Purcahse document cannot be released after PO reject using ME29N

Hi gurus/experts,
is it SAP standard behaviour that once PO was rejected using ME9N, the PO document cannot be release anymore ?
if that is tha case, how can an approval reject the approval so that the release status can go back to previous release code ?

It is possible to go back into ME29N and cancel the rejection, then the purchase order is available for approval again. The reject icon will change to a reverse rejection button after the rejection is done..
Normal process is after rejection the buyer will cancel the rejection, make any necessary changes and save. This will return the purchase order for approval. The buyers changes may reset the entire approval process if they exceed the conditions configured for resetting the approvals.

Create Rejection Note after approval/rejection using Ztranscation.

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to create a Rejection Note when a document is rejected using a SAP Transaction.
I mean I would call a Z Transaction to show the details and have the approve/reject buttons on which the approver can action them directly.
Now, when rejected, I would like to advance with dialog and immediately pop up to capture the reason for rejection.
Please advice.

NO, you do NOT do a direct table update on EKKO to fix a little problem like this - or to fix any problem.
The release strategy for your POs is set up for each PO order type in config. Ask your functional consultant why this is not set in the way you expect.

Cannot cancel release stratigy after output is printed

I has been configuration output for PO ( print auto after release stratigy)
After I release stratigy there is a scenario that user need to cancel release stratigy
But the system is error not allow to cancel release stratigy after output is printed
What's I miss? thank you very much.
I release stratigy using ME29N and cancel using ME29N and ME28 also.

Cannot edit properties after overwriting file in a document library

I am (programmatically) overwriting a file in a document library after which none of the metadata fields can be edited either programmatically or manually:
Edit Properties -> change something -> Save
There is no error, just none of the metadata fields will actually update. To overwrite the file, I am using copy.asmx webservice. I get the same result when overwriting via REST, or just doing a plain http PUT. I also tried list.asmx webservice to update metadata.
As long as I don't overwrite a file, everything works great.
This is Sharepoint 2010. Versioning is off, checkout is not required. "Overwriting" means there is an existing file, previously uploaded manually or with copyservice and the new file has the same name.
Has anybody seen this behavior? (or managed to get a sharepoint document library file into a similar state).

According to your post, my understanding is that after uploading file using the Copy.asmx web service, you could not edit the properties.
I had used the following code to upload the file, after that to edit the properties, it worked without any issue.

Did the issue occur in other libraries?
You can create new library to check whether it works, maybe the library had been corrupted.

Material document cannot be processed in MBST trasanction

Hi,
We want to cancel a Material Document Number 4906026157/2010, but system is giving an error message:
Material document cannot be processed
Message no. M7130
Scenerio: - User rejected the material by 122 mvmt. for rework on this material, after that material is not showing in MMBE.
When are doing now MBST, showing above mentioned error.
Plz guide..

This material document was generated through the posting of a physical inventory document, a delivery via Shipping, or some other automatic movement (such as an order confirmation in PP or a usage decision in QM) and cannot be processed with this function.
System response
In this transaction, the system can only cancel a material document if the latter was created using an Inventory Management transaction.
Procedure
Cancel the material document in the component that created the document.
You can only reverse the goods movement created through the posting of a physical inventory document by carrying out a new physical inventory for the relevant material. You can reverse a delivery effected via Shipping using transaction VL09.
Here please check whether by any of the above process this has got created or not?

The sales document cannot be blocked

Hi,
Our client has deleted some shipment directly from the R/3 system. The Client is using CRM System for Sales and Marketing. Now whenever we are opening the system in the change mode it is giving error "The sales document cannot be blocked" Error Message v1043.
This is happening for some material. We have checked the Notes and found some. We came to know that the shipment related to the order has been forcefully deleted from the r/3 system after releasing the shipment.
Can anybody tell me is there any way to solve the issue without applying notes.

As our friend says check the schedule line first is it confirmed order qty and try delivery before that see if you have any delivery block in order if you don't have any block in sales order, once you get that error double click and see what response you get from performance assistant, see if you could locate the area were u get the problem.

