Production order unlock in a program

Hi,
I use a bapi for modify a production order in a report and i need modify the same order in the same report after the bapi execution but when i use the "call transaction 'CO02'" for modify the order appear the message "the order is lock".
Is there a solution for unlock the order after the bapi execution?

I already use CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' exporting wait = 'X' after 'BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN'. The problem is the purchase request in the external processing of the order is locked by this process and i can't execute the call transaction 'CO02' in the program.
This situation continues even using different submit Program...

Problems with Print Program of Production Order (CO03) !!

Hi all,
I have a question about Print program of Production Order. I created a new Order in CO01. Then, in CO03, I call Print Program ( menu Functions >> Print). At the first time, it printed a so-called original version. Later, when i printed it again, it informed me that just was a copy. Now, that's ok.
I made some modification of Print Program by copying and changing the code (let's call it Z_PSFCOBJL) and SAPScript form. However, When I call Print function in CO03 for that Order, it didn't show any changes which I made. What's wrong? I checked in the code by debug mode, the variable that I transfered to the form was correct with its value.
I think that because SAP just make a print copy so that it will not reflect any changes that I made to the program, right? Is there any way to overcome this because I don't want to create new Orders just for testing every modification?

Yes, I did assign the new program and new form for this before printing. But I wanna know if there is any way that allows me to view those changes I made?
When I change the code in Print Program, print-out includes this update (although it still informs me that is a copy version). But when I make changes in the SAPScript form (for example, adding a variable for display), it will not update this?

How to read Production Order Long Text data in ABAP program

I have the issue in reading the ' Long Text ' tab view data of production order
in CO03 transaction.Please can some body help me out to get this in ABAP program.

ok goto the long text, double click it, or use the small pencil, so that you proceed to the text editor.
Once you are there, use the menu: goto->head
a small popup will come up, stating the information you need.
what you need is OBJECT, ID, Language and NAME.
with those information you can feed the FM READ_TEXT.

Program PPBICO40 for conversion of planned orders to production order

Hi,
The program PPBICO40 is for conversion of planned orders to production orders in the background job.But while set up of variant it is asking me for peson who created error folder and recipient.I want to know the significance of these two fields and how these are useful.

PPBICO40 the non-convertible planned orders are put together in one batch input session and can be postprocessed with batch input tools. It is possible to create a separate error session for each MRP controller.
Error folder for each MRP controller: creates a separate error folder for each MRP controller.
Receive folder according to view: If the indicator is set, the error folder is not deleted after processing in batch input.
Creator of the error folder: User who is entered as creator in the error folder .
Send mail: Sends a mail to the respective MRP controllers during the creation of a batch input session. If the indicator 'Error folder per MRP controller' is not set, the mail is sent to 'Recipient (alternative)'.
Express document: sends mail as an express document.
Recipient (alternative): Recipient of the mail, if no recipient is specified in the material requirements planning master record of the MRP controller responsible .

Program RCCLTRAN is locking the changes of the Production Orders

Hello,
I am encountering an issue, the standard program RCCLTRAN which read production order and create idocs are locking the changes made in APO. The message specifies: "Changes to Order 1XXXX are not transferred".
May I know if there is a User Exit that could be implemented that will not affect the planning activities of the planners when the program is running simultaneously?

I am not familiar with the program that you mentioned.
However I think it should still be possible to give some guidance if you can share the following information:
1) Using RCCLTRAN, where do you send the Idocs to?
2) The error that you mentioned - Is it appearing in APO or is it appearing in R/3 when this program RCCLTRAN is running in R/3, and some planners are sending planned orders from APO?
PS: In standard SAP, it's not possible that 2 users make changes simultaneously to the same document, and this is not advisable also. So I hope you are not requesting for this.

could some one please help me understand the following terms and functions in very layman terms
1. print program (report name?), form routine, sap scriptform with respect to Production order in OPK8. Can some one please explain who each one of these is interlinked when printing an order
2. what is output type and why it is not necessary for production order? I mean why standard sap does not provide output type for production order.

Here You could also find, that there is no output type but list name - used in prod. ord printout forms.

"RSTRFCIC" program is updating production order

Hi All,
we found that program “RSTRFCIC” is updating the production order and due to which status of the order is getting changed.
If I am not wrong this program is basically used by APO managed materials.
Is there any way i can stop this program.

