Purchases not showing up

My purchases are not showing under itunes.  I have hundreds and only 2 show

Be sure the iphone uses the same Apple ID/itunes account as that on the ipad.  If you use different IDs on two devices, then purchased items on one device cannot be downloaded to the other device short of buying it again.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores, check each device to be sure the ID is the same.

    Hi I have set up a test shop, and succesfully can make payments via paypal standard yet these purchases and activity not showing up in admin live feed, am I fogetting to do something?
    Hope someone can help, determined to get this solved.

    Make sure that the payments are marked as PayPal Succeeded and not Pending
    or something like that, because then they won't show up in the live feed.

  • Family purchases not showing in purchase history

    There is a purchase history, but it only shows the items i purchased not the items other family members have purchased on my account. I need to see items that are purchased listed, an email is not enough record.
    Also why the **** would I need to repurchase all the music i added to ITunes over the years that are no longer showing on my history. it should show the whole life history of purchased after all I paid for it...

  • 2013 iTunes purchases not showing up in iCloud

    I've been browsing through discussions for days on iCloud issues, but I haven't come across one quite like mine.
    In iTunes, I have an extensive library of Music and Movies purchased through the iTunes store, all purchased under the same Apple ID.  I've double checked this, as you can "Get info" on any file in the library, and it will confirm the date of purchase as well as the Apple ID used.  Also, I've had the same Apple ID since I got my first iPod in 2004, it's never changed.
    I've recently noticed that in iCloud, I cannot view anything that was purchased in 2013.  The last file that appears was purchased Dec 30, 2012, and there a quite a few files purchased after that which are not showing up.  They appear fine in my iTunes library, they play fine on my PC, but when I try to access them through my iPhone or my Apple TV, they do not appear.  I've double checked Hidden Purchased; I've made sure "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases" is selected.  I've restarted iTunes, my PC, and my iOS devices a dozen times, but I cannot get these files to show up in iCloud.  And I will repeat that I've verified that they were purchased under the same Apple ID.  (I don't have another Apple ID to sign into, and I've been using the same password since 2011).
    The only difference I can find between the files showing up, and the files not showing up, is that the ones at show up all have a purchase date before January of 2013, and the ones that don't show up all have a purchase date of January 2013 or later.  My only hypothesis is that recently a lot of Digital Copy carriers which offer both iTunes Digital Copy and Ultraviolet have made customers sign into their own accounts before entering the redemption code into iTunes.  Are these distribution companies somehow stealing the streaming rights from Apple by doing this?  I don't have any evidence to support this, it's simply my only thought.
    Does anyone else have the same 2013 purchases issue?

    Just thought I'd mention that since 2014, everything I download has been working fine.  I've purchased two iTunes digital copies this year sofar, both of which appear in my iTunes Library, in iCloud, on my AppleTV, in my list of Purchases, and on my iPhone.  Yet... I still cannot access anything purchased in 2013 except on my PC.  And I'm using the same account I've been using all along.
    I find this to be very strange, but maybe it's just me.

    Yesterday I redeemed a 25 dollar USD ITunes gift card.
    I used it to purchase two movies.
    The second movie I purchased (Brick) ended up using a cross between iTunes credit and my credit card.
    Anyway, I can see it in my purchase history on my iPhone 4s.
    But you know how when you're on wifi it shows your purchases with a cloud icon?
    Brick for some reason does not show up. The other movie does but not Brick
    Tried rebooting and stuff
    (Shows on Apple TV)

    Hi WC, well as promised the results . . . . I redownloaded the triology (thanks support) but it made no difference. I still couldn't see The Bourne Identity in my Apple TV library (still all OK in library on my Mac). So ended up with two copies of all three films. So sent an email back to support this was their reply below (just received)

    I have reversed the charge for "The Ultimate Bourne Collection". In five to seven business days, a credit of 13.99 GBP should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

    So looks like even Apple iTunes support can't work it either. I'm gonna put the re embursment towards buying the four film bundle and hope that it works better. Thanks again for your help WC. BTW whilst wifey watches Pointless I record The Chase . . . . I like it better too.

  • Why is my recent purchase not showing up in my purchase history?

    I made a purchase and the parcel was shipped to me by UPS. I got confirmation that it is delivered to some dock in KY. I called the seller and they said it was shipped to eBay's secondary shipping area and it will be forwarded on to me (in Canada)... and I will get confirmation from eBay. They said to check my Purchase History in my eBay account and it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier. I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase. How do I contact someone from eBay to resolve this? Anybody else have a problem with things not showing up in their Purchase History?