'Contacts' folder with sub folder cannot be removed after synching via iTunes
I am trying to remove a 'Contacts' subfolder
ie Contacts < default folder
- Contacts Mysubfolder 1 < Trying to remove this subfolder folder
via my microsoft outlook onto my iPhone.
Despite not having 'Contacts Mysubfolder 1' on my PC's outlook after deleting it, it does not delete the subfolder in my iPhone.
I even restored my iPhone settings to the original via iTunes.
I also replaced my physical iPhone but still synching with my original Apple ID + iTunes on the same desktop.
All I did was after replacement of my iP, i setup my microsoft Exchange account, and there it was, the Contacts subfolder which is no longer around, appears on my iPhone contacts folder list.
My outlook is on Microsoft exchange and I am on iP 3Gs

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you are running 64-bit Windows and the above steps haven't helped try installing the version of iTunes that can be downloaded from this support document. iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)
If you still have no luck try reinstalling iTunes 12.0, links in the user tip.

PR created on 23.04.2009 then PO Created against it , again PR was dereleased now again when going for release of PR system is providing the error as mentioned above.

The volume for "documents" cannot be found.

i restarted my laptop today after getting the newest security update and found that every icon on my screen is gone except the "Macintosh HD" icon. i opened up the HD icon and tried to click on the Documents folder on the left, but the message "the volume for 'documents' cannot be found" pops up.
then i tried to restart the computer in safe mode, and repair disk with disk repair utility on the installation disk, but nothing worked...!
i'm more of a windows user than a mac user, so it's safe to say i am now clueless as to what to do next...
midterms are coming up and i need my notes in Documents to study....

It sounds like you're saying that everything appears to be working normally, but you can't find of your files? If so, I'd start by doing a search for files you know should exist (using Spotlight, the Search window, or a Smart Folder--command-option N). It's possible that somehow things simply got accidentally moved into places they shouldn't be. If that's the case, you might just need to find them and move them back where they they should be.

If you made backups of all of your photos and your catalog file using some third-party method (i.e. not using the PSE catalog backup command), then you should be able to restore everything.
Step 1. Put the photos in the EXACT SAME LOCATION as before. For example, if they were in subfolders of C:\Users\<username>\Documents, then they must go into the exact same subfolders of C:\Users\<username>\Documents.
Step 2. Move the catalog file to wherever you want it to be, and then double-click on it.

Cannot open iTunes after upgrade due to missing .dll file

I cannot open iTunes after a recent upgrade.
The error is "Applepushservice.dll is missing. Please reinstall iTunes." Which I have now done 8 times.
I have uninstalled everything, clear the cache and rebooted.
Now what? Can I download the file from somewhere else and if so, where do I install it?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Got prompt "the location of the document cannot be determined" then presentation GONE!

I'm freaking out! I hope someone can help.
I started getting the prompt "the location of the document cannot be determined" as well as asking me where the movie "VIBCPart1" was, which I thought was odd, as that was the name of the presention - not a movie file. Then Keynote froze - that is, I couldn't save anything and it making me force quit it, and I did.
When I went back to open it the entire preso was just gone - not in the folder at ALL. I did a search - nothing. I do have a duplicate for a backup but I did 12 hours of work on this project today - and I use Backblaze so Time Machine was turned off. And yep, there is some kind of problem with Backblaze! I await their response at this point.
I have a lot of videos in my Keynotes - I often split my presentations up into smaller parts because of that to avoid huge files. I suspect this one got big. In any case, if anyone has any ideas on recovery and how to avoid in the future, I'd be very grateful! Thank you in advance!

Only lately this started to happen to me as well. Problem happens in all iWork applications. Fortunately the apps never locked up completely.
When I try to save a document, I get the dialog that the location could no be found and whether I want to Save As... When doing a Save As the original file is still there and the dialog prompts for overwrite permission. I could save my documents. Just the other day Keynote magically found the document location again when I cancelled the dialog and then right clicked on the document title. The path to the document is correctly listed. I clicked the enclosing folder name on the popup (which did not open, resp. the Finder did not come to front), but a subsequent Save (command-S) worked
Very strange and deeply troubling.
Another observation: after it happended some days ago I ran Disk Utiltiy Verify and it found some problems, which I repaired successfully. Just now I had the very same issue again and right away ran a disk verify. AGAIN issues with the disk (Incorrect block cound for a file, volume bitmap needs minor repair for orphaned bocks, invalid volume free block count). Could this be SSD related (MBP Retina with 750GB original Apple SSD)?
