PSE9 - album - Other templates?

Hi,
I'm new on PSE9, having used before PSE3. I am creating a web gallery on my hard drive using the "Globe 3D" template from PSE9.
In the result, I cannot see how to spin the globe: in general, as soon as the mouse is over the globe, the image pops up. At one point in time, I had the globe spining instead of the image popping up, which was good, but I don't know how I did it. I tried various combinations of shift, alt, ctrl, right or left click..
Note: I tried with different PC (XP, Win7), different browsers (Mozilla, IE) and have same unstable results (one time it works, the other it doesn't).
EDIT: Found it: keeping the mouse pressed and moving slow enough for the program to react
My question: is there somewhere a way to add web gallery templates to PSE9? I was used to the PSE3 "classic" templates, and I don't see in PSE9 a template as simple and easy to browse. My preference would be to have a rapid navigation in thumbnails and the option to expand in full screen display and navigate full screen from there, with the text options from PSE3 (possibility to add a few lines of info) : I don't see such a template in PSE9. And the Globe 3D template is sooo hungry in processing power!
(Last comment: Very counter intuitive to have to make double right click instead of left click to select a template! I am losing lots of times from the PSE ergonomy failures...)

If you don't want to use a remote with your computer the easiest thing to do is just to turn the IR off. (System Preferences > Security > General, click on the Advanced button in the bottom right corner - If the button is greyed out, click on the lock icon and enter your administrators password)
If you still want to use your computer remote then you must pair your computers remote with the computer AND the Apple TV remote with the Apple TV.
To pair a remote with a device hold down the menu and FF buttons together for six seconds or until you see a chain icon on screen (best take the computer into another room, or turn it off, when you do this)

Kudos! I too am frustrated about this change to my personal page. I also know Apple is not to blame. I also manage a page for the company I work for using pages app. And that app is UN affected and I can choose from any photo stored on my phone (4). I do keep them seperate so I can keep a professional aspect for the company. But if you want your personal page linked to your public or work page, this maybe the work around your looking for.

Just bought LR pages from The Turning Gate. There is some info on their
website about combining LR pages with other templates. But I already
get stuck reading this information. Is there someone who would explain

If you have Numbers '09 there is a Checking Register template that might suit.
Numbers can open Excel templates and documents. Do a web search for checking register spreadsheet.

Loss of Album & other tags after conversion of catalog from PSE6

I just installed PSE 8 while retaining PSE 6 as permitted by installation instructions. Converted catalog from PSE 6 which had JPGs, TIFs & RAW files in it. Everything looked ok for a minute. I did some editing of Preferences, none of which overtly would affect the album & other tages, but when I returned to the catalog, the images were there without any of the album tags or other tags. The only Album remaining in the list was the "last six months." Can someone please explain this and more importantly recommend a solution? Many Thanks.

There is one known issue where the tags and albums in the Organize pane are missing, while the thumbnails continue to show the tag icons under them. If you're sure that the thumbnails don't have the tag icons under them, then my only suggestion is to convert the PSE 6 catalog again using File > Catalog > Convert.

Photos in albums that were transferred from your computer via the iTunes sync/transfer process are removed the same way. Move the photo or photos you want to delete from the selected album or folder of photos on your computer followed by a sync.

Album page template horizontal, my photos are vertical

Hi Y'all
I am using the Layered Paper template (iweb '09) for an artist's website and on the photo album page I add an album from iphoto with 3 vertical pictures and the "thumbnail" on the My Album page crops the vertical pix into a horizontal pix, cutting the top and bottom off the pix. On the actual album page all the pictures are working fine, no crop. All the pictures in this album are vertical. How can I deal with this?

Flash Prof. CS5 simple photo album/slideshow template

I am trying to use the "simple photo album" template that comes with Flash Prof. CS5. I have it working except I want it to play by default. I finally got it to work, but had to edit the action script because it seemed to have a logic error. Here is the action script I finally used; maybe this will help you:

Looking for a cd album artwork template/s

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help. I've bought adobe cs4 master collection and I've got also the 'classroom in a book' guide. I want to design some album artwork. I wondered if anyone knew of any album artwork I could download to use as a template to design my own. I'm totally new to this software, so this would hopefully make things much more easy to get my head around and I can then refer to the book as I go along... and it would be the right size etc.

You can delete the art you do not need and then duplicate the artboards you do need using the artboard panel it will copy the guides and content as well.
You can rearrange them as well name them and reorder them. You have to do each duplication one at a time. But three easy duplication and you have a 16 pager.
A printer would have to use an imposing software to arrange it for output.If you made each page an arboard and placed your guides and then duplicated those artboards and then arrange them so they where paired like spreads you could export the file then to a multipage pdf and the printer could pass that easily to an imposing software.
imposing is the way the printer arranges the pages so they print on two sides of a larger paper. Then once printed they fold the paper trim it and then stitch it into a brochure so page 1 and 2 and 3 are as they should be.

Is it possible to add other templates to the print module?

If so, how? And is it possible to make a "package." In other words a template with multiple pages.
For instance drop in one image and have it auto populate say 1 8x10 2 5x7 4 4x6 and 16 wallets on 81/2" x 11" sheets.
Would be really great if you didn't have to leave Lightroom to print basic school packages.

It would work for me if it didn't mix and match on a page. But, it would need to be able to have a "package" of multiple pages. Just something basic. Not looking for a full fledged program or rip.

NWDI CTC ran successfully, any other templates needed to run?

I ran the CTC template and it completed successfully. The domain is setup for CMS. However the CMS inbox directory is not setup in the file system. Are there any other steps required to setup the inbox? Do I need to run any additional templates?

Use pages from other templates...not just the one you chose.

Is there a way to choose a page from another template besides the one I started with. For example if I choose the "School Report" template, but want to also use a page from the "Lesson Plan" template, how can I do this. If you click add new page, it only gives you the initial template pages. I tried opening a new template and copying and pasting the page I wanted, but it does not work.

My guess is that it's because the objects are floating ones.
If you switch them as inline one, you will be able to copy the page, sometimes after inserting section breaks.