The US seller is using the Global Shipping Program.She ships to Kentucky where the GSP/Pitney Bowes has a central processing plant.Her responsibility is now ended.it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier.Well sorta.PB/GSP does track all the parcels it is handling,but they are lax about letting the buyer know where the parcel is.This is NOT important.Emotionally it is upsetting, but all is normal.Your item has been processed for Canadian duty and sales tax in Kentucky.It was put on a truck with thousands of other eBay parcels going to Canada.(Other parcels sent to KY, were sorted and are now in containers on their way to Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Australia.)Once it crosses the border-- no customs delay because that was dealt with in KY-- it will be transferred to a Canadian carrier, usually Canada Post and sometimes CanPar.It will be delivered to your doorstep by the Canadian carrier. This will take upwards of 20 days from the day your payment cleared.If it takes longer, do NOT phone eBay, instead go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Recieved dispute.But this is very unlikely to be necessary because everything is underway as it should be.  I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase.This is the one statement that puzzles me.Go to your Paypal account. Tracking does nothing for a buyer but cost money. The sole useful purpose of tracking is to protect the seller against phoney claims of non-delivery. All the buyer is paying for is warm fuzzies. 

  • Issues with purchases not showing up in Purchased Playlist.

    Over the past week or so i have have noticed that my purchases are not showing up in my Purchased playlist on my iOS devices. They are syncing across devices but only being put under "Songs." I know i can manually add them to my Purchased playlist but that is such a pain. Anyone else having this issue?
    I am currently working on restoring my iPhone 5S to see if this helps but again this is a huge pain.

    Do you have automatic downloads turned on?  I think it's under iTunes menu >> preferences >> store.  Maybe turn on showing purchases in the cloud showing too.
    Could also click iTunes Store >> purchases (under quick links) >> music.  Does the missing music show there with cloud and down arrow?

  • Purchases not showing up on 2nd Mac

    I have 2 Macs and 1 App Store account.  I was able to download Lion on both my iMac and MacBook.  However, to go to Mountain Lion, the MacBook App Store is not showing my purchased apps and it appears to want me to purchase ML again.  This was not the case with Lion.  Any hints?

    Sign in to the App Store first to view purchased apps. From the App Store menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign In.

  • Iphone 4S iTunes music purchase not showing in iTunes on Mac

    I purchased a song on my iPhone 4S using the same iTunes account that I use on my MacPro running Lion and the latest version of iTunes.
    The purchased song shows up on my Mac iTunes under "purchased", but it does not show up in Music when I search for the song.
    I did confirm that the song did download to my Mac from the iTunes store automatically. I am an iCloud subscriber and all of my devices have been synched with iCloud.
    Why doesn't it show up in my regular music catalog on my Mac? Any suggestions to fix this are greatly appreciated.

    From your post I see that you have transferred your iTunes library to a new computer, and are wondering how to get that content imported into iTunes.  To accomplish this, please see the information and the article outlined below.
    Part 4 (optional): Add back new content
    Copy the iTunes Media folder you created in Part 2 into the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder inside the iTunes Media folder you copied in Part 3. iTunes will automatically import the content.

    Hi, despite my new iPhone 5 downloading previously purchased music from iCloud, my music library remains empty? Why won't the music show up?

    Are you referring to purchases on your iPhone not showing in your iTunes library on your computer?
    Make sure your computer is authorized and you are signed in to iTunes with the Apple ID the purchases were made with.
    Open iTunes on your computer > iTunes Store > Purchased (in Quick links section on the right)
    Download all your music by selecting the Music tab > All Songs > Click download all on bottom right.
    Now you can enable automatic dowloads so future purchases download automatically:
    Open itunes on your computer > Preferences > iTunes Store > enable automatic downloads

    I have a couple problems with an album and a song not showing up anywhere on my PC, but it says Purchased in the Store. The album is Wishmaster and the lone song is "While Your Lips are Still Red" each by Nightwish. I'd even be happy to purchase them again, I just want the music.

    I puchased an almbum via the iTuens store last night and I have the files.  The album shows in "recently added", but does not show in the library itself.  Anyone have this problem?

    Several posts a day about this. A small percentage given the millions of iTune users but still seems to be a real issue.  Complain to Apple via feedback.

    What happens if in the Get Info window you add the lettter (any letter actually) "X" to the end of the artist name, then remove it?
    Delete the files from iTunes but do not let iTunes move them to the trash.  Now go to where they are located in Finder and add them again.  Does that work?
