PS 2010 - Export Resource Assignments to Excel Doesn't Work

I am running PS 2010 using IE 11 64-bit, Office 64-bit and Windows 7. I bring up a resource assignment grid from Resource Center for a single resource and use the out of the box Summary view.  When I try to export this to Excel, Excel opens and has
a tab where the data should populate, but the data never populates. There are no error messages anywhere. This used to work.
I have tried it on a second machine running IE 10 that has 32-bit IE and Office and get the same result.

Hi Walter,
Try to add PWA URL to IE compatibility sites. Also try to run IE in compatibility mode. Finally set in the dev Tools of IE (press F12) IE8 or 9 as the default browser.
Finally try with another browser such as Chrome.

  • Export to excel doesn't work anymore

    Hello all;
    I recently re-installed Excel, and the "export to excel" function in B1 doesn't work anymore. Even when I do "File> Export> MS-excel", it doesn't offer an *.xls file type to save.
    Any ideas?

    Dear Lazo,
    For export option activate On SAP B1 client machine you have go general setting > Go to path > than provide SAP sever Excel Doc Path.
    and  please confirm in that folder Auto open.xls file is there or not.
    and than go to new excel file > Tools >Option .security > Macro setting > Select Security level Medium.
    Than try to open excel file.
    May it help you.
    If its not work so you check on sever if its working on sever than if definitely client machine problem.
    for that you have re-installed SAP client.

  • Exports from Keynote to Flash doesn't work

    I am trying to create an automatic slide show and export it as an .swf (or anything) to run on a web site and it doesn't work. For documentation of my tests go to: http://www.equalivote.com/abKeynoteExportTESTS.pdf

    Another thought: If you need it to be flash, could you export the slideshow to quicktime, then put the quicktime movie into a flash project? I'm not too familiar with flash but it seems like that would be worth a try.

  • JHS: Export to Excel doesn't work when having leading zeros

    We are using the Export to excel option, but when we have leading zeros it doesn't export it as text so the data is incorrect.
    Can any one please tell how doe we configure JHeadstart/ADF to have the leading zeros and export it as text rather than as number.

    I'm having a problem with exporting a workbook into an excel sheet.
    The problem is that NOTHING HAPPEND. I realy don't know what is going on. For the same account I tried to export another report... and every thing was ok (the only thing that I saw is thet for some I have the option to save the report or open it... and for others It opens directly...)

    Try closing the browser session and trying again. I have seen it lock like this sometimes.

  • PROBLEM TO COPY RESOURCE ASSIGNMENTS TO EXCEL

    To COPY the resources from p6 to excell I do as follows:
    On the assignment screen, I group the screen as I
    prefer and on the right pane of the screen right I customize what to
    include,remaining early and late units. Then I chnage
    the time scale to what I want(from ps TO pf).after that and on the
    right pane, highlight the items and press ctrl C and
    then ctrl V in an Excel file.
    The problem is that even if I change the timescale to finish in the PF DATE when I copy the information
    TO excel he last date that is copied istn the PF Date and because of that i do not have the complete remaining late units distribution.

    Why don't you do a report out to Excel. Make sure and check the Time Distributed button on the first screen.

  • Report export to excel doesn't work correctly

    I've seen this problem is quite common, and some workarounds but none is correct for me.
    I have a SQL function returning report with several filters (something based on the Issues report of the Issue Tracking Application, APEX example).
    In my case seems to work correctly only when I hard code the value of :P15_CANVI_DE_CLUB. I've tried Denes Kubicek solution of setting a computation before header of this item, but it does not work. Unluckily Denes package can't be used with SQL function returning report so I cannot use it to print my report.
    Anyone knows how to face this flaw?

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended: CSV Export of a 3D-Model doesn´t work

    Hello @ all.
    I´m using the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended Tool. Now I want to export a 3D Model in a csv-file. I´ts no problem to export it in a xml-file andnopen it, but if I want to open the exported csv-file, then I see nothing -> an empty excel table :-( If I use a csv-viewer-tool then I became an error, that the tool can´t open the file.
    Can anybody help me, or know somebody the solution to this problem?
    Maybe have anybody the same problem?

