Promotional Offer (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) doesn't Display in Quote

Hi,
Please Please Please help me in getting the solution.
I Created a Promotional Goods offer in Marketing Online, with a Criteria of Buy 1 "A" Item and Get 1 "B" Item for Free.
But when i attach the "A" Item in the Quote Level, Item "B" doesn't get attached automatically.
Please help me in getting the solution for this.Atleast a Hint on why i am not getting this product attached automatically.

Yes the Offer is Active.
In OM when i am trying to add the Buy Item, i am getting a system warning Msg that the Item with UOM doesn't exist in the Pricelist of the OU. Whereas both the Items , the Buy and the Get Item,already exist in the Pricelist with appropriate UOM's specified.

Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer to be mapped in APO DP Promotion

If any body have come across this below scenario.
I need to promote My Product (suppose colgate paste) in the market.
For Ex: I want to sell colgate paste of 100 Gms with Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.
Currently this 100gm pack is in single box ,now i need to pack two 100 gm colgate paste in one box and want to sell this new box in the market for a particular period.
How i will come to know that when i promote Colgate of single 100gm ,system will automatically promote box of two Colgate of 100gm.
How to set up this in APO DP Promotion? Can we use Bom functionality in promotion?
Please provide your valuable inputs.

Hi Jaiprakash,
For modeling the scenario the way I described, you will have check with ERP team to first find out, as to how complex SKUs are mapped currently. This is because master data is driven by SAP ECC/ R/3 systems into APO and also the input transaction data (e.g. Sales history) will be extracted finally through the SAP ECC / R/3 system.
Forecasting with DP BOM
In APO DP BOM can be created by PPM or PDS functionality and PPM will be simpler to create.
Process flow for forecasting with DP BOM is as given in the SAP Help:

Please note that sales history will be extracted from ECC/ BW for complex SKUs and also for the normal Finished SKUs.
We have not used standard promotion planning functionality with DP BOM. We used a key figure to load the promotions and macros to do additions to the baseline forecasts created.
You need to create an additional key figure or use any available one for loading promotions from an info cube to planning area.
Final demand plan will be calculated by macros to additions to baseline forecasts of promotions and marketing intelligence if any.
You need PPMs for the complex SKUs in SNP/PPDS also. There will be separate packing and processing facility for making complex SKUs from simple SKUs.
Demand plan will be released to SNP, for both complex SKUs and simple SKUs.
SNP heuristics will create the supply plan and for short term, PPDS plans need to be created by converting SNP plans.
There is possibility of subcontracting process for the complex SKUs and this also can be mapped.

Unable to price adjust games for buy 2 get 1 free?

Would I be able to get a price adjustment for the B2G1 free for my preorders of AC Unity, Far Cry 4, and GTA 5? I called 1800-BestBuy and was put on hold by a rep for 45 minutes only to be told that I wasn't eligible because I received preorder DLC. After being told that I was hung up on. I'm elite plus and still in the 45 day window.
I've price adjusted multiple games before where I have received DLC so I don't really understand that. Can someone please clarify? Should I just go to the store to fix this?

I have tried all those things I even updated the software to the new iOS system and it still did fix my problem.
What happened is that my garage band looks like it will open then it shuts down.
I have lot of important things on my garage band and I'm afraid that if I uninstall it deleting it then reinstalling it all my work on it will be gone and I can't have that happen.
Everyday I am hoping that when i go to open the app that is will work but it doesn't it gets ready to turn on then it shuts off , the app doesn't even open all the way and turns off.
I really hope I don't have to erase it.
It'll say it's ,lading my songs then it shuts down .
If I waited for the App Store to come up with an update for garage band should I wait till then to update my app so it doesn't get damaged . I don't want to erase it and all my data get erased . I figured if I wait for an update then my garage band will reset itself but won't delete my data. I'm not sure if that will help. Is there anything you or anyone else might know that can help me with this matter ?

