Ps Elements 6 - Editor not working

Greetings.
First, I want to describe my frustration. I've been surfing Abode's site for more than 60 minutes trying to figure out how to access the contact support, by email rather than phone. It's very common for any manufacturer to have an email contact customer support. After more than an hour I figured out that the forums are the way used here. But the site's support instructions don't explain that at all.
The site provides a lot of buttons and support options that are all useless for issues that require contact, those that the knowledge base is not likely to cover. "Online Help" option in PsE's support page redirects me to a guide page that looks like a user manual, that's not what I need at all to solve the problem I have got. The other elements on the page are written common issues without a contact support option. The "Contact Adobe" page contains 2 scroll down menus for problem definition, but they weirdly do not open any contact form. There is a phone support number but it's irrelevant. The instructions below the 2 scroll down menus suggest going to the "Adobe support programs" page which leads to the PoE support page I was talking about. The final option in the contact page is this:
"For faster service:
You must register your software to get product support. Register now"
But dumbly, when I try to register my product it refuses reporting back that my product is already registered. Okay, what next? There is nothing left to do at the page!
Okay, here is the issue. I have installed PhotoShop Elements 6 from a disc that came with my Genius graphics tablet (does this make any sense?). Using Windows 7. The system requirements are doubtlessly met. The video card is ATI Radeon HD 5770. The program was installed properly. When I run it and choose the Editor, PhotoShop refuses to run it, and this error message pops up:
What does this mean? What other information do I need to provide in order to solve the problem? And who should I contact? Will it be solved here in this forum?

And here's an important detail: I've also tried installing PSE 8 and the same error occurred, so it's obviously not a compatibility issue.
I also tried the solutions provided in the help knowledge base concerning the same error, for PSE4 and CS2. But no use at all. The support staff didn't help me by anything other than suggesting the use of the knowledge base.
I did not comment on this thread since about a month, because I was busy with school during that time. I finished now and I'm ready to seek a solution for this problem!

I had already tried deleting the review slide itself, though Captivate wouldn't let me - it just hid it. I tried again using the method you recommended but the slide remained in the filmstrip, so I tried deleting again, then re-added it from the Quiz Settings page ... no joy, same behavior as before.
I checked the Advanced Interaction page and confirmed that all of the scored questions were configuredthe same way as the non-scored questions, with the only difference being the pool that they were drawing from.
Other thoughts? I am by no means a Captivate expert but this one really feels like it shouldn't be this hard, and I'm more than a little afraid that it's the file itself that's jacked up ...

Photoshop Elements 12 Editor not working after Registration

After installing & registering my Adobe Photoshop Elements 12, a week or so has passed since I last played with it. The Organizer still works fine, but the Editor sends me to a registration screen, which ultimately ends up telling me to ensure the Internet is working (it is) or retry. Any idea what's up? I've tried restarting the computer, uninstalling/re-installing the software, and the ever popular, waited on the phone for 45 minutes until I got so tired of the music (no one ever picked up) that I just gave up. Thank You for Your Support!

THE EDITOR HAS SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING ON MY ELEMENTS 12. ALL I KEEP GETTING IS " PHOTOSHOP EDITOR HAS STOPPED WORKING, WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND INFORM YOU IF IT FINDS A SOLUTION ". WE ALL KNOW THAT WINDOWS NEVER FINDS A. SOLUTION FOR ANYTHING. PLEASE HELP.

Photoshop Elements 11 Editor not working

Everytime i try to open photoshop editor i get a message saying stopped working i need help please

You won't lose any photos or catalogs by reinstalling (there's no repair install). However, before you do that, try restarting the editor while holding down ctrl+alt+shift (command+option+shift on a mac). Keep the keys down till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do.

I am in Elements 12 - and I cannot open the Editor - it says elements editor not working - any suggestionjs?

Has anyone experienced Editor not working - and got an answer from Adobe?

