purchased an audiobook on my mini, says downloaded but can't find it anywhere..
When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your iTunes library.

Did you look in the Music app? Tap on the More tab at the bottom and see if it is in there.

I've purchased a movie...Nebraska...I believe it completed downloading, but I can't find in any of the files.
What did you download it on ? If you downloaded it on your Mac then it should be in the Movies part of your library. If you downloaded it on your iOS device then it should be in its Videos app. Is that where you've looked ?

You can import your camera roll to your computer using your usb cable as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
If you're upgrading your phone, I would recommend that you backup your old phone to your computer using iTunes. Restoring an iTunes backup to your new phone will be much faster than restoring an iCloud backup, and possibly more reliable too.
To back it up to iTunes, connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, then go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now. The go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
When setting up your new phone, when given the option, choose Restore from iTunes Backup and restore this backup to your new phone. It will include your camera roll and other data; restoring the backup will will also sync your apps and other iTunes media from your iTunes library to your new phone. -
I don't understand how to download an attachment on an email, on my iPad. It counts down as if downloaded, but I can't find it? What am I doing wrong?
What kind of attachment you are trying to download? After downloading, it should appear with the icon of the program that mostly likely will open it.

Hi Matt: Thanks for your reply. The extension list has lightening 3.3.3 and and provider for google calendar 1.04 but the options button is not there for provider. If lightening is the way to get my google calendar, and it is listed but doesn't seem to do anything, what am I missing? Is there something in addition to Lightening to bring the calendar in?