So, you’ve purchased your Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU) membership and now you think you should get some coupons as well? Well fortunately, you are absolutely correct that you should and I’m sorry to hear that you don’t have them.
Generally you should receive an email with Welcome Packet coupons about 3-5 business days from when you activated your membership. It looks like that was on 3/14/15, so you should have them by now. Are you saying you got a Welcome Packet, but there was no coupon for the Buy 2, get 1 free on used games? Or did you not get a Welcome Packet at all?
If you did not get a Welcome Packet, please make sure to check your Spam/Junk mail folder along with any Promotions folder (like Gmail uses) to see if the email was forwarded there first. If you are still not seeing it, please post here to let me know and we can see what options are available to help you out.

Buy 2, Get 1 Free - Blunder!

Maybe someone here at the awesome BB Forums can give this a shot or at the very least ensure my current order is still processed correctly, so I wont be disqualified form the buy two, get one free promotion.
Order Date: 12/08/2014

On my most recent order I was hoping on switching up a game before it's was processed and shipped. Because after placing the order and checking my collection, I had then released I actually already owned the collectors edition of one of the games I just ordered. DOH!
So I tried the Best Buy phone support twice, round one I got no were, but round two seemed hopeful and although the women helping me really tried her best to make this happen. I think in the end that my order may now not qualify for the buy two get, one free promotion. She couldn't swap the games so she just tried to cancel the entire order and just have me re-order. I know she meant well but this was not exactly what I wanted to do.
So now my order has the one game I actually would like to switch up anyway with a "Cancellation Request" in the Order Status bar but on the side it says "Item can't be canceled Why?" The promotion details state this is a no no, so I don't know what's going to happen now.
I would ideally simply like to just swap one game for another before the order is fully processed. The game I want to switch with actually cost a few dollars more so it would not effect the promotion in any way, since the free game is always the cheapest one in your order. However if this can not be done. Then at least ensure my order will still be processed correctly and nothing gets cancelled, so I wont be disqualified for the current promotion.
So the game in my order that I would like to switch titles with is also the same game that has the "Cancellation Request" which is:
Devil May Cry 4 - Xbox 360 - SKU: 8649714
I would like to swap "DMC4" above with the following game title below "TCSCB":
Tom Clancy\'s Splinter Cell: Blacklist - Xbox 360 - SKU: 5667876
Little switch-aroo action!
Perhaps this could still even be done even after I receive my order. If I return the title I don't want for the one I actually do want. If not then I guess I can always sell it back to my local Best Buy as a "never opened new" used game? Ugh.

So I went ahead and returned the entire order at my local Best Buy tonight.
Which was a real fun time since the one game that was marked canceled out of the three, could not be found in the system and there was a whole lot of confusion and waiting...

So these two games were processed correctly and $-11.99 was returned to my card.
GAME 1 OF 2 $11.99:

However the game below that was marked as canceled as I explained above did not process correctly and they actually charged my card additional $12.84 even though I had already paid the entire amount of this order of $24.83 when I placed it online! Then that amount was then returned.

So now I just basically got screwed over!
Because I never should have been charged any additional amount in the first place.
So just to explain this one more time so all is crystal clear.
My refund total should have been for the exact amount of $24.83
I was first returned $11.99
For the two games that shipped together.
Then for the game that shipped separately, I was first charged an additional $12.84
Which that amount was then returned, however I never should have been charged anything
during the return because that amount was already paid from the $24.83, understand?
Buy over charging me the additional $12.84 that then puts the total of this order at $37.67
So in the end I'm still short $12.84 on this return all because of the confusion of that canceled game.
This issue has really frustrated me and become a real drain on my time. I think because of all the confusion on Best Buys part and unnecessary stress and waste of my time due to this issue. Best Buy should not just refund me the $12.84 which I am still owed, but round that amount up to at least $20.00 for all this BS and to serve as an apology to show apparition for such a patient, understanding, loyal and dedicated Best Buy elite plus customer.

Hi there,
With business catalyst's ecommerce, how would I go about offering a buy one get one free deal?
Basically, when a customer buys any product from our store, we want them to receive another of this same item free. This will apply to every product in the store.
Ideally we would like this to show on the invoice and on the checkout, and anywhere else appropriate.

There might be a better way but one suggetsion you could add the second free product as an attribute to the first, it wouldn't show up as a separate line item in the order but the information would be there with the first item and on the invoice as an attribute. You would hardcode the attribute selection in your HTML or with javascript so that it automatically selected the "free option attribute" when you added to your cart so you wouldn't have to get the user to select the option.
