Problems with reinstall Creative Suite CS4 win7 64

Question

Windows 7 64bit (I'm from germany, please talk nerdy with me for understanding)
yesterday:
installed programs:
cs4 creative suite
cs 6 photoshop
reason for deinstall cs4 creative suite:
i need onl PS CS6 and not PS CS4 anymore.
need place at C:
my target:
deinstall cs4 creative suite
install creative suite without PS CS4
deinstall over windows-deinstallation program --> not work
install cs4 creative suite over the older version --> done! OK
deinstall over windows-deinstallation program --> not work
download adobe_creative_suite_cleaner_tool and deinstall all adobe versions (incl. PS cs 6)
delete all files from computer with errors