Try this DNS ...
Open System Preferences > Network > Advanced > DNS
Click + and type:
208.67.222.222
Click + again and do the same.
208.67.220.220
Click OK.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and premiere elements 12 does not work. On adobe.com it shows that the serial number I received is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9. I have purchased those products in the past, but just recently upgraded to elements 12. I can use the the photoshop organizer, but can't open the photoshop editor.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Scroll bar on editor not working

I recently upgraded to phtoshop elments 11.0 to 13.0
In the editor mode I cannot use the scroll bar. The scroll bar works fine in the orgnizaer mode. I have tried three different mouses and there is no difference.

I am using Windows 7 Professional
In the organizer portion the scroll bar moves. When I put my mouse or
arrow on the scroll bar and drag it then of course I move through the different
rows of folders or rows of pictures once in the photo bin.
It was doing it with Photoshop Elements 11.0 and I thought 13.0 might fix
the problem and the scroll bar did move on the first try but not since then.
When I try and load the photo bin and I am choosing the right folder to
load the scroll bar just does not move. I can select the right folder by
using my up and down arrow or the page up and down and then click on the right
folder and then it loads.
Once I get the right folder of pictures loaded and once I finish the first
row of pictures I cannot use my mouse and arrow to drag the scroll bar
down to get to the next row of pictures. I can place my arrow on my mouse
below the scroll bar and got to the next row but I usually get only half the
picture and sometimes only 1/4 of it but I can usually get it loaded up and
edit the pictures and move on the next picture but it is very slow and
frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated.
I protested to an adobe supervisor and I got an e-mail and somebody is
supposed to call me tomorrow so hopefully then can log on to my computer and
see what I am talking about.
Sound like something got corruped in the editor mode only. I tried 3
different mouses and even the computer mouse and no difference.

Premiere elements 11- PitchShifter not working?

Pitch shifter in Premiere elements 11 is not working as good as it was in Premiere elements 7. Here's some of my issues:
When I change the pitch, the end of the audio is cut off/out of sync
When a clip is short, the audio won't play if it has the pitch shifter effect
When I split a clip with pitch shifter applied, the audio skips
I would like it if the pitchshifter would be more like the one that was in premiere elements 7.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 does not work with Yosemite 10.10

My Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 does not work with Yosemite 10.10 nor does my Premier Elements 12. When I try to start them up I get the error message. After uninstalling and reinstalling a few times its still the same. Strangely enough PSE 11 seem to work with Yosemite. I uninstalled my Premier Elements as well and it behave the same way. How do I get a new copy of Premier Elements 12 to reinstall?

Just to further test what is happening to my iMac on Yosemite is I downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CC and when I go to launch it it gives mr the same error message as when I try to launch PES 12 or Premier Elements 12. So whatever the problem is it involves all three and so upgrading to Photoshop CC doesn't even help. Could there be an Adobe file damaged or missing somewhere that is common to these and yet does not effect Revel and Lightroom?

Graphical editor not working

Hi,
SAP Graphical editor not working. I am getting the following error.
EU_SCRP_WN32 : timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'
Last week its sucessfully working but suddenly happen this issue... This problem in development server only. In production server is sucessfully working.
Please advise...

It looks to be RFC connection issue.
Refer to various solutions described in below SAP note

Workaround
You can prevent the termination of the RFC connection by increasing the value of the timeout parameter for the relevant RFC destination. Call transaction SM59, choose the TCP/IP connection "EU_SCRP_WN32" and branch to the "Special Options" tab page. In the section "Keep-Alive-Timeout" select the option "Specify Timeout" and enter a longer wait time (for example, 300 seconds). Undo this change once you use the corrected program version.

I am having the same issue except that my premiere elements code worked great, but the photoshop elements key failed. Ugh.

Elements 10 canvas not working with tiff images; works fine with jpegs. What to do?

Elements 10 canvas not working with tiff images; works fine with jpegs. What to do? It does not allow me to add a colored canvas, only a blank canvas.

Perhaps some of the tiffs are already layers.
In other words, since jpegs don't support layers, they all ways open with one locked background layer, but the tiff format does
support layers so the tiffs don't have to have a locked background layer and can already be a regular layer that supports transparency.
For the tiffs you could add a new color fill layer below and use the color you want the enlarged canvas to be.
On pse 10 look at the bottom of the layers panel for the new adjustment of fill layer icon
