Purchase Order Request: (Third party -- XI-- SRM)

Hi,
We have the following scenario:
Purchase order is send from our application to XI and then from XI to SRM. This purchase order will have a unique ID (our application assigns the ID). We would like SRM to send back Purchase Order Confirmation, and this PO Confirmation to have a unique PO number generated by SRM as well as its associated request unique ID (the one our application assigned to it).
1. First of all, is this scenario possible?
2. If it is possible, do we have to create our own purchaseOrderRequest_In interface in XI or can we use the standared purchaseOrderRequest_In interface to send the request from XI to SRM?
3. What do we need to do for PurchaseOrderConfirmaton to be sent from SRM to XI?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Karma

Hi Karma,
This is standard scenario of SRM SUS(Supplier Self Service) .
Where SAP sends Purchase Order to SRM SUS via XI through standard setting .
In this, unique number is assigned in SRM SUS that  will be stamped while comming from SRM SUS to SAP Purchase Order's  tracking number field .
Only we have to map in standard XI PurchaseOder_In Interface in XI .

  • Changes carry forward from sales order to Purchase order in third partysale

    Hi,
My requirement to carry forward the changes in sales order to Purchase order in third party sale and vice versa.
As we know most of the changes we do in sales order, get refelected in purchase requestion because PR get created automatically from SO but PO we create manually in third party scenario.
Now my requirement to refelect the changes (changes qty, request delivery dale, adding or delition item etc.) from SO to PO and text message from PO to sales order automatically.
    Please guide me.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reply.
In third party PR gets created automatically but PO gets create manually. So changes get refelect in PR only not in PO.
Can you give me the solution for completing this task.

You should use a user exit such as MV45AFZZ to do this. Get an ABAPer to help you do this.
You'll need to read the unrestricted stock level for the material in question and if that level is less than the order quantity, then you would need to change the item category of the material to BANS. this will prompt the creation of purchase requisition for the material.
You'll need to set up the item category assignment table to add BANS as a manual entry. You will also need to ensure that you create a purchasing information record as well as a source list for your material and vendor. You will need to set up the program behind transaction ME59 in a daily batch job (this converts the purchase requisition which is automatically generated from the sales order) into a purchase order.

    Please award points if helpful.

  • Purchase order ship to party no at item level

    Hi All,
I am able to get Ship To Party Address from ADRC table(Iam getting ADRNR from EKPO) But my client requirement is to get the KUNNR and not the address.
Is there any way to get KUNNR based on ADRNR at item level .I have search through the (KNA1 , LFA1 , VBPA , EKPA , EKPV ) But I couldn't get the relationship (KUNNR).
Actually Iam not able to get who the Ship To Party is at item level.
If we take it as shipping address of the purchasing party i could't find it in T001W.Where as if it is header it is maintained in T001W.
Do we have to take it as Third Party Ship to Party (i.e purchasing for a third party and shipping it directly to them).
Can anybody help me on this.PLZ.This is very urgent.
    Thanks,
    Saritha.

  • Control load order of third-party menulets / menu extras at startup

Does anyone know how to control or adjust the load order of third-party menulets / menu extras at startup? I am using the latest update to Tiger.

There are two types of third-party menulets: those that use Apple's sanctioned "NSStatusItem" (which is not as full featured as Apple's menulets) and those that use the reversed-engineered (and unpublished) "NSMenuExtra" which is exactly what Apple's menulets use. The method for arranging these in your menubar depend on the type:
    1) Apple and "NSMenuExtra" menulets: hold down the command key (and keep it down) and you can click and drag these in the order your like.
    2) "NSStatusItem" menulets: these are added to left side of the the other menulets in the order they are launched. If these applications are in your "Login Items" then OS X launches these simultaneously, which means those that launched "quicker" will end up towards the right, and others will end up towards the left. The only real solution to controlling this order is to control the launch order by writing an AppleScript for each one that puts in an artificial delay before launch. Then, use these AppleScripts as your Login Items instead.

  • Purchase order to sales order without third party

    Hi,
I have a requirement, we have one trading plant (depot)  the process is first we create the sales order as per or quoted sales price  then for each sales order we create one PO on our vendor,  the material is same as per sales order only,  so is there any option for creating PO ref. to saels order  but this is not the third party because first we purchase material at our end  then we dispacth from out plant  the sales price and purchase price are different ,  like in case of third party when we create the sales order in background one PR is generated ref. to that we can create the PO  then all Item and price comes as per PR with delivery address to customer ,  we dont want to follow this.
    regards,
    zafar

    Hi,
I try by changing the item category to BANC  then i create sales order  after that in background one PR is generated  but it is with account assignmen tcategory X,  when i made PO and GR with this PR the material  is directly posted to consumtion account , we dont want to post directly to consumtion  so insted of changing it manual  in account assignment , is there any option to create the PR without account assignment category  and with a different PR type as per our configuration,  also the same is not reflecting  in the sales order document flow.
second we try to create make to order  with MD50 but here it required to create the PR  for each sales order item  can we create one PR  for total sales order.

