charge. I read through different forums and blogs and I found that some other users has my same problem.
My phone is loosing charge faster than anytime before. All started two weeks ago, before iOs 6.1.3 release. I use to charge the phone up to 100% every night. One mornign, i switched on the phone and I could no hear the typical sound of the screen unlocked. In addition the keyboard made no sound. I tried to control the volume with the side buttons, but once I pressed one of the two, nothing appeared under the speaker / sound logo. I left the phone just for a while and then the sound was back on. From that day till today, this thing is happening everytime i switched on the phone after a recharge.
PLUS, I noticed that the phone is loosing the charge very fast. About 10% every hour, even in stand by mode.
I tried to switch off all the email account and do and hard reset, but nothing changed.
I bought the phone 10 months ago.
What I have to do?

NikoI would like to know the answer to that one. I realized this was happening just after upgradeing my iOS to 6. Then when I looked up my purchase date, I was about 5 days past my one year warranty. So I'm dead in the water. Apple will replace the battery, but it will be about $80+. I took it to the Apple store, and they checked a bunch of stuff, but said that it seemed ok. I'm debating getting a battery for a more reasonable price off of ebay. But if it's the iOS thats draining the battery, then I'm not going to be able to help it. I wish I knew a better way to tell if its the battery, the phone, or the iOS.

Best RegardsTry to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Maybe a long shot, but WD is not known for the quality of some of their enclosures, although I do like the drives themselves. It may be worth mounting this drive in a different enclosure, something like one of OWC's FireWire enclosures with the highly reliable Oxford chip sets. I wouldn't be inclined to trust a WD enclosure, especially if it already seemed to be acting in a flakey manner.

I have 3 of these and I really like them.
From what I understand, if the drive spins up, it is often possible to recover data from it. To be absolutely certain to destroy the data, you just about have to take a hammer to the disk. Hopefully, there will be a way to get your data back.

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine. -

I'm having a ton of problems with my iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1.3. Yesterday, I accidentally added a keyboard shortcut that was extremely long and it screwed up my iPhone. For one, the keyboard section of settings would take forever to open, and when it did open and I tried to delete the shortcut, my phone would restart and when I got back, the shortcut was still there. So I reset my phone. 7 times. And it still didn't work. I finally ended up using find my iPhone to erase it and then it worked. The shortcuts were gone and my phone stopped randomly restarting every 5 minutes. But when I got home, I plugged it into iTunes to get all my music an photos back on. I set it up as a new phone. After it was done syncing, I changed the name to the name of what it was before I reset it for the first time. Then, all of the sudden, it started crashing again. Sure enough, the shortcuts were there again. How do I get my music and photos back on my phone without the keyboard shortcuts being added back on? BTW, my songs are all off of CDs so I can't just re download them from the iTunes Store.
It sounds like you restored it with your backup because the shorcuts were back on there. Restore again, as new without your backup. They sync your media back on.

My o2 email account does not work when sending from my MAC it will accept incoming mail but not send it gives me a message that o2 account (offline) my mac I have no problem with my iPhone or mac laptop. any suggestions please.

I did what you've told me, new account and manually copied my files from Time Machine. I had lots of permissions problems, but at the end, almost everything is in order... It seems it had to be with some of the Apple Preferences, but I can't be sure, as most of them were dumped to the trash can.
I still don't have my Mail Rules back, unfortunately, although I did goggled some. It is a pity, as I had around 30 or 40 of them, getting my mail in order to each of its mailboxes, but it is a small price as the rest doesn't show the before syntoms.

I have a problem with my iPhone 4s. An Apple rep looked at the phone tonight and determined I will need a new phone. I am now trying to back up my data to iTunes but I cannot get the phone to turn on. I have it plugged into my computer monitor but it just slowly flashes the Apple symbol. Any ideas on how I can get it to power up for the backup?
Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

Wifi problems with my iPhone 4S since 6.1.2 update
I thought I had fixed this problem with my iPhone with a change in my home router settings but I did not. Since the 6.1.2 update I have had problems with my wifi connections. I have an Airport Extreme wifi network with multiple airport extremes extending the signal throughout our house. I am only able to communicate with the internet using our wifi network if I am in the same room as the main airport extreme. If I am a room away from any of the routers I get a message that my iPhone "can't join the wireless network". If I am in a room standing near one of the other airport extremes I can join the network, my iPhone will show that I am connected to the wifi network with a full signal but I have no communication with the internet. How I have determined this is by turning cellular off, wifi on & attempted to pull up a web page. When I do this anywhere other than by our main Airport Extreme I get the message that I am not connected to the Internet.
We have multiple other devices on our home wifi network, i.e. other iPhones, iPads, computers, etc. We aren't having this problem with any other of our devices. I am not sure if this is a software corruption issue or a hardware issue. I have not dropped my iPhone or done anything else to it that might have damaged it. I have tried resetting the wireless networks on my iPhone & that has not worked. I have read these boards & have tried the various suggestions, including the one about putting your iPhone in the freezer. (When I told my husband about trying the freezer suggestion he seriously thought I had lost my marbles...)
I would appreciate any other thoughts or suggestions that anyone has.I have a diff issue!!! I has still able to connect to wifi network I had connected before the update to 6.1.2. But few days back when I tried connecting to a new wifi network and it kept saying incorrect password. The worst thing happened after I look up online for help that say try the " reset network setting" solution!! After I did the "reset network setting" step I bloody **** looses all connection to those network I had connected to before the update and I can't get back connection now. *** did apple still allow their users to update a software that has so many bugs. They should had prevent their users from updating right after they know there are bugssssss..!!!!!

