Purchase not recieved, but charged anyway.  no response

hi, i cant seem to find any info on this...
i made an in app purchase and didnt receive what i paid for, assumed the sale didnt go through, but then got a receipt.
first, i contacted the maker of the app (blizzard) and they confirmed the sale didnt go through, but said i had to take it up with apple as the transaction was made through them.
used the "report a problem" link on the receipt two days ago from my iphone and explained the problem, but no confirmation email and no response in 24 hours, so i did the same again from my mac and still no confirmation email or response 24 later.
am i being impatient?  usually theres some kind of "we got your mail, we'll look into it" automated response in these types of situations.
thanks for any insight you can give me.

You should, I think (I haven't used the 'report a problem' site), have got a confirmation email, as well as a 'proper' email within 24 hours (you've checked the apse folder as well as the inbox ?)
You could also try contacting iTunes Support via this page (and include the order number, which should be on the receipt or from your purchase history on your computer's iTunes)  : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • TS1424 iPhone in-app purchase not credited but charged.

    I was charged 3 times for an in-app purchase for Bejeweled Blitz and received an error 2 of the 3 times for the purchase from my iPhone, so I was not aware that I was charged 3 times until I checked my iTunes account today.  I was only credited from Bejewled Blitz with one charge of $1.99 for 270,000 coins.  I need $1.99 times 2 credited back from them or the points added (270,000 coins for $1.99).

  • Purchases not recieved

    I purchased points for the Bubble Safari game 3 times and was charged for the points but did not recieve te points on my game. I recieved a reciept and my credit card was chrged but I did not get the points on my game. I purchased 7 cash for 99cents 2 times and 40 cash for $4.99 on my ipod touch and did not recieve any of the cash on my game.

  • Unsuccessful in app purchase, but charged anyway

    I used the in app purchase to buy lp in sims, confirmed buy but it would not connect to store.  I did it again and it was successful, but I've now been charged twice.  When I click on report a problem on the receipt email it says the http in not available, so can I do anything about it or is it just an expensive in app purchase, that I need to avoid in future?

  • Pod not recognised but charges

    Odd one possibly. My Ipod is no longer recognised on my G4 in anyway, neither iTunes or on the desktop. I have tried plugging into both Firewire and USB but no joy.
    However, it does charge. I don't think there is a problem with the ports since my girfriends pod is recognised on both USB and Firewire
    I have tried re-booting the computer, reseting my pod, attached and not to the computer. Still not recognised by it does charge.
    Any ideas what next?

    Yes my pod has been recognized unfailingly for a year with Disk mode enabled I think, and has always been ilnked to this iTunes.
    I haven't tried another computer and I think it's the do not disconnect display when connected.
    I haven't tried connecting with iTunes closed, then opening once attached but I figured re-booting with attached might be similar.

    I have never had an account but signing up for t the trial it said i had and wasn't elidible, then charged me the 99 cents anyway.

    Make sure all of the videos used in the project that is having that problem are from the same event. If they are from multiple events, move them all into one event.

    Open the iTunes Store and navigate to the payment information to verify the billing information. If you do not believe that the charges came from you, then report them to the iTunes Store.

  • Ipod shuffle not recognized but charges

    I have an IPod shuffle 4th gen and when plug it in,  it charges but it not recognized by my computer or Itunes. The cable i used is new however, this problem has not occured previously.
    When i connect it, it does come up with the orange light. It still plays music but i can't sync it with my itunes

    This problem started when you started using your new USB docking cable?  If it worked before with you old cable, and does not now with the new cable, and nothing else changed in your computer's setup, such as new USB devices or connecting through a USB hub, then the cause is likely to be the cable.  The connector has separate points of contact for data and power, so it is possible for it to charge while not connecting for data.

    Even though, when I sign in, the URL implies "GB", the prices always default to USD.

    "USER_STORE_COUNTRY_MISMATCH" seems to be the source of the problem.

    USER_STORE_COUNTRY_MISMATCH 

    No kglad, I've searched, but there is no option to set the Store.  One can set the Preferred Communication Language, but that's about as close as it gets.
    I spent some time in a LiveChat with three different operators last night.  It seems this is a known issue that has been around for a while.  I was told to "try again after 4 hours" - ie: after midnight UTC.
    Now, some 12 hours after I was given that instruction, I have just tried to purchase, and I still receive the same results with the error message that includes "USER_STORE_COUNTRY_MISMATCH".
    Is there any way to escalate this issue to someone in Adobe?
    For the record, I have attempted this on multiple computers, in different locations, on different networks, using both Internet Explorer and Chrome, and I have flushed my cookies.

    You can still help them set up an Apple ID without payment information so that they can download free items through the iTunes store though. The steps for performing that can be found in the following article:

    You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen after you tap the store button in the top corner of the iBook app on your iOS device.
    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