  • Issue with purchase requisition for third party order (Item category S)

    Hello Experts,
When I am trying to create purchase requisition with document type NB , item category S (third party) , I am nokt able to assign source of supply as contracts.
That means when I click on the assign source of supply button , I am seeing only info records although I have contracts cretated for that vendor/material combination.
How can I assign contract as a source of supply instead of infor records ?
    Please help.

You have to assign the contract in source list and make it Fix
use ME01 transaciton to assign the contract in the source list
and make sure that contract is release if you have release strategy activated

  • Third party -- XI -- SRM Scenario,

    Hi SRM experts,
We have a third party sending XML PO Request with external reference ID to XI, map it to SRM PO Request, and send to SRM. What we would want the SRM to do is to process the incoming request, generate  a PO number, and send back an XML PO confirmation with the external reference ID and newly generated PO number.
In R/3, I know we have to set up partner profiles, ports, and message control to automate the creation and sedning of order response for an incoming order request. Are there equivalent configurations we can do in SRM? If yes, where can we do that? Basically I would like to create an output determination when a PO is created in SRM, so that the PO is sent to the third party application via XI.
Has anyone have any suggestion on this? or encountered similar scenario?
    Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Karma

    Hello Karma,
What is the "PO Request" ? Is it same scenarion with this ?

  • Purchase Requisition for Third party direct

    Hi Experts,
When I am creating a third party direct sales order, a purchase requisition will be automatically triggered from it.
I can see the purchase requisition number in the item details (schedule lines) of sales order.
Please tell me how can I change the source of supply. For me it is defualt as purchase info record but I want to use Contracts instaed of infor records.
Can anybody tell Is there any customizing settings for it ?
    Thanks.
    Nishant.

You shouldn't have to do any config settings.  This is standard.  So create your contract and release it.  In the source list add the vendor and enter the contract number in the agreement field and subject it to MRP as well as fixing the vendor and blocking the other vendor in the source list.  Re run MRP and the purchase reqs will reference the contracts.  Make sure the validity date of both the contract the the line item in the source list are long enough to capture all reqs.

  • Link between Inbound Delivery and Sales Order for Third Party

    Greetings Gurus,
My client is using a third party business model in a retail setting that fulfills sales order via purchase req --> PO --> Inbound delivery with GR posting --> customer billing document created through batch based on the delviery quantity ('G' in item billing relavence) --> vendor invoice reciept happens subsquently.
My question is this, is there an inexpensive (performance wise) way to link the customer billing and the inbound delivery?
Since the inbound is not in the doc flow i don't think VBFA will suffice. I think the best route would be via schedule line back up, but i have yet to find a link.
There are process implications for this link for reporting and customer service which are a critical to the business. Point will be rewarded for sound advice.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Daneil,
Through the document flow VBFA you can capture the PO number and the link for what you have asked can be found from table EKBE. check out for field BELNR.

  • I purchased my iMac using the same (and only) Apple ID I use to purchase apps. Third-party apps update fine, but the apps that came with my iMac (iPhoto, iMovie, etc) bring up a message saying I have to log in with the account I used to purchase them.

I used my only Apple ID to purchase my iMac (Intel-based one).  I've never been able to update core apps that came with it.  I can update third party apps I've bought (like Coda), but when I try to update Garage Band, iPhoto, iMovie and so on, a popup message appears saying "You have updates available for other accounts" and "Log in with the account you used to purchase this app in order to update it", or similar (see screenshot above).
The OS seems to get its updates fine - it's just the core apps from the App Store.
I've only ever had one Apple ID, so I have no idea what to do.  I went to ask the Genius bar at my local Apple store, and they couldn't help, and insisted that I must have purchased the iMac using a different account, but I definitely didn't.  There are a few posts on non-Apple forums of this happening to other people, so it must be a rare bug.
I'm a little concerned it may affect my ability to update from Lion to Mountian Lion.  Can anyone help?
    Dan

Have you done a Disk Repair and a Disk Permissions Repair?
If that doesn't resolve the problem I would suggest calling customer support about this issue as it is most likely on their (Apple's) end that the problem exists.
