PY-FI and PY-AP reonciliation report.

Hi,
  I have been trying to perform Payroll to FI reconciliaiton and Payroll to AP reconciliation. I have a document which tells me to go to GL line item display and click " Select Layout" When I select that I need to see 2 layouts which has been created. a) /1 PY-FI Payroll to finance reconciliation
             b) /2 PY-AP Payroll to AP reconciliation
But Iam not seeing these layouts. Iam only seeing the standard SAP layouts which is 1SAP, 1SAP-FC and 1SAP-LC.
Can anybody tell me how to set up the PY-FI Layout and PY-AP layout. This is very urget. Thanks. You can also mail me at [email protected]

Hi Ranjit,
  You have send me the general Payroll process. Iam looking for PY-FI and PY-AP reconiliation report. How do you set up these reports such that when I click on the "Select layout button" in the GL account line item screen I can actually see these layouts. Now Iam able to see only the Std SAP layouts that I had mentioned like 1SAP.