    I may have figured out what was causing my problem with conversion of Inventor 2009 to 3D PDF.  After playing around with a number of inventor files, I discovered that the conversion worked fine when there were no references to external files.  For example a .ipt file (part file) seemed to convert fine.  I believe the problem was that on the form one obtains with Edit->Preferences->Convert to PDF->Autodesk Inventor->Edit Settings->Import->Assembly, the check box for "use root file directory" was NOT checked.  Oddly, this is the default and I'm pretty sure I tried setting the conversion options to the default.  In any case, I now seem to be able to perform the conversion of Inventor 2009 to 3D PDF so this problem is solved I guess.

  • Export to CSV download link doesn't work

    I have done the following:
    If you click on the report link in your Region group
    for the page concerned, then select the Report
    Attributes tab and scroll down to Report Export you
    can change the Enable CSV Output to YES and update
    filename, separator etc.
    This will show a link on the report page at runtime
    that will allow the user to download the report in
    CSV format to a spreadsheetAnd when I click on the link to download the report, it tries to download the page in html format...
    any ideas on what the problem is?

    Do you have spreadsheet software such as MS Excel or OpenOffice installed? What filename did you choose? Do you have your browser configured to launch a spreadsheet application when files of a certaim mime type are downloaded?

    I have an iMac G5 running Leopard. In the dock Microsoft Word & Excel have a question mark over them, and I cannot find them in the Mac HD file. HELP !! I have papers to write.

    Ok, two things.
    One, please update your profile. Click My Settings on the right side of this page, fill in the information, then scroll down and click Save.
    As for Microsoft Word and Excel.
    Drag the ? mark off the Dock for both apps. Just drag it right up and away... it will go poof!
    Now, go to MacintoshHD/Applications. Launch Microsoft Word. When you see the MW icon in the Dock, select the icon and click Keep in Dock. Do the same thing for Excel.

    I have a sequence in FCP HDV 30P. Every time I am trying to export it to motion, FCP gets completely stuck to the point of force quit. How can I open the sequence in Motion?

    transitions and alot of other elements in fcp wont cross over to motion...try exporting as a mov with current settings then bring that into motion....

    Hi, I converted my project from 2010 to 2012 and added the new reportviewer reference(v10 to v11). something that worked in 2010 no longer works in 2012.
    I have a report with a simple page header that i do no want shown on the first page but now a blank area the size of the page header appears on the first page, where in 2010, the body moves up to the top. is there a property im missing? i am using printonfirstpage=false
    on the page header but it isnt working as expected.

    According to your description, you have a report with a simple page header, and  you set PrintOnFirstPage property to false. It works fine in Visual Studio 2010, when you run the report using VS 2012, a blank area of the page header appears on the first

  • "Limit Capture/Export File Segment Size To" doesn't work

    I put the limit to 4000 MB before i startet capturing HD-video, but it didn't work. Several of my files are bigger than 4 GB. This is a problem since I use an online back up service that has 5 GB as the maximum file limit. Any suggestion to fix this problem is highly appreciated.

    I believe, although I am not 100% sure, that the "Limit Capture/Export File Segment Size To" does not apply to Log and Transfer, only Log and Capture.
    Since Log and Capture works with tape sources, when the limit is hit, the tape can be stopped, pre-rolled and started again to create another clip
    In the case of Log and Transfer, it is ingesting and transcoding existing files; the clip lengths (and therefore size) are already determined by the source clip.
    If you are working with very lengthy clips, you may want to set in and out points to divide the clips into smaller segments.

    Result: The appointment is removed from user2 calendar instead of being moved to the proposed time. User1 receives a notification (Subject: "New time proposed: ... ") with the information "appointment declined" but there is no option
    to accept the new time and also no hint about the new time.
    If found a lot of posts with the same issue but no solutions...
    Any ideas?

    Do the users have 3rd-party add-ins installed?
    Let's try running Outlook in Safe Mode:
    Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
    Test if this issue persists when testing in Outlook Safe Mode, if there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.