You need to do as provided. If no change after restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem.

I have a problem with my Iphone 4s since I did my first update at your Itunes, the bluetooth and the WiFi it is not workinhg anymore.
It is sad that companies like apple are not able to support thier sofware and business.
I went to a apple store at South Park, Charlotte NC,
and found out the worst customer service (in my case)
They don't have answers and don't understand about "dont let any customer go away sad or mad"
I explain to them that I did everything they said to fix the problem, even to dounload the iOS 6.1.3
that was supposed to fix the problem.
they said fix the problem in other phones but not in mine.
So here I am with no wifi and bluetooth, with apple technicians and experts that don't know what to do with the problem that the sofware they developed cause in my iphone 4s.
and the solution is for me to pay $199.00 US dollars for a problem that I did not cause.
wich means to buy something else from apple to fix a problem that it is not my fault.

I would like to have an answer from you guys and see if someone there have a better answer for me that shows support, values and integrity as a grest company with solutions for your customers.

I have a problem with my iphone 4. My 3G always stays activated but I lose my network signal. The bars all get lost and I'm not able to receive / send sms, mms or phone calls. Could you guys please help me fix this problem? Ios 5.1.1
I haven't gotten a new sim card because the problem has been presenting itself in various cards not only mine. So far, all I've done is reset my network settings.
Last night, I turned off the 3G tab and it had all the signal bars. Today, I did the network reset and it's working apparently. But like I said before, previously the bars just disappear and the iphone only has the 3G activated. -
Hello , please am having a problem with my iphone 5 , the battery runs out quickly ,another problem also if i turn on 3G it will run faster , 15 minutes and the iphone battery will be out . My final problem is that "no service " appears a lot especially when opening wifi or 3G , can you help ?
Your battery is running quickly because your cellular data connection is weak.

Problems with my iPhone 3g remains in spite of 2.0.2 would a restore help??
Hey I have several problems with my iPhone, all of which i would have thought would dissappear as Apple updated the firmware, but it hasn´t so far.
My problems are that the keyboard is lagging every fifth time that I use it, the letters appear about 1 second after i pressed the key on the keyboard. It happens when I am writing SMS as well as E-mails.
The contacts app takes about 4 seconds to start, and when I am scrolling it is lagging quite a bit.
When I listen to music it suddenly stops, even if I haven´t touched it, then I have to press play to get it to start again. If it use the volume buttons to turn the sound up or down it also sometimes stops the music. When i recieve calls, mails or messages the music fades down, but afterwards it doesn´t start again. It only starts when I "wake up" the phone and unlock it.
Last but not least the 3g signal is really not that stable and often turns back to edge.
I have read lots of posts where people talk about how the newer firmware updates have resolved most of their problems, but I haven´t experienced any changes after I have updated. It almost seems like it doesn´t really "notice" the new firmware.
I have been thinking about doing a restore, but if I use the latest back-up it would most likely have the same issues as now right?
If I do a complete restore and delete everything I will have to spend a lot of time getting all the content back on the phone and I don´t know if it will help at all.
My question is if anyone here have the same problems as me, if they don´t notice any differences after updating the firmware as well?
On top of that I would like to know if anyone here have experienced any positive effects of doing a full restore? Has it helped resolving any of your problems?

I am really losing patience with apple and their silence about all of these problems.
Not sure how much longer I am willing to put up with it before i send it back. -

So I purchased my Iphone off trademe last year, it did not come with warranty ect.
About 3 weeks ago I dropped my iphone in water, I put it in rice + silica gels in a sealed zip lock bag for about a week.
It was working fine for about 2 days and it suddenly collapsed;
- it does not charge properly, the battery is always on either 1% or 100% but whenever I pull it out of the charger, it turns off immediately or stays on for about a minute or so and shuts off.
- It charges for a little whenever I plug it into my Mac, but then turns off after 5 min or so of charging and then blinks off and on with the apple logo continuously until I have to plug it into my wall charger.
- It does not function properly unless it is plugged into my wall charger. It works for about 15 min and then turns off, automactically turning back on with the IOS 6 start up screen. Whenever this happens I have to turn it back off and then on for it to return to normal.
- I have restored it once successfully, and it worked perfect, but I forgot to charge it over night and it went all funny again.
So now, I have tried restore it again. I connected my iphone to itunes, and my iphone successfully stayed on throughout the process of restoration. But then as soon as it finished, my iphone was supposed to restart but it started blinking on and off which made me have to connect it back to my wall charger. So now it sometimes works normally whilst connected to the wall charger, but usually it continues to turn off and on with the IOS 6 start up screen. When I slide the 'set up' slide, it comes up with the image of the USB cord and Itunes saying 'Connect to Itunes. And so, I do. But then it comes up with the very annoying message "There is a problem with your Iphone, please go to your nearest apple store...ect." on itunes, but in my iphone it says "Connected to itunes." but I have no idea what to do next? I can't put it into recovery mode because it doesn't charge properly on my mac, so it does not turn back on no matter how long I have charged it for.
I have NO idea what to do! And I need itunes to back up my phone!
Any help is very appreciated!

I hate to tell you this, but there is most likely nothing left on the phone to back up. If youdidn't have it backed up already, it's too late now.
As for getting it working again, make an appointment at the genius bar. You'll need to pay for an out of warranty replacement.
That one is almost certainly toast.