Probably, this order was changed in APO and it could not be changed on the ECC side due to a lock error. In this case, system automatically schedules RSTRFCIC to retry this change on the ECC side after some time (see note 1579728).
It is not recommended to change this program, as it could lead to inconsistencies between APO and ECC.

I am unable to open my Photoshop program after installing the entire Creative Suite: Premium Production 6. All other programs work, but with Photoshop it says that the program is "locked or in use by another user". I need this fixed immediately.

IDOC for Creation of Production order and also adding components

Hi ,
I have a requirement like I get the data from a 3rd party system and using that i have to create production orders and also should be able to add more materials in COMPONENTS part of that Production order. I was looking for a BAPI which can handle this process.
And also can any one help me by letting me know is there any Message type available for handling this process of Production order creation and Adding extyra components to it.
I have a message type LOIPRO (for Production Order) and associated function modle CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO for creation of master IDoc, but not sure can i handle the Components part in this.
Please do send replies ASAP, its very urgent.
Or else atleast suggest me the other ways of doing this .
Also send me any BDC program if anyone has already developed for this.

Production Order BOM with Variant Configurable Material

Hi,
I have a requirement to process the document items in the Production Order BOM for a variant configurable martial. I am not sure which Function Module will do this purpose. I checked the FM: CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2 and does not seem to be working.
Can you please help me with a suitable Function Module or program that will process the Production Order BOM? Appreciate Your Help.

What are you doing with the characteristics right now ?
If you want operations selected based on characteristic values, you need to have dependencies written just like you do (or in your case, will do) in your BOM components.
I understand the business-push to not do things 100% at the start and just "oh we'll add that part later" but I would really push back to get that part included initially.

Problem with prod. ver. explosion to production order

I have problem with production versions. I have FERT with 3 production versions. Additionaly we have Z-program (on Z-table) which control parameter sold to party (from sale order) with production version. So after MRP I see in planned order right production version for example 3 - field PLAF-VERID; in master data in planned order I see right alternative BOM and routing; but when I make a conversion to production order I see that system always explode 1st version; additionaly in planned order in components (button) I see 1st pr.ver (1st alternative BOM) and in Bill of Material (it seems like to manually expolding BOM) I see right version??? But it couldn't be like this that to have right data I need to go to transaction MD12, explode BOM manully, save and after that make a prod. ord.
I would like to system explode BOM according to production version (field VERID) already in planned order; so after that it should be that when I will converted it to production order I should have right BOM and right routing from production version signed in planned order.
I know it sounds complicated Add. in configuration all parameters are set right to explode BOM etc. etc. system version: 4.7

Additional info: I cancel this question cause problem is in Z-program; becuase when according to Z-table system change input in field VERID for system it is only "digital" not parameter for which system should explode right BOM; sorry for disturbing, we need to change Z-programm; I do not know how but maybe any function module can help - we will think. Regarding production order closing and demand closing

Hi Gurus,
I am new to pp module..
I have the requirement on production order closing and demand order closing.
The requirement needs plant,reuirement plan no ,basic finish date and percentage in selection screen.
In the output display plant,requirement plan no,PIR No,order,order finish dat ,***.order qty,***.delivered qty,qty difference,percentage%,order status as in alv grid display.
And in the output it has 2 buttons named technically complete and demend close .whener user click on first button system should take all the orders which r selected to the program with the same reuirement plan as for the selected order and then technically close all the orders with the same reuirement plan number.
when user clicks on demand close button,system should take the respetcive requirement plan number,order finish date and material and it has to take the pir no which match the above and deactivate the pir and save.
I need the help about this.

First settle the production order using the T Code CO88,and then close the production order.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites for setting the CLSD status are:
The order must have the status Released (REL) or Technically completed (TECO)
The order balance must be 0
There can be no open purchase requisitions, purchase orders or commitments
There can be no future change records from confirmation processes

I dont think there is any standard config for this that upon GR delivery should be created. You may need to write a program with the logic of creating the delivery automatically upon posting of the GR against prod order.

CO78 is a one stop transaction for production order setting deletion flag, deletion indicator, archiving and finally deleting.
Generally we schedule the following programs in background in the sequence below,
1. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Flag
2. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Indicator (Once set cannot be revoked- so care should be taken in selection of orders)
3. PPARCHA1 for archiving the production order with Deletion Indicator active. Basis should set the database/storage space for archiving/storing the records.
4. PPARCHD1 for Deleting the records from SAP database.
